ASAP Autoglass

I received an appointment notification via text & email. ASAP is able to use your insurance, or you're able to pay out-of-pocket. I had a "double chip," which was clear because there were 2 points that were webbing out. Evan explained the POSSIBILITY of the repair going bad, and the need to repair both parts of the chip, and the slightly higher price. I gave the go-ahead, and Evan had my window repaired in no time. I'll be using ASAP for all of my auto window repairs.

Take 5 Oil Change

The employee then said, "Well, it's free." My boyfriend and I looked at each other and agreed if it's free, why not? After we left, we noticed a $52.99 charge for the cabin filter. We turned around and came back within three minutes to ask why we were charged. We requested a refund and our old filter back. The manager refused to give us a refund and also refused to return the old filter, claiming it was already thrown away. On top of that, I also purchased a fuel cleaner. The staff was so disorganized they almost sent us off without charging us and without even putting the fuel cleaner in the vehicle. I had to remind them to do it. The whole situation felt intentional and dishonest. If it was truly free, it wouldn't have been charged. This was misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

To summarize my experience in 3 words....total rip off. I…read morecalled first to ask the cost of an oil change. I was not asked any qualifying questions about my car. She simply responded the price is $80. Expecting to pay $80, I drove into Take 5 Lube. I asked the robotic employee how long it would take as I had an eye appointment to attend. He said 15 minutes. I pulled into the garage only to be told to remain inside my car on this 90 degree day as customers were not allowed to leave their vehicle. It became apparent the employee wanted me to be a captive customer. He immediately explained the $80 oil change was not available to me because my car has over 75000 miles. Therefore I had to pay for the $113 oil change. My hood was already up so I felt compelled to stay. They then told me my air filter was dirty, my spark plugs need to be sprayed and my wipers needed to be changed. As I sat trapped in my vehicle, this began to feel more and more like a shake down for money. The 15 minutes expanded to 30 minutes, putting my eye appointment in jeopardy. My advice is to locate an honest outfit and avoid Take 5.

The salesman, Nik (Nazih Daadouch), repeatedly emphasized how expensive electrical repairs can be on modern vehicles and assured me everything electrical on the car was covered "bumper-to-bumper." In July 2026, a routine key fob programming attempt revealed my door locks and cruise control had stopped working. A Nissan dealership diagnosed a poorly installed aftermarket security system with unwrapped, shorting wires that had clearly been on the vehicle for some time. Before my warranty repairs could even begin, I had to pay $1,101.71 out of pocket just to remove this undisclosed system. I was never informed this system existed on the car at the time of sale, despite red flags a dealership should reasonably catch on a used vehicle -- including fleet-vehicle history on the Carfax and a visibly non-OEM device installed under the dash. I called Lithia Spokane five times over one week seeking help, and was told each time a sales manager would call me back. Two different managers were named to me as the one who'd follow up. Neither ever did.

Is there a way to give negative stars?…read more 1 PM oil change appointment. Advisor asks if I want a recall repaired while I'm here. I say OK, but I'm stuck here waiting. An hour and a half later I ask what's going on, he says they have to take the front seats out for the recall. He should have mentioned that, I would have rescheduled. I'm now entering hour 3 with no end in sight. What a waste of life. He didn't mention the time it would take due to the commission he makes off of the repair. I have actually bought a few cars here in the past. At least I know I will never, ever, have to come back here for any reason ever, so there's that. Terrible business practice, but a great way to eliminate future business. I will not return.
