The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). So we coughed up another $30 to buy another membership. Got a receipt this time to make sure we got what we paid for, and no, we did not. We were charged $28.37 for a single wash. I went back to explain that we did not get what we paid for and the attendant was argumentative, and told me that some how it was my fault because our previous membership from last year was a basic, not an upgrade....? Very poor training and an even worse attitude.
