I've never been so pleased with a vehicle detailing. I was impressed with this place from the start, the wash bays were super clean and very well illuminated. The place inspired confidence from the very beginning. I will happily bring any of my cars back to this place over and over! After purchasing a new vehicle I brought in my old 2003 Expedition for a detail because I was gifting it to some family members. I was so impressed with the detail. It had never looked so good in the 8 years I had owned it. I was also inspired to by the look of a black truck that had just received Ziebart's diamond coating. It had such a beautiful finish that I had to ask Brian about it. Considering the guarantee to protect the finish I thought I'd give it a try on my new truck, which is dark blue, mainly because I simply get way too busy to give my vehicles any TLC during the winter months. When I got my truck back from diamond coating it looked even better then the day I drove it off the lot just 3 weeks earlier. If it looks as good as it does today for even a month I'll happily bring it Ziebart for a full detail once a year. I don't have much doubt that it will protect my paint for a year, but how long will it look like dirt and water will just be afraid to land on my truck? I look forward to finding out. Now, I may have got a bit carried away babying and obsessing over my new truck but I went ahead and purchased the under carriage protection with rust inhibitors. I plan on owning the truck a long time. Brian packaged the diamond coating for me at a very fair price. There's a lot of debate over undercoating and my opinion is that if you're strapped for cash it's probably not a priority. On the other hand if you can afford to think long term, it's a reasonable valuable for something that has the potential to protect your new vehicle from the nastiness Spokane's winter roads can throw your way! Last, I want to mention that Brian, the owner, was awesome to work with. Maybe it was my new truck purchase enthusiasm. I don't know, but Ziebart's products just made good sense to me, they sort of sold themselves. Brian answered all my questions and never pressured me in the slightest. I'm happy to see this man's business succeed. I hope he can find a like minded person who will treat customers the way he does so he can take some time off now and then. My fondest hope when dealing with car stuff is for the experience not to be torture. Be careful what you wish for, they say. Or, just wish for Brian at Ziebart. I got more than expected: a car that was actually better than new. My 2007 Prius needed detailing because I wanted it to stop smelling of dog. I also wanted aforementioned dog to be more comfortable in the summer, so I wanted my windows tinted. Then I learned I could have seat warmers installed. When I bought the car, they were not available. I thought the after-market kind would be tacky. So wrong. Brian patiently answered all my questions, gave me a fair estimate, and then finished the job faster and better than he'd promised. When I went to pick it up he told me I needed a new cabin filter (cabin filter? who knew?). He showed me the old one (um, ick) and said he usually called to ask people if they wanted to spend the extra $30. In my case, he just decided to go ahead. In other words, in the short time he'd known me, he was able to read my mind. Correctly. As a relatively smart and capable woman I know I could learn all about car stuff if I wanted to. I choose not to. Instead, I find professionals I can trust who I know will treat me fairly. When Brian told me he grew up with six sisters I was not surprised. It showed. If I could think of anything else I wanted to pimp out my car, I'd bring it back to Brian. However, right now, it's perfect. Better than new. read more

Since before the Ziebart shop opened, I watched Brian put a meticulous business plan together. He knew his objectives and how he was going to get there. The difference between Brian and so many other well-meaning new business owners is that Brian has had the unique ability to put his business plan in motion in a way that is highly satisfying to the customer, and also to him. This business revolves around customer service and attention to detail...both of which Brian has in spades. He has hired a qualified team of employees and has fully embraced his partnership with the Ziebart Corporation, which has allowed his company to earn the 5-star rating it has achieved in such a short time. I had the pleasure of getting the interior of my car detailed at Ziebart and they did not disappoint! My car is 5 years old and it felt like I just bought it new off the lot. The tools and cleaning products they use are commercial grade and breathed life back into my car that had been overtaken by stains from my kids. Not a single stain remained after they were done with it. I've decided that this needs to be a yearly thing. I know I'm in great hands with Brian and will get incredible results for a fair price. For nine days I had my truck. The truck of my dreams. The truck I've been saving for, googleing and oogling for months before throwing down major coin on a down payment. For nine days I enjoyed my truck until, one hot summer day, a can of bear spray exploded in it. No, not hair spray. The caustic capsaicin based oil that will stop a charging grizzly bear at 30 yards. Explosion! Shrapnel from the can, the destroyed center console, pieces of the dash, and of course pepper oil. Everywhere. I pity the Ziebart crew for tasking them with the cleanup. Those poor guys and gals had my rig for about a month; steam cleaning the interior, ordering and replacing nearly every bell and whistle that came with the tech package. All the while they were dealing with my insurance company, which may have been more of a pain than the actual cleaning. When I got it back the truck was like new again. No watering eyes, hacking, or gagging... Although the "new car smell" was gone too. Bummer. I can't recommend this place highly enough. If they can clean hot pepper oil and replace melted (yes, they were melting) components, I'm sure they can handle whatever mess your "terrible-two" year old made in the back seat. read more

