I find that the brown bear carwashes vary greatly depending on location. Having been to most, if…read morenot all of the locations, the newer the spot, the better the wash. For example, the Brown Bear in Puyallup, WA is not as good as driving a little further south on Meridian Avenue to discover one of their newest locations in Graham, WA. The Graham location is not only new, with a better ability to clean, but has self wash if your car is super dirty or you like to pre-prep your wheels, as I do. I find the Graham location to be cleaner overall and with vacuums that suck better. However, you can never go wrong visiting any of the Brown Bear locations, as they are all able to wash your car better then other carwashes. I have been a customer of Brown Bear for many years. I currently have monthly plans on all three of my cars. The membership plans that allow you to wash as many times as you want, ( I have been known to wash one of my cars 3 times in one day) even back-to-back. The prices pay for them selves as long as you wash your car 3x in a month. As for Brown Bear as a company, that guarantees their service, they are second to none. I have had damage occur once on a vehicle I own. The Carwash broke off my wiper in the back of the car. I contacted the location, and they in turn, contacted the main office. I was quickly contacted by the district manager and the issue was resolved in a very acceptable amount of time. I needed to get an estimate of replacement, including parts and labor from the auto dealer location. Once that was given to the DM, a check was mailed immediately. What a great place to do business, and what a NW staple. I am very proud to have Brown Bear part of our communities. And I look forward, knowing my cars will be clean. (except when the NW rain takes over)

The unlimited monthly wash club membership costs less than $40 every month, and members can receive unlimited premium washes. On an individual basis, washes range from about $12-$25, so even after a couple washes the membership is totally worth it. This is a great no contact option for those who want a clean car. You don't even have to roll down your window when you go through the stalls. Additionally, they are very flexible and are willing to prorate the month based on the amount of time that you have spent as a member. For example, if you start your membership on the 10th of the month, you have until the 10th of the next month. Then, whenever you want to cancel, if you do, you can go online to their platform and cancel your membership, or you can just call and a service agent will easily help you. Beware, around rush-hour there's usually a line but it never takes more than about 10 to 15 minutes. If you time your visit well, you will not have to wait. Additionally, they rinse down your car at the start and often provide rags to wipe it down at the end.

I love getting my car washed there, and I'm probably going to become a monthly customer soon because my car often gets dirty, and it's nice to watch it get clean at Meg Watch. The pricing is good, and the staff are more than just workers--they are truly passionate and love their job. I had a window that wasn't working and wouldn't roll up, and they went above and beyond to help me get it up. This way, when I go for washes, water doesn't spray inside. That kind of quality service is hard to find. Elsewhere, people just tell me to roll up my window without offering any help. I am really, really impressed and will never wash my car anywhere else as long as I live here in Spokane.

How many do it yourself car washes can you say about that? None that I know of. Plus the place is clean, the equipment works, the vacuums work, and nothing looks in disrepair. Not trashed out and filthy like some other car washes in town. Many come to mind. Plus The Owner has a great attitude and wants to help out in any way possible,. This morning, when I went all the bays were busy, but she was cleaning out one bay, while I was waiting for another, and she came over to me and said "you can use that one now." I really appreciated this. This is the ONLY hand car wash I go to, so if you want a clean looking well run car wash, this is THE only one to go to in my opinion. They also have an upholstery cleaning machine for the inside of your car as well. A big plus....
