I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. My old Mercedes SUV window got broken into on Halloween, and some stuff of mine were stolen. I gave them a call the same morning, they gave me a pretty reasonable(inexpensive) quote and they were able to fit me in an appointment the same afternoon. But I had to work, so I said how about tomorrow instead? I told them I'll drop off my vehicle during my lunch break, a bit past noon, and I'll pickup my vehicle when I'm off work. And they were pretty chill with that. They gave me a call at 3:00 saying it was done. But I don't get off work till 4:30. So I ended up showing up around 4:45 on a Friday. Yeah yeah, I know. We all hate that customer who shows up 15 min before closing for the weekend. But Ash was willing to wait for me, and had a great sense of humor. Ash even told me what he did to resolve the issue connecting the glass to the motor. He could had just bought a new part instead of try to fix the current broken part, and charged me double the quote, but he felt like doing me a solid, and try to save me some money. Which was greatly appreciated, since I was unemployed for 3 months before this, and my bank account is close to dry. TLDR----If you want a reasonable price, fast appointment, straight up transparency, and a guy with great sense of humor doing some quality work while saving you a few bucks if they can.......
