The owner set up a time for me to drop off my car. I arrived to drop my car off and the owner said that he didn't have time and had an emergency. Claimed he called with my phone going straight to voicemail all day but my phone has been on me and charged. Waste of time and shady business. read more

Hand wash starting at 19.99 or awful touchless car wash that leaves streaks and doesn't remove dirt for 16? I have been by here twice for the platinum wash, and it's been absolutely stellar service both times. I am meticulous about cleaning my cars, I am the guy who keeps a detailing kit in the back of the car incase I get birded on an outing. I intend to try one of their detailing services asap, but the platinum wash hasn't disappointed me whatsoever and I expect the detailing service will not either. read more

Great service. I use this business for maintenance washes. Coming from a city where no one uses anything but touchless car washes to Spokane where they are truly nonexistent, I was happy to find someone who will hand wash my car and vacuum it for maintenance, and not simply a detailer for cars that need intensive cleaning because they haven't been maintained. My CA self has been searching for a car wash that cleans the inside for me. For some reason Spokane doesn't seem to have any other than Platinum Shine. Thankfully, my research led me here for some well deserved car TLC. Every single employee that spoke to us was so nice! They were helpful and answered all our questions about which wash was best for our filthy car. One guy even brought in the car scents to let us choose which one we liked the best before spraying it all around. I was able to see the guys working so hard on our car. It hadn't been cleaned in months. They definitely had to use some elbow grease! When they finished about 20 minutes later it was like a brand new car sitting in front of us! We took our car in a couple years ago and they did an amazing job! We were told ahead of time that they don't shampoo interiors, which was okay with us. There was a lot of pet hair in the car and we just wanted it freshened up a bit. When we got it back, it looked practically brand new. Fast forward to 2018, we take the car in, same story about not shampooing interiors - no biggie. We just want the pet hair taken care of and surfaces cleaned up. When we got the car back, it was still covered in cat hair. Basically it just looked like they vacuumed real quick. If that's all we wanted, we would have gone over to Mister Car Wash and done that ourselves rather than dropping $100 on it. They didn't even do a great vacuum job. When we went inside to ask if the car was actually done, the snarky girl at the counter reminded us that they don't shampoo interiors and complained about the pet hair inside. Uh, yeah. That's why we brought it in! But not again. We'll go somewhere else from now on. Somewhere that doesn't complain about how dirty the car is that we're paying them to clean. Stopped in on a whim. I always drive by this place and usually it's pretty busy, especially in summer and spring. Maybe because it's winter there was no line and I'm super Prego so I decided to stop and have the car cleaned. I got the silver package and waited almost 45 mins for my car to be done. I was in a rush to get home to feed kids and so I didn't scrutinize the job done while there but, as I was driving I noticed things such as they forgot to wipe down the dash, it was still totally dusty. The lower part of the doors still had mud and dirt clearly visible. So needless to say I am disappointed, especially when there are such good reviews on here. I'm willing to give it another shot especially since I can't wash the car right now myself, but I will double check the job before I leave. read more

I was incredibly disappointed with my first and only experience here even though several people recommended them. I called and to schedule a time which ended up being first thing when they opened on Saturday morning at 8am. They quoted me $150 for interior and exterior detailing and it would take about four hours. We dropped the car off at 8am, ran some errands and when we called to check in at noon, they said it would take a little longer. In fact, they said that everytime we called and it took more than their whole business day because we waited around in their lobby for a bit after 6pm. There was one other car in the lot. To put salt on the wounds, they charged me an extra $25 for "pet hair". This was never conveyed to me at all! The total came to $200 for other fees and taxes. The actual work was ok. Outside didn't notice anything spectacular. Inside was clean. I don't really have anything to complain about. TLDR: Quoted me $150 and four hours. Reality: tacked on another $25 for fees that we never discussed and it took 10+ hours. read more

So good that Id even venture to say that this is the best car wash spot on the entire west coast, and I've lived in every major city in SoCal and Arizona. They really take care of your car here and spend the right time making sure they are doing things right. The first time I came here was after an 800 mile drive and I had all these buggies on my license plate. I was looking extra closely after they washed the car, and Michael came out to make sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied. The second time I came, I had scratched my car on my garage and Michael scrubbed off the paint and polished everything out for me at no charge. Great service, and very friendly people!! I spilled an entire smoothie in the driver side of my car, and with the warm weather I was very concerned that it would leave a lasting smell. I called them and they said they were booked until Mid-July (the sign of a good business!) I explained my situation and they got me in right away to clean the spot and other parts of the driver side!! They did not have to do that. My driver side and front area has never looked better. Went today 4/17/21, we have been coming here for several years, and told they don't have any employees to do washing and waxing. Asked about interior detail and was told it is now appointment only and booked out until June. With this business model I can't imagine they will be around much longer. I called to set up an appointment for two vehicles to be detailed. I never got confirmation. On the second attempt I set the date and had the vehicles ready to be cleaned where it was shaded and plenty of room to work. They started only to be stopped due to lack of appropriate equipment. I got a full detail service, and my car looked brand new on the inside, but there was still some sap on my windshield. The people working there are very nice, periodically coming in and giving me an update on how much longer until my car was ready. The only negative aspects of my experience was when I made an apt the girl didn't tell me what time it was at and when I asked she said to just come at 8am when they opened, so I did and when I arrived they had me down for a 10am apt. Also, they never mentioned to me that it take all day to do my car, and having never had my car detailed before I didn't assume it would take that long. Not a very good clean for the amount of money I paid. Didn't vacuum half my car, and the rest they only half ass vacuum. I had to go back and do it myself right after I left. Broke one of my vent clips, and I don't even know how or why they were touching it. Just wiped around dirt in the car. And missed so many spots! I could have done WAY better myself. read more

Awesome company. My kids have been using my car as their personal kitchen, laundromat, toy bin and unfortunately, bathroom. It looked like a small family of hoarders had been squealing away inside it for weeks. I finally gave in when it became infested with fruit flies and the smell made my eyes burn. I found this place on Yelp, thought nothing to lose and ordered the Platinum Wash. It's located in an industrial area with no place to walk to except the surrounding car lots. Boo. When I walked in to pay though I quickly realized I wouldn't even want to leave. So clean and welcoming. Every employee I interacted with from start to finish was kind, welcoming and genuine in nature. They wanted to make me feel happy and they succeeded. They made me car shine inside and out. They went above and beyond in every aspect withought extra fee or hidden charge. I will definitely be bringing my car back regularly just due to their wonderful customer service and attention to deal. They should be proud. Dropped my car off to get it detailed on the exterior and they did a horrible job. I don't know how they are rated number one. So I had them redo it to get rid of all the swirls and the haziness from their work. Instead of just taking the car back and fixing it they tried to argue with me and say that it was my fault, but they ended up taking the car and redoing the job. When I picked it up it was worse than it was the first time. And on top of that he said he would give me a deal for bringing it back then he ended up charging me full price when I picked it up. I do not recommend for anyone to take their cars here it will be a waste of your money and time. This place should not be in business! read more
