Let's start with the positives -- the customer service was excellent. I found this company through a Google search and emailed for more information. They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. They insisted on having us come back so they could fix the conditioner on the seats, but since we had already put covers on the kids' seats, we had addressed it ourselves. Steer clear. Was told the total restoration was $500 and it was bumper to bumper. No matter what I asked, the response was $500 by the owner Brian O'Shaughnessey. Total was over $500 and we paid additional for pet hair removal. See Photo's. At pickup, they offered to complete the rear cargo area. I was suppose to wait? They offered to do an add on job free quoted as $256 but offered no refund. I don't have time to spend waiting for them to complete their job or to "make some deal". Recommend you look for other options. I certainly will on the other vehicles we have to be cleaned. read more

Great experience in every way. Took my white 2021 Ford F 150 Limited in for undercoating service checkup plus new ceramic coat. I have been taking my car to Ziebart for 5 years. They have kept the outside and inside of my car looking like new. That is pretty good for a 2017 Outback. The guys behind the service counter are very friendly and helpful. Shortly after getting my car I had them put on a ceramic coat. I was a little pessimistic about what that could do for the money. Well, as mentioned above, it has kept my car looking new and has minimized the number of fine scratches that the car wash creates. The fine scratches are hardly noticeable unless you look closely. The next time I go to Ziebart they buff them out. I also have them detail the interior about every 6 months to keep it looking new. They also care about active duty military and Veterans. read more

As suggested I have called Ziebart Corporate Customer Service three times during normal business hours. It's obvious this is a politically correct response by the local Ziebart owner. Wouldn't it be interesting for everyone who reads this post to attempt a call to the Ziebart Corporate Customer Service (1 (248) 837-3955)? You see? I tried three time and left a message because no one answered the phone. Am I surprised the message stated "all phone calls may be recorded)? Recording would only make sense if Ziebart Corp actually answered their phone. The score? Three failures and zero successes. Your best alternative for undercoating vehicles is located in Spokane on Sherman and Sprague. Good luck. Ziebart is a fail. They have refused every attempt to correct a problem with their product. Took my car here to get fully detailed inside and out. I chose this place based on the 5 star reviews. Brought my car in at 8 on a Saturday and they were done a little after 2. Had a gouge in my tint on one of the side windows asked him about it and they were able to fix that too! Brian was super nice and the detail was superior! It was a little spendy, not sure what other detail shops would charge; as I did not compare, but for the work I had done I was not disappointed. Would recommend. NOTE: I seen on a previous review they they had changed a filter and done other things that were needing with out enquiring with customer first. He did talk to me about the filter up front and did tell me that it would be more $ if it needed to be changed. He actually took me outside to look at it and mine happened to be fine, but their was a treatment he applied to some rusty spots that costed a little extra that he did not enquire with me before treating. So I would let him know in advance ANY EXTRA charges or work to please call you and enquire first. read more

I am still in utter shock about the service I received at Ziebart. I brought my car in for an interior detailing before the birth of my second child. Their schedule was amazing with Saturday appointments available. When I went in to pick up my car, the owner discussed the glove box filter (who knew this even existed?) with me and began to tell me that while he usually finds rodents in there, with my car he had found the most pleasant item. I had lost $50 that I had left in my glove box about 6 months ago and I quickly asked, "Did you find $50 bucks?" Ziebart found my lost $50 in the filter! I swear, this is one of the most honest acts I've ever seen in my life. They did an amazing job cleaning my car for my soon to be born son! When we brought our car home from Ziebart there were some problems with the detailing. My husband promptly called and explained some of the issues. They made an appointment and got the vehicle right back in, upgrading the detailing package we had originally purchased at no extra charge. Brian, the manager, was very disappointed by the work that had been done. When we picked up our Subaru a few hours she was absolutely spotless and shined as new as a 2000 Outback can! At that time my husband showed some little paint dings on our other car (a Subaru Outback 2015- I know, I know). Brian told him to come in sometime and they would "fix those up in less than an hour​ at no extra charge" which they did about a week later. Highly, highly recommended! Do not hesitate to talk to Manager Brian, he is personable, friendly and approachable​. He obviously counts on happy repeat customers and expects employees to keep up to his own high standards. Emailed for an estimate for an interior and exterior detail on my wife's camry. I got an email back that day with estimated prices, and even quoted a sale price. I was given a Saturday appointment that worked with my schedule. Upon arrival Brian did a look over of the vehicle and was thoughtful in his assessment. I have a good amount of experience with car detailing. And it is very important to go that extra mile to have someone clay the car and apply a polish and wax as appropriate. If a detail is too cheap they really aren't doing the labor that is involved. It is a lot of work to wash, clay, polish, and wax a car. But it is the right way to do it, and worth it. Of course, I have usually dealt with private detailers, so wasn't sure about the franchise concept, and had no experiences with Ziebart. Still upon arrival Brian the owner looked at the car and we settled on a full detail, with their diamond gloss synthetic polish. He was also able to do a headlight restoration at a reasonable add on, and even able to give me a shuttle ride home. Upon picking up the car (and this was an all day project) it really did look amazing. He had clearly gone through the steps and made a black car look new again, which is no small feat. Honestly, the shop is clean. The owner and his wife were pleasant and honest, and they clearly take pride in the work they do and the products they provide. I cannot say enough good things about Ziebart of Spokane! I make the drive all the way from Chelan just to have work done here. Brian and his team do a phenominal job down to every last detail (pun intended)! I have a blue heeler that travels everywhere with me. She sheds.... A LOT. It's a mixture of wiry hair that bores its way into the carpet fibers and a fine undercoat that flies EVERYWHERE. Bottom line, my Jeep Wrangler was a complete mess. It took them all day, but the guys had it looking and smelling like a dog had never stepped foot inside. I was blown away. In no way did I expect it to look brand new after years of dogs, mud, food, and cigarettes. I think Brian might employ a few wizards. I happened to mention that I wanted a shelf built so the fur baby could be elevated in the back of the Jeep and I could still have storage underneath. Brian and his guys LITERALLY MADE ME A CUSTOM SHELF! It is absolutely perfect and doubles as a bed for me on long road trips. I am moving back up to Alaska and Brian recommended rust protection. I honestly hadn't thought about that despite the fact that I'll be right back on the windy pacific coast where my Jeep will be continually kissed with ocean spray. We got down on the ground and looked at the undercarriage. There were signs that damage had already begun. Brian said "If you were my daughter, I would tell you to go ahead with the full rust protection package." Usually, I don't fall for that sort of salesman's line. But, you know what? Brian meant it. I called to see if Ziebart would mount my snow tires which are already mounted on the wheel. Around the corner, it was a 6-7 hour wait with no guarantee that the tires would be done in that time. Ziebart got me in and out in 30 minutes. Note that this is not their specialty, but if you have tires mounted on the rim they will do it. Get down there and avoid the lines! :-) read more

