They were able to remove about 80% of the scratches and blemishes and it looked great. However, the treatment they used on all the black plastic looked great but as it has washed away there is a white haze on the plastic. This usually happens when polish and/or wax are put on the plastic which anyone that details knows you don't do as it will leave a white haze and it is very difficult to remove if it can be removed. So in short, the result after 30 days has made the car look worse than it did to begin with. I normally do my own detailing but had neck surgery so that is not something I was physically up to doing. Yes, they did the work I paid for but the quality in the end was terrible. Now I have to figure out how to fix it if it can be fixed.
