I was met by Matt at the counter, who I explained my situation to, and even though it didn't look good for my transmission or my pocketbook, they repaired a major tranny leak, refilled the line, and charged me at such a MINIMAL rate, I broke down in tears. They allowed me to use my own transmission fluid (to save money) and took me to the Service area, showing me the problem(s) and what they had done to fix them while my car was up on the lift. I have never felt so taken care of and so honestly served. For a mechanic shop, this is UNHEARD OF customer service. They have a customer for life in me. Wife decides to get a second opinion from Les Schwab. They tell her the tires are fine but that she does need an alignment. Cost: $178.00 for flat repair and alignment. Fair brokers at Les Schwab. But Scully's ... Trying to deceive and burn little old ladies is, in my humble view, I dunno, an act of blatant criminality. They will lie to your face to steal your money, it seems. I made the appointment and drove up from Moscow, ID to have it done. Jeff met me with a big smile and a friendly hand shake. He thought it might take six hours. I left and he contacted me after a little over four hours. When I returned I was blown away by how great my 4Runner looked. I was only expecting him to do the inside which had a lot of dog hair from the previous owner. Bottom line: inside, outside and even the engine looked brand new! Showroom quality workmanship. I needed an engine-steam-clean and was able to pull right in (no-appointment). After a short 15 minutes the serviceman was done with the wash and air-drying my engine off and even put a sweet shine on it. To top it off he wiped down any overspray that my have gotten on the rest of my vehicle and was attentive to detail. That impressed me. In this day where supporting local business really counts. I called Tire-Rama and they said it would be $80 but they don't put in customer products. I called Coyner's Auto Repair, they said it would be $130. I called Grease Monkey and it was $80 before a coupon. I called Airway Automotive and Tire and was quoted $40, just for the labor. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The shop does appointments and walk-ins. My oil change was done in 40 minutes. I sat in the waiting area. There is a water machine, coffee, tea and television. The business says Grand Opening on the outside. I would come back again for service! The cost was reasonable especially compared to the other shops I called.

He also threatened to double it and charge me $600 because he was being "nice" with the $350. I have the right to ask questions about my truck and my money. He was completely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Do not go here, you'll be scammed out of money and disrespected by them.
