They don't do minivans. Dude at Custom Auto tells me to try Jeff's Custom Auto on Division because they're the last place in town still detailing minivans. So I call and Jeff tells me he doesn't do minivans and suggested I call Custom Auto Detail because they're the last place in town still doing minivans. LOL. They tag teamed me with the okey dokey. I think Mrs. J was on drugs when writing their review as they couldn't even get the right business. I just had the interior detailed on my car and they did an awesome job. My only feedback would be to check the exterior of the car for handprints with car wax. If I could give 4-1/2 stars I would have as this was just probably a miss on the thoroughness checklist. Out of the park! What's worse than a dark color for detailing? One that hasn't been detailed in two years. The folks at Custom Auto Detail truly went above and beyond. I have put several thousand miles on my truck hauling an Airstream around the country. It has collected a boat load of road tar, grease, etc. My truck quite literally looks BETTER THAN the day I picked it up at the dealer four years ago. And I'm pretty anal retentive about detailing. I rarely write reviews. These fellas deserve a Hugh shout out for doing such great work at an extremely reasonable price. read more

Ok, here it goes. I brought my 2015 Chevy Tahoe in and I hate to admit it but it was FILTHY! I stupidly allowed our kids and I'm not gonna lie we did to but eat in the car and the back had spilled milkshake that was dried on amongst other stain and messes. I warned Jim the owner how bad of shape it was in before I even bothered to bring it in and asked him if they could get it clean in the horrible condition it was in and he told me " That's what we do!" Very confidently so as embarrassed as I was to bring it in I knew I couldn't get it done myself and I dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 4pm and I shit you not this vehicle looked better than when I bought it brand new! No b.s.! In the condition it was in I would have been cool even paying double but like there sign says they have upfront pricing flat rate and it was worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicle here. I thought my investment was screwed but these wizards there at custom auto detail came through big time. Even the gas cap area was spotless! The next day I brought my Tahoe into a place to get my breaks done and several of the workers remembered how bad off the interior was and outright asked me who detailed it and how much was it because they couldn't believe how clean it was. So now they are bringing their vehicles there lol. Your doing yourself a real disservice if you go elsewhere. If I could give those guys 10 stars I would P.S. Horrible you can go to a 10 dollar drive through and get the same results. Inside looks horrible they lied didnt buff the outside the whole reason I took it there I could of done a half ass job like they did for alot less then 327 dollars. Save your money thank God my husband buffed it out for me. read more

These guys did a superb job. My husband got me a gift card for Mother's Day - he tried elsewhere two years ago and that was a complete disaster, those guys didn't even start after having my car for over four hours! So we tried here as it is close to work. They were speedy and the car looked bearly brand new, and with a four year old kiddo, mine was really gross when I brought it in. Then there was a snafu with my carseat not getting put back in - I didn't realize until I got home. Owner Jim made it his personal mission to make sure it got sorted out, meeting me to return it. It was obvious that Customer Care is a prime concern of his and he went above and beyond to sort it out, which is much appreciated and no longer the standard a lot of places! We will definitely take any cars here in future! read more

We used Custom Auto Detail for a few months to detail the vehicles for our dealership at CAL. Every vehicle came back from their shop looking brand new again. Car looked good but they lied about the service they provided, as a result I paid more than I should have.

I stopped in to inquire about detail work and a paint job for my car... And even though they don't paint here, Jim took the time to recommend places that I could go to and places not to go to. I was amazed by the honesty and the genuineness of Jim, something that I don't often find as a female trying to get auto work done....thank you for your help! read more

This place is awesome! Just had my Mercedes-Benz detailed this morning it was done around noon and it looks like new. I never thought i would see this car looking so good again! Met the owner and his wife and they were wonderful as well as were the gentleman i dropped the car off with that morning. 10 out of 5 if it would let me. they are above and beyond wonderful. read more

In my opinion the best place to go for having your car detailed. I took my older Mercedes in for a total detail, and it came back looking better than ever. I had my old factory wheels on my winter tires, and they managed to make them look like new! Every part of the car looked great, including the interior, trunk, and engine compartment. I was so pleased I made an appointment to have them detail the outside of my Mazda CX5, it also came out looking great. The prices are reasonable when you consider all the work involved. You can tell they take great pride in their work. read more

This place sucks. I had my car detailed. Long story short, the screws were left out of my middle brake light and had to fix it ourselves. Everything that was in my console or anywhere for that matter was all thrown into the glove box. It wasn't even completely clean. But the worst part is that after I got my car back, the stereo didn't work anymore. Somehow while cleaning my trunk, my stereo was messed with, I am assuming unintentionally. However, when I called the owner, he pretty much flipped me the finger. He told me it must just be a piece of crap and it could not have happened while it was there at his shop. I told him I wanted him to fix it and he told me where I could go. We argued and he thought he had hung up and I heard him call me a f***ing b***h. I filed a compliant with the attorney generals office and BBB. He would not respond to either complaint. The stereo never worked again. DO NOT go to this Detail shop. read more
