It was suggested that I'd be better off to replace the entire fender. But I stopped by American Way at 3:30 on a Friday and Nick took a look at it. He took my car back to the shop and within 5 minutes, he returned and had buffed out the white paint on my black car. He told me I could bring the touch up paint back to them and they would apply it to complete the job. Best of all, when I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing". I drove the car to Craig's, spent about 20 minutes with Eric filling out paperwork and then I was on my way. I was expecting my car to be in their shop for at least four to five weeks. I wanted a scratch on my bumper fixed, that's all. They…read morescrewed it up the first time, so i made them do it again. What i received was: 1. A CROOKED BUMPER. 2. A LOOSE (and leaking) TAIL LIGHT. 3. A LICENSE PLATE THAT FLAPS IN THE BREEZE & CAN'T BE TIGHTENED. 4. SEVERAL MISSING CONNECTORS (a few replaced by hex bolts, WTF?) 5. BUFFED OFF ALL OF THE PAINT FROM THE SPOILER (i told them to clean up their mess this time, and so they over buffed it. The scratch looked better than all of the above problems, they are terrible.
