On 30 July 2025 had windshield replaced on about 5 days later took it to hand car wash and later noticed water streaks on the inside passenger side . Repeated car wash and it worse brought it back and all Jacob the owner did was to place a bead of windshield adhesive on the inside about 2 feet long. He DECLINED to remove windshield and start all over. In my opinion Jacobs auto glass does not have any form of quality in their work. . I would give this place a negative 3 rating if possible! I did discuss my concern with Jacob and still to him it was a small concern not major . Why do a REPAIR when you can do a cheap patch Job! read more

These guys were amazing! I was experiencing a small leak and my weatherstripping was coming away from the windshield area, so I went in for a repair. When I told them over the phone what was wrong, they advised me to order the part and that they would install it. When I got there, they looked it over and said they could fix it without having to use the part and also addressed an area where my windshield was moving. I left with my windshield fully secured, and they even buffed and polished my windshield side parts that had experienced some fading. They took amazing care of me and found a much more cost-effective solution. In an economy, where they could've really up sold me and easily take advantage of me, they were very honest, worked efficiently, and I left with the best outcome!! Great customer service!! The worst customer service ever ! When your hours are 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday don't leave a vm on my phone at 1:14 on a Friday that you are closing and you can pick your vehicle up on Tuesday morning after a long holiday weekend. They had not said a thing about closing early otherwise I would have made different arrangements with work. I had thought I could pick it up by noon which didn't work out. She stated she called multiple times which my phone says one time at 1:14. When your hours are 8 to 5 they should be kept or relay when the vehicle is dropped off. Lack of communication. Not going back it created a ton of issues moving around customers on my end. read more

Please read: There are levels to this game of professionalism of your trade. 1) Jacob gave me a quote, and I would've been none the wiser if he stuck to it, but one of my (two broken) windows didn't need replacing. Jacob just put it back on the tracks and replaced a couple brackets, charging way less than the quote, AND getting me out an hour earlier than quoted. What also impressed me was the quote I got for my F-150, which was a good quote, BUT THE IMPORTANT PART IS... he told me that part of replacing my trucks windshield is cleaning the metal and repriming it. The windshield on our import car was coming loose around the top. We stopped in to ask about repairs and the owner gave us specific repair needs. When asked when we could bring it in for repair his response was - how about now? This was at 4:30 pm and they had it fixed and out the door by 5:15 pm...and at a reasonable price! I went to Jacobs auto glass to have them fix a mechanical issue with my window. They did a great job seven months later I had the same mechanical issue with the same window. I went back into Jacobs auto shop. It wasn't as severe as the first time, but they quickly looked at it showed me what a happen made the repair and didn't charge me since they felt bad that they had just gotten fixed seven months prior, great customer service very informative, honest hard-working people I will definitely go back to them with any issues I have with my car I definitely did not have the extra funds to get this window issue fixed at this particular time so they were a blessing in disguise. Looked on Yelp for a place to get my windshield repaired due to a rock chip that had spread across the entire bottom of my recently purchased 2012 4Runner. The reviews talked about how great Jacob was and how low the prices were and I couldnt agree more. I told him I was from out of the area and would be in town the next day. He said he was closed but would be more then happy to come in and fix it for me. When I got here I noticed they did tinting too. My windshield had a tint at the top and he said her could match the tint with the rest of the vehicle; so it would be just like it was before. Im impressed and will never go anywhere else! I have to say Jacob's Auto Glass Repair is a WONDERFUL small business. I was referred to Jacob's by my mechanic when I told him I needed a replacement sunroof on my V70 XC Volvo that was broken on a recent trip to Seattle. The local Volvo dealership quoted me $2000 for parts and labor for the job. Serge was very professional both on the phone and in person. He sourced the parts I needed and quoted me $300 tax included. It was $299.20 for the invoice. Phenomenal! This is a small shop run by two brothers. Honest, professional, great service, spotless -both waiting room & shop. they replaced my window and didnt put the window molding back on correctly and it flew off while driving down the highway. my husband took it in and they tried blaming it on my passenger getting in my car. they wouldn't take ownership of their messup. they finallu said they would order the part and would be there in two days. we have still yet to hear from them. i wont be bringing any cars back to them. aweful. read more

I have read all the reviews on Jacob's Auto Glass. None of them had issues with their install that required Jacob's Auto Glass to stand behind their products or installers.....until now. I had my front windshield replaced. After the installation of my windshield my adaptive cruise control became inoperable. I took the vehicle to the local Cadillac dealer and was told that the wrong windshield had been installed. The one installed by Jacob's Auto Glass did not have the correct "cut outs" to allow the camera used in the cruise control to "see" the road. I contacted Jacob and he blamed it on the previous windshield. I asked the dealer to contact him hoping he could explain the problem better. He left several messages that were not returned by Jacob. This company does not stand behind their workmanship or products that they install. I intend on suing the company to recoup the $800 it cost to have the proper windshield installed. DO NOT USE JACOBS AUTO GLASS! read more

Just by accident I found a pretty bad crack on my windshield and was looking for a shop to replace it. When I arrived to Jacob's shop guys quickly checked on the damaged windshield and suggested to repair instead of replacing it. I was doubtful about this option, but they convinced me and did a really fantastic job. As a result the repaired windshield is totally safe and looks great, but Jacob's team also saved me a hefty chunk of money!
