I mentioned how another shop (509 Tints C...) left a mess and scratched the clear coat on my precious vehicle and how I felt ripped off. Here my car was returned clean and above and beyond work. The price is 100% best in town. Definitely a fraction of a few places who I've seen do poor quality work and think they're high end due to their pricing... if you're on a budget and want quality tint I HIGHLY suggest Precision. I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here??? The normal guys aren't at the front desk. was there a massive exit?? Financial problems??

When I shared that I was not satisfied with the outcome and that I could not recommend them to other customers, Luke said, "That's fantastic! Have a nice day. " Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Looked fine and all, sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed the corner window was not lined up and bubbly. Since it was closing it had to bring it back another day to get it fixed. Scheduled to get a visor strip on my truck the next week to give them the befit. Sure it looked good from the outside, immediately as I drive off I see there is a gap in the corner and my dash cam wires were pulled and not retucked to my headliner, (this was from them pulling my camera to move it, I get that but tuck the wires you yank out - further they denied they did this.) had to bring it back another day to get that obvious gap fixed. Had to bring back my Subaru to get the window redone. (more gas) Had to bring my truck back to be redone. (more gas) Wasted countless hours for 2 trips for 2 vehicles just to get the job right. Clearly no quality control before it's shipped out the door, feels like 'hope they don't notice' mantality. In the end, just a passive, 'sorry' as I leave (which I wasnt sure I was going to get) from the owner as if he passes them out to all the customers. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This is the first time in my life that I've had my car detailed courtesy of my husband's gift to…read moreme. Even though the Groupon expired on August 31st, they still honored it. They explained the add-ons that I wanted and the cost associated. Scott was very personable and knowledgeable. I arrived just before open, as did half of Spokane, but Scott gave each of us the personal attention we needed. Shane went with me to check in the car and explain all the add-ons and what they would do. He also explained what the limits of the service were such as not being able to get all the pet hair out. When I arrived at closing, Shane was still hard at work. He made sure to finish as much as he could and asked if I wouldn't mind bringing it back to have the protectant applied since the seats were still damp. No problem! Very nice and professional team and my car looks brand new. Will definitely be back!

When I arrived, I was told the service provided for that Groupon would be vacuuming and wiping down the interior, no leather cleaning, no detailed cleaning, nothing else. Even though I used a Groupon, for $70 (that I couldn't cancel), I could've vacuumed and wiped down my interior myself...I was really bummed. When I picked up my car, I found that even the wiping down of the interior wasn't done well, there were areas in plain view that still had dust and crumbs left (& my car really wasn't dirty, it's well maintained). The staff was very nice both times, but I felt like I was ripped off with the interior cleaning service, don't know if I'll go back for anything in the future.
