They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. They insisted on having us come back so they could fix the conditioner on the seats, but since we had already put covers on the kids' seats, we had addressed it ourselves. I made the appointment and drove up from Moscow, ID to have it done. Jeff met me with a big smile and a friendly hand shake. He thought it might take six hours. I left and he contacted me after a little over four hours. When I returned I was blown away by how great my 4Runner looked. I was only expecting him to do the inside which had a lot of dog hair from the previous owner. Bottom line: inside, outside and even the engine looked brand new! Showroom quality workmanship. I needed an engine-steam-clean and was able to pull right in (no-appointment). After a short 15 minutes the serviceman was done with the wash and air-drying my engine off and even put a sweet shine on it. To top it off he wiped down any overspray that my have gotten on the rest of my vehicle and was attentive to detail. That impressed me. In this day where supporting local business really counts.
