We've been to American Way for body work on cars twice now. My little Hyundai Elantra suffered a bent up hood when someone backed into my car. We got the estimate and a date to bring it in promptly and I was also given a rental. It was fixed in the time they gave us and all was well....until we hit a deer and totaled the car about two years later. The second time we've used them was for my father's car. They haven't actually done the work yet but they gave us the estimate and a date for repair. And I'm confident the work will be done and perfect when we get the car back. read more

I had a great experience with American Way at every point in the process. I didn't know of American Way but went there because I was directed to do so by my insurance company, as they are an approved shop with my insurance. The original plan was that I would get the estimate there and have the work done at a different shop that was recommended to me by my dealership. However, after having a very positive experience in the initial contact with American Way, and after checking their reviews, I decided to continue with them rather than going to the other shop. American Way kept in touch with me throughout the process, they were fast and efficient, the were friendly and treated me as I want to be treated, and the quality of the work was excellent. I brought my Cadillac in on a Tuesday. They told me that it would take 2 weeks. I joked that I was leaving town on Thursday for a week, and I wanted it done when I got back. It was day 5 of my trip (so 1 week after I brought it in), I got a call that it was done! I've used these guys for over 20 years. These guys are great! They never disappoint. This is a late review....but i doubt things have changed. I've used this shop many times but upon my last visit here I noticed Kevin left and with him, apparently so did the quality. When I dropped my car off for a next day inspection I asked someone from the shop to call me with a ballpark figure for the damage, before contacting my insurance...this never happened. When my car was finally fixed I arrived to find they put the wheel skirts back on with plastic plugs, instead of the torque screws it came with. This place might be great if you own a Ford tempo or Chevy citation, but otherwise steer clear. read more

I was t-boned on a Saturday when the shop was closed and even though they were out with their kids, they were compassionate in talking with me on the phone after my accident and let me tow the car to the shop right away. I was rear ended on December 9th 2019. The guy who rear ended my car had the same insurance as I did so when Geico came out and did the estimates he recommended I take my car to American Way for the repairs. Chet and his team are outstanding! I have a very busy work schedule but Chet stayed after hours so I could pick up my car. I picked up my car tonight and it seriously looks better than before I was rear ended, I'm so happy with the work they did. I highly recommend this shop! They go above and beyond and their customer service is superb! I wrecked our truck this summer, I hadn't been in an accident in over 20 years, ugh it was such a stressful time not knowing if our truck could be fixed or if we would have to get a new one. Thankfully we got to keep our truck and American way auto body made our truck look AMAZING!!! our truck was older but in excellent condition so we were sooo thankful that the guys could fix it and make it look even better than it did before!! We highly recommend them and will refer all our family and friends to them. So, I bought these amazing seat covers! Well, I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla and having a hard time getting my seat covers on. (Dissembling the back seat). I was out of ideas of who to help me. I decided to contact America way auto body. Johnathan also answers to Johnny says "I can do it"! I thought I may need an appointment but they had a moment which turned into a lot longer as my seats clips needed replacement after dissembled ‍. But I would never have gotten my seat covers on. It's very important to me as I do rideshare. So thank you American way auto body and Johnathan. Also, would like to add. American way auto body in 15 years has handled all of my cars for repairs. not great not bad, said they would discuss waiving deductible and they never did, also no washer fluid in care provided, no scrapee to remove snow. They said they do not provide washer fluid or scrapers in cars provided during repairs...they had a coffee machine but no coffee every time i was there........parking lot a sheet of ice, including disabled parking....i am guessing the repair is good..... read more

When our car was totaled a couple years ago they took amazing care of us. We were very impressed, and I thought I had reviewed them about it but I see I didn't so I'm writing this review a bit late. But I'd say they're definitely worth checking out, because they really did give us over the top customer service!
