I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

It was very close to closing time and they were OK with bringing my truck into their shop and they were also OK with having a group of about 4 guys take care of it right then and there. Also, my son's car needed a new rear window installed but needed a temporary plastic cover until the car was able to get into their shop or get into the shop that my insurance company recommended. The shop installed the cover without asking for any $, even if the car wasn't going to come back to get the work done there. Things turned out that my insurance company's rec was not good, so we got the work done at Grizzly and it was great, timely and equal to the other shop's price. Big thanks to you Grizzly! He continued to rudely explain why we can't park here and if we did not move our truck was going to get it. After we moved the truck to a spot of his liking he followed us into the store to yell at the receptionist because of where we parked. My little brother then asked what his deal was and why he was so upset, he told my little brother to F*** off and then left. I can only imagine how they treat people that use their services. I was very impressed with every interaction!…read more Upon calling around to get prices for replacing the windshield and rear-view mirror on my Rodeo, they get points for not rushing me off the phone like so many of their competitors. They also accrued points for not tacking on extra fees such as molding, like their competition. I also liked that Glass Co had rea-view mirrors on hand. Other places told me to bring one in from the Pick & Pull. I chose this location because they seemed so eager for my business. Don't let the sketchy location fool you--the service at Glass Co is excellent. Everyone was friendly and they even offered me a ride to IHOP (across the street) while I waited. The work was complete in less than an hour and a half--very impressive. They said I had been quoted about $10 too low, but upheld the lower price, which I thought was really cool. My windshield is perfect and the rear-view is mounted just as I requested. When I went to get my car alarm re-hooked to the windshield, even the people at Car Toys were impressed with how nice my car looked and how fast it was finished. I strongly recommend Glass Co and will be going back for any glass needs that may arise.
