I haven't had it polished or detailed since I bought it, and the really bad thing, I've been taking it to the drive thru wash every week to keep it clean but its just scratching it....mybad. So I met George (the owner) and Dennis (super talented detail guy) and they recommended I go to the touchless carwashes, OK. from now on I will. I take pretty good care of my car, nothing sticky or gross but I do have dogs that shed a little bit. But I have to tell you DENNIS IS AMAZING!!! HE MADE MY JEEP LOOK BETTER THAN BRAND NEW!!! I had my 2019 Ford Escape detailed inside and out. This was much needed as I travel for work and spend a lot of time in my car. Inside, it was embarrassing to have anyone ride in my car because of all the dust and crumbs. My car was like a brand new car when I went to pick it up. My daughter and her husband both worked for a car dealership and were quite impressed at the outcome of the detail clean. These guys did an amazing job cleaning up my absolutely filthy 1992 Isuzu Trooper. I just bought it, and the previous owner took it offroading/overlanding, but never bothered to actually clean the car. After the detailing job, it looks great! So beyond happy about my detail. I originally bought my Jeep and really no detail was done so as an anniversary present I was given a detail! I have two dogs (both shedders) and they are not in my car a lot however the three times that they were my car was a hog heep of hair. I brought in my jeep early in the morning and asked to pick up after work (which for some businesses can be a hassle) but they said of course! (Thanks again for that!) Upon returning I saw my baby and she looked better then when I drove her off the lot! The detail looked awesome they went above and beyond to get all the hair out and clean her to a T. He even said he sealed all the black and suggested if I were to get any car wash to make sure it is a non hitting one (he used better terminology) to keep it from ruining the coating done. Let's just say I left saying (out loud) "I don't even want to wear my shoes in her because I don't want her to be messy!" Overall very happy with my detail! So this is the first time I had my car detailed in Spokane, so I will have to share my thoughts differently than a restaurant. So I had begun searching for a detailer for my car that has been needing a real deep cleaning. I wanted have the interior and exterior of my car to be cleaned. I started with asking for quotes from detailers in Spokane. George was one of the first individuals to get in contact with me quickly and provide me with all the details (i.e. cost, time needed to clean, details of service, etc.). I live in Pullman, WA, so making the trek over to Spokane being without a car may be a tad boring. Therefore, I chose to stay overnight and George was very accommodating and came to pick up my car for service. After the service, George brought the car to wherever I was. George did a fabulous job. The only improvement I would recommend for George is to attempt to get rid of all the natural debris (e.g. leaves and branches). I just found a few branches and leaves still in my hood area. I took in my Kia Sorento 2 weeks ago. It was filthy, I would wash it however I never detailed it quite like Spokane Auto Detail did. I have 2 kids ages 6 and 4. There was crumbs and stains EVERYWHERE!! They were able to get the stains out of the seats. As well as the upholstery. We actually just moved here from California, and I am so thankful I was able to find a good auto detailer. I will FOREVER bring my car here for a detail. I took my car in last week to get detailed. I've had this car for 7 years and have not had it professionally detailed at all. It was a disgusting mess on the inside! These guys did an AMAZING job on my car.... It seriously looks just as good as the day I bought it. They even cleaned the ceiling and the sunroof ceiling slider. The price was such a deal too. I am so thrilled with my car detailing! I just picked up my 2013 Honda Pilot and I am amazed with the way it looks. I've got kids and a dog that I haul around in it and the paint was damaged by iron filled well water. We are definitely hard on our vehicles. I was hoping for an improvement but I feel like they well exceeded my expectations. He was able to undo almost all the damage we've done to the vehicle. Amazing.
