First, ignore the one guy who left a gibberish one star review. He seems to have made a hobby of hate reviewing any place he can find. Now then, no one wants to have body work done on their car. But life happens. These guys had great reviews and were very close to my house. I am so glad I came here. They got the job done quicker than they said, it looked great, and they even cleaned the car inside. It looked and smelled like a new car! Fortunately for me, the damage was ruled the other person's fault so I wasn't paying anything, but while I was waiting for them to bring the car up front, I noticed their posted rates for all their work. They meet or beat just about any body shop in Spokane. I hope you never have to get body work done on your car, but you really need to check these folks out if you do. read more

A business you don't want to have to use, but it is the place to go if you need body work. Getting an estimate was quick and painless as well as scheduling. Seems all shops are busy and the repair was a couple of months out. Work was completed on time and they kept us updated. Car looked as good as new. The detailing they did was an unexpected surprise. After picking up my car yesterday, I couldn't have felt better about my visits there and why I felt that way. On reflection, every one of you impressed me and made me feel welcome and important to you. Joan of course stood out by being so positive and helpful from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. At the same time, she was ably assisted by Emerald who took care of the paperwork and loaner car setup. The tech (believe his name was Scott) was able to repair my car without needing the estimated parts. Consequently, the cost of the repair was much less than agreed. They have a policy of providing up to 15 minutes of free help and cleaned the interior of my car. To say I would return, would be an understatement. read more

horrible company, had a problem with my ethnic name every time i called. Also said they would provide a loaner, they will not, also had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. then they tell me that they do not have a car for me. Also originally they wanted car on friday the 15th. then they tell me to bring in 14th and it will be ready they 15th, maybe. So I would go up to 5 days without a car if I have to pick up monday the 18th...^ weeks for an appointment, also told me to come in to get photos done, so when i arrive, i am told i did not have to bring car i because they had insurance info. My car was a disaster after being hit in the rear passenger side quarter panel and tire. An 18 quart roaster full of chili flew everywhere! The tire and rim (brand new) were pretty messed up and I was concerned about the alignment messing up my new tires. The body work was a few months out, but the interior and alignment/suspension issues were contracted out and done immediately. From beginning to end, my entire experience was FANTASTIC! The interior detail was unbelievable, I didn't think the chili stains would come out; you would NEVER know there was a chili massacre. The alignment and suspension repair was done quickly. Once my car was able to get on the schedule for the body repairs, everything went so well! The daily text updates were a welcome surprise too. Matt and Emerald were terrific to work with. Having the rental car set up and the easy pick up and drop off system was a HUGE surprise and really made the process seamless. The rental car company was running a few minutes late on Monday morning and Emerald called to find out where they were. She was concerned about holding up the 5-6 customers waiting, from getting to work on time. This care and concern really showed how much this company values customer service. We've had two small collisions in the past three months. Both times our repairs were in the two thousand bracket. Our vehicle was repaired the first time, on time. After getting rear ended I had WAC recommended by a local auto dealer. They were very friendly and helpful when I went there for an estimate. A week later when my claim with the insurance company got sorted out WAC got my truck in for repairs and did an awesome job. My truck has a metal flake paint that I was worried would not match after the repair but WAC did a flawless job on the paint and I could not be happier with their work. read more

My car door has been very difficult to open during cold weather. It has been doing this since I bought the car in '92. I had taken it into Spokane Valley Honda several times while still under the warranty, but they never could fix it. It was so bad yesterday, that I had to get into the passenger side and push and push to open it from the inside. I stopped by Washington Auto Collision today to see if anything could be done to fix it. They (Scott) had the problem solved within 10 minutes (at no charge). The people that work there are great ! These guys are outstanding. I went in their shop when I had a scrape on my truck from a fiberglass boat that was raked along side of it. I went in there expecting to have to pay for a paint touch up. Ken told me he thought it would buff out and told me to come in the next morning. I came in the next morning, an hour later I walked out of there with my truck looking like nothing ever happened.
