I called Al's and got a date a couple weeks out. Due to the weather I took my truck to his shop instead of having it done at my place. Unfortunately he had to push my appointment time back a couple times which he made up by giving me a discount on the windshield. It took about an hour to do, it's been over a week and I haven't had an issue with my windshield at all! No leaks or air coming in. He also gave a lifetime warranty on the windshield that if it did leak that he would refund my money and fix the issue! I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends for a windshield replacement or repair! He also had the best price for my windshield in town!

I received an appointment notification via text & email. ASAP is able to use your insurance, or you're able to pay out-of-pocket. I had a "double chip," which was clear because there were 2 points that were webbing out. Evan explained the POSSIBILITY of the repair going bad, and the need to repair both parts of the chip, and the slightly higher price. I gave the go-ahead, and Evan had my window repaired in no time. I'll be using ASAP for all of my auto window repairs.

When I brought it in for repair the technician said that it was indeed a chip, that at one point had already been filled, but he said he would clean it up for me free of charge, I had no idea and I don't think alot of girls would have known this. We took my Toyota 4Runner into J&M after someone failed to navigate a turn in the snow and wiped…read moreout the driver's side of my car. Jay stands behind this repair and stated he did a great job. He is unwilling to admit or accept responsibility for my vehicle now being two tone. When the sun is out my car appears to be goldish on the driver's side and is a silver metallic on the rest of the vehicle. He first stated that he removed my fender and sent it to a paint specialist to be matched. Later he stated that there were 8 options for my paint code for which, in my opinion, he clearly chose the wrong one. In addition to the run down the driver's door and lack clear coat on the fender jam he billed my insurance for things including the blending of the hood. You can clearly see from the pictures that no blending was done. I am attaching pictures of some of his work. The final picture is from the prior year when the passenger side was painted in Long Beach, WA and they matched the color perfectly. Jay was a pleasant man to work with until there was a problem. He failed to repair part of the damage and told me it was not from the accident but from me removing fender flares. However I still have the original receipt from the purchase of this vehicle from the factory and at no time has it ever had fender flares. Even his own invoice states this. At this point it is going to cost me thousands to fix his mistake. This has been extremely disappointing to say the very least.
