There was also a gentleman who stepped in to help to try to direct after noticing how dirty my truck was, and I want to thank him for that. Unfortunately, the young employee who initially directed me into the wash didn't seem engaged and didn't properly prep my vehicle. My truck was still visibly dirty after going through the wash, with dirt that clearly should have come off. It felt like he wasn't very motivated or paying attention. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are paying for a wash, especially on a very dirty vehicle, it should actually come out clean. I hope management can address this so future customers don't leave disappointed.

My car was damaged because of a manager name lexy! License plate pushed into my bumper of a new…read morecar! My car was also flung off and on the track multiple times,all of this damage because some incompetent manager name lexy couldn't line up my car right on the tracks! After all the damages to my new car i went out and waited for the manager to come out, but nope common sense didn't prevail. So i told her friends/workers standing around about damages, so they called the manager (lexy) who's fault it was, and lexy the manager comes out and without looking at the damages says " i am the manager so im just gonna deny the claim" so I still had her lazy ass write the report and take pictures. I contacted mister carwash about the claim and they ghosted me. The manager lexy at mister carwash is now at metro carwash so beware of her crookedness if something happens to your car she will lie and manipulate. Metro carwash is well aware of the situation and they don't care who the hire. Metro and mister carwash will ghost you. I highly recommend you do not go to either carwash.

I personally get the mega wash. It's the best, and since I buy the unlimited package every month, I like having all of the additional waxes available to me. I do have two complaints which have resulted in a four star rating. The first complaint is that they need to angle the blowers better so that cars are dried more efficiently. The second complaint is that they rush cars through, packing them to close, and I had a near miss incident one day, and my husband actually got hit by another car in the tunnel when that car got stuck due to its large tires. They really need to space these cars out in case there's an incident so that no one collides with anyone else.

I don't know if they have changed products but the last few times I have been there I am disappointed in the end result. You get one guy drying and half the time he doesn't bother drying the tail gate. so I remind him. Two guys today and they did a terrible job of wiping down the truck. Streaks and a film of dirt still where they didn't bother to wipe. Going back in the morning and have them rewash it. They raised their prices and the quality has gone down hill. Since there are no brushes (hard to find) you won't get your paint scratched. And since they have regular employees on site instead of like the automatic places, if something isn't working right they can respond immediately. I once noticed a set of nozzles on one side was not spraying anything. They let me go back through after they fixed it right then AND gave me a card for another top tier wash. I will also note that, unlike a lot of places, their vacuums are really strong and actually get the job done. The only downside is they do such a good job, it gets busy often. This effectively smears the vehicle and particularly windows and mirrors with an oily film (think Vaseline) then sends drivers out into traffic at night unable to see clearly. Super dangerous!
