Update: the company contacted me on Yelp and the bottom and the contact information provided wasn't…read moreeven the correct person so I did not receive help. This dealership has always been very pushy with trying to sell their cars. This time I came by to look at a used car. The sales person we had, Luke, was new so he wasn't as pushy as his manager. He was very laxed and honest. It was obvious that he was new there since he was unsure about a lot of our questions but he got them all answered. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with us. But his manager was very pushy and kept pressuring us to sign for a car even when we were unsure. The used car we looked at was initially priced was over what it was worth especially considering damage, the mileage, and the year. We were able to get the price down but I found the listing online a on their website and saw that they initially overcharged us by $2,000 in person compared to their online listing. I brought it up but was told that listings fluctuate. We said we were going to look at another car that was newer for a cheaper price and the manager demanded to see the listing as if I were lying. It was rude of them to do that and completely unnecessary. I ended up showing the listing and the manager proceeded to just trash talk that car rather than focus on the car we were looking at at the dealership. Ultimately I was pressured to sign for the car and was upset that they have a "as is" policy because as soon as I brought it home and had time to inspect it further, there was a crack in the windshield. They didn't even factory reset the car and other phones were still connected to it. They said they cleaned the car before we got it but it was clear someone just sprayed a lemon scent inside and called it a day. The amount of damage I ended up finding in the car made me regret my purchase and the way the lie straight to your face is insane.

On April 7, 2026, I had an appointment to address a recall on my truck. Since I bought the truck at Wynne Ford, I thought it would be best to have the recall service performed at the same dealership, believing they would appreciate keeping a new vehicle owner as a long-term customer. However, I was mistaken. It was my first time at this dealership's service department. I arrived to find no other customers, yet I was ignored by all three service advisors. I had an appointment with Lory, but she ignored me, never acknowledged my presence, and didn't say good morning. I waited patiently, but she never asked, "How can I help you?" I only received help after Ms. Brandy German asked if she could assist me; she was the only person who helped. Lory and the man next to her appeared hostile and indifferent, as if I were bothering them, making me feel unwelcome. The service advisor seemed to suggest they didn't enjoy working at Wynne Ford's service department, which was noticeable to customers. Their disgraceful behavior raises concerns about the quality of management. After dropping off my vehicle keys, I waited in the lounge, checked the dealership's Yelp reviews (2.5 rating), and spoke with another customer about poor service. My vehicle's recall was completed at 10:45 AM, and the technician left it at the front door. I waited 23 minutes without any update, then asked the service advisors for my keys. Neither Lory nor the other staff cared, but Brandy German helped me get the keys and leave. No paperwork was given for the recall, and overall, it was a terrible experience. In my opinion, the public should take their vehicle elsewhere. If the service department has a 2.5 rating review (very low) and has not fixed the issues, the customer should avoid taking their vehicle there for any type of repair or maintenance. They do not deserve your business.

The vehicle I was going to test drive had previous damage no one told me about. My offer from the dealership was 19k I had a long winded explanation about three things: -vehicle inspection is out of date (tags are good til 27) & he would have to put my vehicle through all sorts of maintenance once he took it on even though I had all my service reports and receipts. Tires, oil change, oil filter, wipers, various fluids, brakes -minor damage reported to carfax (has been fixed before I even bought the vehicle) -that's the market value ( "we don't do that " is what I was told, said in the 10 minutes he was in his back office he found 100 similar jeeps selling for 19 in a 40 mile radius) The guy I road around with was cool had a good conversation it's the office personnel I had the biggest issues with. My vehicle was undervalued. And ironically the vehicle that I test drove was damaged and that affected the price 0% I would still have to pay the new car price and then they would most likely report that damage to carfax and affect my new vehicles re-sell value down the road and they would take no hit whatsoever...In addition to all this, I work for the US Navy and my time that I get off is very little and precious. My evening was wasted and I'll never get that valuable time back. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone please be on the lookout for shady business practices at this location.

I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday morning for Garett's to check a transmission pan leak (tiny…read moredrips) in my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Picked it up Thursday, they said it was repaired, they gave me a run down of other issues from their"inspection" total $1200. Go home and Friday evening I notice that the truck is really leaking transmission fluid now. So of course I have to wait till Monday for them to be open. So after working a 12 hour graveyard shift, I call and notify them as soon as they open Monday, they say they will make it their first priority. So I drive straight there and it takes them till 930 for them to tell me that the transmission pan is leaking, but they will cover it! (Perfect) they gave me a loaner vehicle (Awesome)* this should have been repaired the first time! They call me that day around 4pm and told me the part came in and it would be taken care of first thing the next morning. Around 4pm, I still hadn't heard from them so I call in, the guy who answered didn't want to give me any information and " my representative" was unable. He called me back about 30 minutes later, to tell me that it was the wrong part and the new part would be in the next day. I begin to question how they didn't notice the wrong part was delivered and why it took all day for them to notice when this repair was supposed to be the first priority. At this point he was just giving me excuses, saying he didn't walk around and check with his employees. I ask " that wasn't important enough for them to notify you right away?" I know it takes time to order a new part. I then ask who the manager is, and have to ask again for his name and his last name. Then he had the audacity to be rude to me!! It's already an inconvenience to be out of a vehicle, then to trust a business to repair it and pay what you pay to be inconvenienced even more. I do not recommend this place!!
