I spoke to Ben who recommended we get a "leak check" as it would be less expensive than having to pull the whole window out (risking breakage) to reseal it properly and could many times be easily fixed. Out of the 4 car window repair shops we called, they were the only ones to recommend this less expensive option. In the end it was a super easy fix and they saved us about $250. Trust and integrity is huge when dealing with service companies. We can't recommend them enough and will be back for all our auto window needs.

Text messages were consistently updating me as well as phone calls. And they're all (Amy, Sarah, etc) very courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned & washed and they provided a "guideline" for car telling me to please let them know if there was anything I noticed. It was necessary that they order a tire and they'll notify me when it arrives. I had taken my plate off, while it was in their shop, and they put them back on for me!
