GM, Donny and Sean J. Caliber Collision Spokane Valley WA…read more Donny and Sean worked excellently together and my very damaged Ford Flex is now once again in "good condition". *Professional *Accurate *Knowledge *Always Available throughout the repair timeline * Kind *Caring *Honest *Trustworthy They have a wealth of knowledge between them and I was grateful and thankful for their dedication from start to finish ! Horrible experience. I was rear-ended in a car accident and I decided to use the other person's…read moreinsurance company which is Geico and Caliber collision was on their preferred list. I looked on the reviews and they seem to be good so I called up caliber collision and spoke to a lady. I think her name was Jennifer on the phone and I asked her how the process worked and she said to call Geico and they would make an appointment And they would start working on it right away. I spoke with Geico and they said I wouldn't be leaving the car there and it would only be having them take pictures and an estimate would be written up. When I went to Caliber for my appointment I told them what Geico said, and she said no that isn't how we work. You're gonna leave your car here and we're gonna start working on it. That was a Tuesday. I'm not sure what her name is but I'm gonna go with Jennifer and when I arrive there she was rude to me. She had a bad attitude. She complained about my car being dirty. She told me that it would've been better and easier if I had brought it in clean and I told her I live on a dirt road. She complained about my gas was only at a quarter of a tank and I needed to sign something saying that they could go and put gas in it. She started looking at my whole vehicle and looking at door dings and rock chips in the front and I asked her what that had anything to do with the back and she just told me that we want to make sure that the repairs are only done From the accident and she also said she wanted to make sure that there was no damage done because of the accident. I told her that I didn't like how she was treating me. I asked her a question and she said to me "as I was saying."... I went ahead and left the car there with a bad feeling and was picked up by enterprise rental and they told me that they would start working on the car. I decided to call on Friday and I guess the general manager answered. I asked him what the status of my car was and he said oh well we're not gonna be able to work on your car we're at full capacity. I'm like huh I don't understand that and so I decided to go and get my car and not say anything to them until I got the keys in my hand. When I got there, one of the gentleman tried to blame it on Geico and said that geico tries to make appointments without checking with them and I told him I said that is not how it went. I pointed at Jennifer and I said she's the one that told me that this car would be repaired and it wasn't just an estimate. I asked him why I had to call them for them to tell me that they weren't gonna work on my car three days later on a friday. He came up with some excuse about shortstaffed, and then he came up with another excuse that he was going to tell me yesterday, but an emergency came up but I called him at noon on Friday. Why didn't he call me in the morning? also, I know that they're full of crap because Jennifer had me sign something saying that I would give permission for them to be able to move my car between shops within caliber in case one had more time than the other one. I made a big mistake by taking it there. I live 45 minutes away from there but I chose them because I felt like they had good reviews but sometimes good reviews are nothing but BS. I actually think it was a blessing in disguise. I wouldn't trust them with my car for nothing. Bottom line, I was given the assurance that my car would be worked on by caliber collision. I brought it down there and I was treated rudely by the lady I believe is Jennifer but I left the vehicle with her. Three days later I called up to check the status, and I was told by the GM that they would not be able to work on my car because they were at capacity. That's not what I was told when I went there. I drove a long way to go specifically to this shop. I was in an accident and driving any distance is painful. They had all kind of excuses when I picked up my vehicle. It was never repaired.

The original plan was that I would get the estimate there and have the work done at a different shop that was recommended to me by my dealership. However, after having a very positive experience in the initial contact with American Way, and after checking their reviews, I decided to continue with them rather than going to the other shop. American Way kept in touch with me throughout the process, they were fast and efficient, the were friendly and treated me as I want to be treated, and the quality of the work was excellent. I will certainly go back to American Way for any future needs.

Then someone left me a present in a parking lot of a small gouge dent type INSIDE of the original big dent. After talking to Ryan over at Spokane Dent Repair, I agreed to bring in my vehicle. Not only were their prices very fair, the quality of their work just seems unmatched. Their shop was clean enough to pass a military white glove inspection, no joke. The employees there were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The lobby chairs are comfortable enough to not mind waiting, none of those cheap plastic folders in this place. Bottom line, if you want a dent removed from your vehicle, without them breaking the factory paint, Spokane Dent Repair is THE place to go. They literally erased that HUGE softball sized dent, and they even got rid of the gouge dent/scratch that was inside it. They applied some white paint over the existing scratch to make sure it won't ever rust. The pics speak for themselves. Spokane Dent Repair is where I'll be going if I ever have the unfortunate event of another large dent that needs removing. Thanks again Ryan, you run a top notch business and you are more than fair in your pricing. Also, thanks for giving my dog a bowl of water, that just shows your kindness.