I was looking at detail shops around the area. I asked Brian about a quote and he beat other detail quotes. However, when I brought my car in and explained what I really wanted I could see that he understood...that I didn't just want my car detailed....I wanted my new car SHINY BLING back! He gave me a couple of options with both the diamond gloss and the ceramic gloss finishes. In the end, I went with the option that gave me a seven year warranty and promised to be the most resilient. My vehicle is now SHINIER than new...plus the techs installed a light kit that is controllable by an app on my phone. I originally just got it for interior illumination but then said...."Heck why not go for it?!". Amazing...amazing amazing knowledge and service. All questions were answered thoroughly and there was no misinformation. I got to meet Karen and their son who is a recent GU graduate. What a fantastic family. The technicians really looked like they enjoyed their jobs and I'm glad that their hard work is rewarded. read more

DETAILING: My mom backed into my car and decided to leave the paint from her car onto mine, along with a dent. Brian at Ziebart and his crew were very helpful for a quick estimate and were also able to get both cars in and fixed that same day. Excellent prices, pristine quality workmanship, and wonderful customer service. My mom's car needed a custom paint can made, to which he has many resources to make that happen at a reasonable price. You can't even tell she scraped anywhere. My car, the scratches and such were all taken care of, and the dent guy will be doing his best to fix that at a later date. Brian had the guys go an extra mile in taking care of paint chips on the hood as well! Been here before, and will be back again for a complete exterior detailing this spring/summer. I recently bought a 2015 Subaru Legacy, right off the showroom floor. I was recommended to go to Ziebart for the window tinting and looked into the Diamond Gloss as well. I requested a quote through the Ziebart website and received a very fast response. I was able to schedule my appointment through e-mail. Brian was courteous and professional from the time I contacted him on the website until the work was completed yesterday. I have to say, the Diamond Gloss exceeded my expectations. The car looks far better than the day I drove it out of the showroom (a month ago). The window tinting looks fantastic. I bought my Wife a Mother's Day gift certificate from Ziebart Spokane, of a Ziebart Complete Detail of her 2008 BLACK Nissan Sentra. The car had never been detailed in 8 years. We thought it was clean. That is until we got it back from Ziebart Spokane. The car looks brand new!! The black paint looks wet and better than it did in the showroom of the dealership. The inside of the car smells and looks incredible. We are completely satisfied by the work Brain and his crew did. I had never had my car detailed before, so honestly my expectations were pretty low. Ziebart had one of the best prices in town, so I gave my baby over to them for a day to see what they could turn him into. My biggest concern was the interior--the carpets were really bad and looked like they needed so much work. I honestly just hoped for "better than this" when I dropped him off, but when I picked him up that afternoon, I ended up tearing up! My car looked SPOTLESS. He was absolutely perfect, and every single detail I could possibly imagine had been taken care of. I looked like I had just gotten a brand new car. We had purchased a protective package on our new Acura MDX from the dealer. The car has 22,000 miles and had so many water spots and bug marks that you could not believe it was ever washed. It was a scam. It was a big job getting the Acura people to deal with the issue but finally gave us the OK to take the car into Ziebart to deal with it. It was the only good part of this bad experience. Brian and Randy were very helpful as we live in Moses Lake and did an excellent job. I am a fan of these guys and will be taking any more of my business to them. I am still mad that Acura talked me into spending $900 for this protective coating that did nothing and probably made the problem worse. read more

I was given a complete detail as a gift from my husband and got my car done yesterday. They did an amazing job. Brian walked me through my car when I picked it up and I actually said WOW when he opened the door. My car looks so good. The interior looks brand new. Had a very good experience getting work done to my truck this week. I've never had a a car shop spend so much time explaining and working with me on the right options I had to choose from. There was no pressure or sales tactics just very honest and helpful. The price was one the best I could find and I looked around all over town. I was referred by a friend and was very happy with the results i got. I got remote start alarm and drone option which was really cool feature. I haven't picked up my car yet, but the customer service was AMAZING. I had tree sap all over my car. I went in to see what they could do. They were booked for a few days. I showed him my car and then he made room for me because he said the tree sap was going to damage my paint in this heat. He asked me to leave my car. I needed a ride. He said his wife might be able to give me a lift home. I was close to home, so I walked. I was so impressed that he helped me. I was pretty worried about the paint on my car. Our black car needed a good wash after weeks of collecting dirt and bugs on our extended road trip. We drove up on a Saturday afternoon with no reservation and were lucky that Brian could fit us in for exterior wash only. We picked up the car a couple of hours later and were pleased with the job. Brian was extremely helpful in explaining some of his "tricks of the trade" in removing bugs. Great service. I ordered the clear bra for my 2017 Outback but only the front portion (the whole package sounded like overkill at first). They did a great job. While driving through Canada we were bombarded by stones and the front part stayed protected while the A-pillars got chipped. I should have listened to them. I returned the next week and got the rest of the package and they touched up the chipped paint for a great price. WeatherTech mats have been awesome for snow-covered shoes. Smart, efficient, worked hard to understand and meet my needs. Brian (the owner) expertly wired my quirky car for a trailer hookup, and wired the trailer to match so that it functioned 100%. He's a former ASAE mechanic and he quickly figured out and solved electrical problems peculiar to my setup. He did it right, no shortcuts---and this spilled over past closing time. My car is beautiful after Ziebart's gave it a complete detail inside and out. Prior to getting it cleaned I had not washed my car in over a year. It was filthy. The crew did an awesome job and I really can't find any fault with the results. I especially appreciate the way they shined up the black plastic molding on the outside of the car.
