Also dinged up the trim during the installation process and put a hole in our tenants yard swing. We were actually shocked they called to get final payment before any of this was taken care of. We walked down and looked and I told him the same as I told the kid, which Seth looked to be close to the same age but anyway, told him my buddy and drove on the grad side and didn't break through and could get within 110 ft. I found out they sold the vehicle in which they cleared an engine light and the code, just prior to the sale, that stated transmission failure imminent! They stated they did an 16 pt inspection, which is not true because the battery died within the 1st month also. Fact: they KNOWINGLY sold a BAD LEMON CAR. They are refusing to make things right with the buyer. This is a horrible business, very shady, and dishonest, as they have been caught in several lies and keep changing their story.
