The…read moreBody Shop repaired my 2005 Lexus 470 SUV in 2020 and then repaired it again in July 2024 both times after it was hit while parked at a Supermarket by drivers who left the scene without taking responsibility for the accident. The Body Shop's staff provided great service both times, finding the parts for this older vehicle which is difficult. They kept me informed throughout both repairs with constant updates. I was very satisfied with their service both times. My Liberty Insurance Company also was very happy with their communications and results. Because the Body Shop, which was run by the Mazda/Lincoln Car Dealership, was reorganized into a separate business in the last year with a name change, the car insurance companies are treating it as a new business. The Body Shop management and employees are still the same group I worked with both times. I highly recommend this business to you for expedient results which I have been pleased with on two occasions.

It was suggested that I'd be better off to replace the entire fender. But I stopped by American Way at 3:30 on a Friday and Nick took a look at it. He took my car back to the shop and within 5 minutes, he returned and had buffed out the white paint on my black car. He told me I could bring the touch up paint back to them and they would apply it to complete the job. Best of all, when I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing".
