I recently visited Mister Car Wash on Sullivan in Spokane Valley and had a mixed experience. The young woman who helped me at checkout was very friendly and helpful -- I really appreciated her customer service. There was also a gentleman who stepped in to help to try to direct after noticing how dirty my truck was, and I want to thank him for that. Unfortunately, the young employee who initially directed me into the wash didn't seem engaged and didn't properly prep my vehicle. My truck was still visibly dirty after going through the wash, with dirt that clearly should have come off. It felt like he wasn't very motivated or paying attention. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are paying for a wash, especially on a very dirty vehicle, it should actually come out clean. I hope management can address this so future customers don't leave disappointed. read more

My car was damaged because of a manager name lexy! License plate pushed into my bumper of a new car! My car was also flung off and on the track multiple times,all of this damage because some incompetent manager name lexy couldn't line up my car right on the tracks! After all the damages to my new car i went out and waited for the manager to come out, but nope common sense didn't prevail. So i told her friends/workers standing around about damages, so they called the manager (lexy) who's fault it was, and lexy the manager comes out and without looking at the damages says " i am the manager so im just gonna deny the claim" so I still had her lazy ass write the report and take pictures. I contacted mister carwash about the claim and they ghosted me. The manager lexy at mister carwash is now at metro carwash so beware of her crookedness if something happens to your car she will lie and manipulate. Metro carwash is well aware of the situation and they don't care who the hire. Metro and mister carwash will ghost you. I highly recommend you do not go to either carwash. read more

The workers are nice but the car wash didn't remove any bugs from the front of my car or windshield, there is a huge spot missed completely that is between my side mirrors and windows. I got the Titanium wash and it wasn't worth the money at all. I wouldn't have paid $5 for this crappy job. If I wasn't in a hurry and from out of town I would have gone to the front and asked for refund. Worst car wash I have ever been to. read more

Wouldn't recommend working here with Alex. Dudes arrogant and a giant baby. Gave my two weeks because they had my schedule all over the place from open, mid to close even tho other people on it had a fixed schedule and he had no sympathy or compassion for when I had a family emergency with my 10 mo daughter or I was sick and WAS TOLD I COULD LEAVE after saying if something came up it'd be understandable when hiring me. Put in my two weeks to be respectful because he bitched and moaned because someone before me didn't put in there two weeks and then "terminated" me lol can't really do that when I quit and put my two weeks in. Although I've come here(Sullivan store) many times, Today my sticker wasn't working but the young gentleman who helped me was so attentive, offered to take off my old sticker and he replaced it with a new sticker on the outside. When I told him I could remove my other sticker by myself, he said well if you can't, you can stop at any of our locations and we will help you. That is great Customer Service! These guys get worse and worse. Don't ever come here if there are a lot of cars, because they just crank up the machine faster and your car does not come close to getting clean or dried properly. And they try to sell you monthly unlimited washes. What's the point when you have to wash your car twice to really get it clean, and maybe not even them. One of the nicer car washes I've been to, lots of options. But I have to say, as someone living in Seattle, this was also the most expensive car wash I've ever been to as well. Overall good experience, but you could drop some serious dough to get your car clean here. There are cheaper options available. read more

Wow, talk about excellent service from an excellent crew. I brought my bug covered vehicle in with special antennas on the top and not only were they able to not use the top brushes but they scrubbed at things from top to bottom. Grateful! Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely the worst system for a car wash. I drove in with 3 cars in front of me but with the multiple lanes, crammed corners, clueless employees and no guidance there quickly became atleast 10 more cars in front of me. Lots of other car washes in town so no need to ever return to this mess of car wash. read more

Would give them No stars if I could took our truck through the car wash on June 6, 2022 and their machine cracked our windshield, pulled around front and talk to the manager she stated that they had just installed a whole new camera system in the tunnel about they would be able to see if there was any damage to the windshield prior to us entering the Tunnel, and she also stated that the GM would contact us, the GM called and let us know that he reviewed the footage and said that he didn't see any damage to our windshield prior to us entering but then said that they are not responsible for the damage and will not fix the windshield. Do not take your vehicle to mister car wash they are the worst Company and have very poor customer service they don't own up to what their machine can and possibly do when it causes damage. read more

I have been using this car was for years and do the monthly package for 2 vehicles, 3 weeks ago they had an issue with their rollers and the girl was freaking saying hit the brakes, hit the brakes and the rollers are bouncing the crap out of my front end, which in turn made my alignment out and my steering wheel not straight. All I wanted was them to pay for the alignment, since I haven't heard for them in 3 weeks I already got my truck fixed. They said they declined my claim. I've been a customer with them for 3 years. Needless to say not anymore. Over a 70$ alignment, they lost a customer and I will let everyone I know to stop going their. I understand stuff happens, but obviously there perfect. read more

This place needs a good review. And I'm gonna be the one to give it! Every time I've been here, my car has ended up sparkly and shiny. I've never had a long wait. And I've never had a bad car wash. So in my opinion, that earns Mister Car Wash a 5-star review. Also, their vacuums are great. They have one on each side of the car so you don't have to steal the next spot's hose to get the passenger side. read more

No matter how busy they are I can be on my way in roughly five minutes. They are fast and efficient and it is cheap!

