I spoke to Ben who recommended we get a "leak check" as it would be less expensive than having to pull the whole window out (risking breakage) to reseal it properly and could many times be easily fixed. Out of the 4 car window repair shops we called, they were the only ones to recommend this less expensive option. In the end it was a super easy fix and they saved us about $250. Trust and integrity is huge when dealing with service companies. We can't recommend them enough and will be back for all our auto window needs.

Text messages were consistently updating me as well as phone calls. And they're all (Amy, Sarah, etc) very courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned & washed and they provided a "guideline" for car telling me to please let them know if there was anything I noticed. It was necessary that they order a tire and they'll notify me when it arrives. I had taken my plate off, while it was in their shop, and they put them back on for me! Zachary at the front desk noticed it immediately as I drove in, which I appreciated because it meant I didn't have to try to explain the issue. He explained that the underbody shield sometimes attaches to the bumper and that if the mounting points are damaged, the bumper can occasionally need replacement. He gave me rough estimates - around $330 if it was just the underbelly piece, and roughly $2,000 combined if the bumper also needed replacement. I appreciated the transparency about the potential range of outcomes. Even though they didn't have the replacement part in stock, Zachary checked with the technicians in the back and had someone come take a look. They ended up patching the panel so it would stop scraping and be safe to drive, and they did the quick fix at no charge. Overall it was a helpful experience. They took a moment to help me out even though it wasn't a full repair job that day, and the staff was straightforward about what the possible repairs might involve.