Brought in my 1987 Chev P/U to renew the old spray in bed liner. It turned out really incredible. Decided to get the Diamond Gloss paint protection put on the truck as well. Wow! Had them install a Gooseneck Hitch. they really hacked up my brand new F350. 1st the hitch was installed incorrectly, located in the wrong position, they fixed it (somewhat). The instructions say to cut the bolt of the tie down so the bolt doesn't rattle against the gas tank.. NOT DONE. Still rattles. The install instructions also say to cut a SMALL triangle to slide the under bracket in under the bed, they cut a LARGE rectangle out, not even in the place or area suggested by the install instructions, and left it in un-grinded, I've cut myself twice on their poor workmanship. Install instructions are there for a purpose, it would have been most helpful if their install tech would have read and followed. I would not even let them change my oil now! Owner Brian is extremely personable and responsive to any questions or requests I had when getting my Lexus 250 IS window tint, paint protection, and spoiler replaced. I would rate 5 stars except shop guys left a lot of dirt on my entry step trim, and my driver door panel wasn't re-seated properly, which requires a return trip to fix. Just picked up our Honda CRV which had a horrible moth ball smell. My husband had placed moth balls in there, over the winter, and as a result my daughter felt that the car was undrivable. The smell would give her a headache and nausea. Brian and the crew at Ziebart, did an amazing job on the car. They didn't want to give it back to me until the smell was completely gone. I called Ziebarts Monday of last week to get a quote for detailing, on the phone I was quoted $169 for a full interior detail, I thought this was a fair price and set up an appointment for this coming Friday. As I understand $169 is JUST A QUOTE, and they can obviously charge more if they need to. So I drop my car off Friday morning and as I am dropping it off the man mentions something about cleaning a filter in my car, never once mentioning that will cost extra money. And let me clarify he did not ask me about cleaning this filter, he just mentioned in passing that they take them out and replace them. Since he did not mention any extra cost I did not think twice about it. The day goes by and I do not hear anything from Ziebarts so I call around 3pm to check how they are progressing. The guy answers the phone and proceeds to tell me the car was disgusting - which is obviously why I am getting it detailed. I ask how long they will be and he says about an hour and twenty minutes, never once mentioning any extra cost. At the end of the day I show to pick up my car, they take me outside to look at it and it looks great. They did a good job and cleaned the indoor of my car, like they were supposed to do. That is the meaning of a detail I am pretty sure. So we go inside to pay and he brings out a receipt that is DOUBLE THE AMOUNT I was quoted. Over $300 for just an interior detail. They had added THREE more charges without notifying me at all. Not once throughout the day did they call me to say "hey, this car is a little worse than we thought it was, it's going to be quite a bit more expensive." They did do a great job detailing my car, but for $330? If I would have known it was going to be more than my car payment I would have cleaned it myself. Pretty ridiculous read more

The staff was friendly and helpful, the shop was clean and professional, and I was very satisfied with the work.