I don't understand the really bad reviews on here. It's an automated car wash. A machine that pushes your car through a long hall full of soap, spinny brush things, blinky lights, and the worlds biggest blow dryer. Rating a car wash should be simple. If it cures male pattern baldness (5 stars), cleans 80% of the crap of my windshield (3 stars), or tears off my bumper and beats me with it (1 star). At Mister Car Wash, the only person you interact with is the guy who takes your order for 20-seconds so that part is kind of irrelevant. So here's the down low for Mister: four stars. The machine did a good job cleaning, the dryer did a great job drying, and the price seems slightly high. Overall the result was good enough to make me at least consider the cheaper unlimited wash program. Will today's experience dramatically alter the course of my life? Was I irreparably traumatized that I saw a few water spots afterwards? Is the unlimited program my personal gateway into heightened intellectual breakthroughs, deep relationships, and personal meaning? Dude, it's a carwash. read more

This was probably the worst car wash experience I have been through. I got a 2014 convertible camaro for my 16th birthday and it totally ruined my paint job! There is scrapes and places where the paint just disappeared. They will be paying for it even if I have to sue them. I would not recommend this car was to anyone that likes their car! read more

I've been thru a lot of car washes. Portland Ore, Alpharetta, GA, Fort Worth, TX & several in Spokane, WA. This is the best automated wash I've been through. The management care & they use good cleaners. It won't be perfect every time compared to doing it yourself but they care which is rare in this business. read more

Had been a premium member for over 2 years on 2 vehicles. Received damage on one vehicle that on site employee even admitted to. Yet two months after - no response. I called and was told the claim had been denied that they "had told me this several times". I had never heard that news or been contacted by the local manager or claims dept. That is a sad lie to be told by a company. The damage was minor but to factory parts. Poor customer service when I needed them. I'm sad to not have a good location to wash my vehicles now. Here we are wiping our car off to prevent the gross spotting that shows up on a dark blue after an automatic car wash. Not great not horrible, speed set to maximum on the track to get what must be a minimum of 40 cars thru an hour. After going thru 3 car washes in the area, our gps fin is acting up. Do not know why. But wife unhappy at having to hand dry the car at the road side to finish the job. A still searching for an honest to god touchless wash. read more

The business hours on building says that they open at 8am on Saturday. I arrived a few minutes before 8 am and waited until 8:12 before I finally left. Someone was in the building and I think it was their van parked adjacent to the building but they just stayed in the building. He could have at least let me know if he was going to open late or not at all. I finally left and will never come back here again. Update your business hours if it's incorrect. read more

Clean, great vacuums, great service... and stand up service I just needed to spread the word. Last week I went to the car wash and noticed the next day that my rear wiper arm had been damaged in the car wash. I wasn't able to get back until today... and never expected honestly that they would take care of this and accept responsibility. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the manager immediately took a look, brought out a damage report form and told me it would be ordered and replaced within the next few days! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen! Before I even entered the car wash I stopped at the free vacuum service to clean the inside of my car and the vacuum I parked next to was broken. Not a big deal, drove up to the service area to choose my wash and pay. Two girls were at the entrance, one to take payment and one to start the pre-rinse. Note: I have a Thule cargo box on top of my car. Midway through the wash I hear a loud noise coming from my roof and seconds later my entire roof rack system rolled down my windshield and all the way down my hood until it landed on the ground directly in front of me. They tell me to pull over when I get out of the wash. Thinking they're going to try and make this situation right somehow... The gentleman came up to me, dropped my entire rack system with the Thule cargo box, attached to the bars still on the ground and says "that's an accessory and we're not responsible for it". That was all he said and he walked away. What?! No offers to help, no apology not even the slightest bit of sincerity. This guys name is John and I was pretty blown away with how rude he was it took a minute to process what just happened. Not only is my rack system destroyed my car has several deep scratches from sliding across my roof and down my hood. No response from the General manager either. To say the least I am not impressed in the slightest way. My car was not $13 clean either. Do me a favor and do not go to this place!!!! read more
