I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

He did hear another noise. A rattling exhaust shield. His solution was to just remove an exhaust heat shield. then left out an exhaust mount bolt. Car rattled loudly when we got home. called them, we are busy can't get you in for a week. Would not ever take my car to these subaru experts again. Now I have to take it to subaru to get a heat shield which they discarded and have the noise checked out.

I recently got in a wreck that wasn't bad at all, maybe 15 mph, but even still it set my airbags off and the passenger one went straight up and into the windshield, totally destroying it unnecessarily. Regardless, I needed a new windshield asap since it's my work commute vehicle. Being the DIY guy and bargain hunter I am, I called around town to 5 different places, Jacob's Auto Glass being one of them, looking for just the windshield glass since I was going to be doing the work myself. Every other place quoted me 200 to 275. Jacob's Auto Glass crushed everyone's quote for just the windshield at 175! When I came in, they were all very friendly and helpful, and I'm taking a guess here, but a blonde middle-aged man I think was The Jacob was talking to me about installation and offered me the urethane at a great price when I asked what they normally use seeing as it was going to be my first windshield install. He even primed the edge of the glass for me before I left! I'm very satisfied with the prices, service, and products. I will definitely refer anybody I know to Jacob's Auto Glass and I know who my go to for auto glass is now! Thank you! read more

I came in for a windshield replacement. The receptionist was polite and the process started off well. However, while waiting to pay, I overheard a technician loudly making offensive remarks about Ukrainians, including denying their culture and language. It was completely inappropriate and shocking to hear in a customer-facing environment. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business. Customers should not be exposed to discriminatory or unprofessional commentary while simply trying to receive service. If you are Ukrainian, I would strongly reconsider supporting this business. To the owner: I would urge you to address this with your staff. Maintaining a respectful, professional environment is not optional, and situations like this will cost you customers and referrals. read more

I am an insurance agent. My clients daughter is a college student in Spokane. Drivers side window was broken. The claim was called into their company the next morning. The glass claim was taken by the glass desk owned by a large glass company. 15 min on hold and my client could get her car repaired in one week. I was told of this and called Jacobs. They could do the same day and had her done and out before noon. Her safty and security mattered. Always choose your locally owned glass shops - better price - better service from start to finish. Jacob's Auto Glass is SPECTACULAR!!! I just showed up this morning before the shop was even officially open and Jacob took care of me from the moment he got there until I left. After I fell through my windshield, I definitely needed a new one and he got the new one ordered, delivered and installed in about an hour! He vacuumed all the glass out of the car and everything! He even noticed that my engine wasn't acting right so he looked and added oil for me!!! Definitely the best customer service I have EVER had! And all for a very good price! read more

I'd give Jacob's Auto Glass Repair 6 stars if that was an option! I needed my windshield replaced on my Subaru Crosstrek. The quote came in far less that any other quote I received, they got me in the same day, the work was done within an hour (and looks great) and the service was FANTASTIC! Additionally, my initial quote was for a standard windshield, mine was apparently a heated windshield - but they honored the original quote anyway. Talk about going above and beyond! A great place to get your car fixed! We took my 2017 Nissan in to get fixed on a Friday afternoon and they did not have the correct part due to it being such a new model, however, they gave us their car over the weekend and for my husband and I to use on Monday since we both had to work. Even contacted the dealer to get a new windshield shipped over the weekend so we would have our car by Monday. They were very nice and accommodating when there was an issue. 5-STAR service! The service and professionalism at this shop was Top Notch! The pricing for a replaced windshield on my Expedition was highly competitive to all of the other local competitors. The waiting room was warm, welcoming and comfortable! They even have free Wi-Fi and Coffee while you wait... which the wait time was exactly what they quoted (1hr - 45 minutes). Unbelievably content with this business transaction. My car window was smashed in in Portland, and I needed a repair ASAP. I checked other companies in the area of Spokane, and they were all booked, and charged at least $350. Jacob's auto glass did it within two hours of the day I called, and did it half the price of other quotes. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the people that I dealt with. Someone threw a rock through one of my door windows - and it's been raining all week so I wanted to get that replaced ASAP. Jacob's not only had the lowest quote, but also had the soonest appointment. Came out and replaced it quickly, in the rain, in my driveway. Vacuumed all the broken glass and everything. When I called around the best deal I could find before I called Jacob's, was a 4 day wait and over $600 bill. I had my hood come up and smash my windshield (my fault early morning and exhausted) they got me in nextday replaced the windshield and even knocked the hood back out. Receptionist was friendly.
