Update: the company contacted me on Yelp and the bottom and the contact information provided wasn't…read moreeven the correct person so I did not receive help. This dealership has always been very pushy with trying to sell their cars. This time I came by to look at a used car. The sales person we had, Luke, was new so he wasn't as pushy as his manager. He was very laxed and honest. It was obvious that he was new there since he was unsure about a lot of our questions but he got them all answered. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with us. But his manager was very pushy and kept pressuring us to sign for a car even when we were unsure. The used car we looked at was initially priced was over what it was worth especially considering damage, the mileage, and the year. We were able to get the price down but I found the listing online a on their website and saw that they initially overcharged us by $2,000 in person compared to their online listing. I brought it up but was told that listings fluctuate. We said we were going to look at another car that was newer for a cheaper price and the manager demanded to see the listing as if I were lying. It was rude of them to do that and completely unnecessary. I ended up showing the listing and the manager proceeded to just trash talk that car rather than focus on the car we were looking at at the dealership. Ultimately I was pressured to sign for the car and was upset that they have a "as is" policy because as soon as I brought it home and had time to inspect it further, there was a crack in the windshield. They didn't even factory reset the car and other phones were still connected to it. They said they cleaned the car before we got it but it was clear someone just sprayed a lemon scent inside and called it a day. The amount of damage I ended up finding in the car made me regret my purchase and the way the lie straight to your face is insane.

You know what i've never notice about a car dealership service review? There are very few 5-star…read morereviews...........you know what else? YOU AIN'T GONNA SEE ONE TODAY! LOL! Now that I got that out of the way, let get to the serious stuff on this review of Wynne Ford Service Department. Looking to get a tune-up completed for my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 after a "Mom and Pop" auto place couldn't remove the #1 spark plug that was singed in. After being recommended to call a Ford Dealership, I was delighted to find that Wynne Ford deals with singed parts all the time. Spoke with a bubbly individual who made me feel really good and confident to get this service done. She was confident that Wynne Ford has seen this problem before and fixed it. She offered me an appointment for the next day which was Friday. I didn't immediately take it (why I don't know) but was able to get one for the following Monday. After the appointment was set, a text was sent to my iPhone confirming it. I was set! Friday before the Monday appointment I receive a phone call from my assigned Service Advisor Casey. He was calling to double check on what service I wanted, gave me an expected price and made sure to call me if further service was required. That was important to me, calling and keeping me advised what was going on. Casey gave me a price and that is exactly what I ended up paying. The service was dong to perfection and the car runs good. There was some other problems with some other rude service advisors to change the appointment; but its not worth mentioning in this review. My recommendation is this; not matter how old your car is, always let the dealership perform tune-ups. Wynne Ford will be doing my next one. Thank you and HAPPY YELPING!

Went in to trade my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee with only 40k in miles I had a cars.com instant offer…read morefor 21k. The vehicle I was going to test drive had previous damage no one told me about. My offer from the dealership was 19k I had a long winded explanation about three things: -vehicle inspection is out of date (tags are good til 27) & he would have to put my vehicle through all sorts of maintenance once he took it on even though I had all my service reports and receipts. Tires, oil change, oil filter, wipers, various fluids, brakes -minor damage reported to carfax (has been fixed before I even bought the vehicle) -that's the market value ( "we don't do that " is what I was told, said in the 10 minutes he was in his back office he found 100 similar jeeps selling for 19 in a 40 mile radius) The guy I road around with was cool had a good conversation it's the office personnel I had the biggest issues with. My vehicle was undervalued. And ironically the vehicle that I test drove was damaged and that affected the price 0% I would still have to pay the new car price and then they would most likely report that damage to carfax and affect my new vehicles re-sell value down the road and they would take no hit whatsoever...In addition to all this, I work for the US Navy and my time that I get off is very little and precious. My evening was wasted and I'll never get that valuable time back. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone please be on the lookout for shady business practices at this location.

She made sure I got everything I wanted and needed in order to get me in the car. The best car buying experience and the best salesperson I've encountered. I mean she is the current heavyweight champion of Audi Hampton. I actually drove 2.5 hours for this car because my local Audi dealer was rude and untrustworthy. I will be sure my next Audi comes from Becca. If she changes brands, I'm getting that brand--that's how good she is.

I had an absolutely horrible experience purchasing a used 2015 BMW X5 (41k miles) from Audi of…read moreHampton, and I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. The very day I bought the vehicle, the TPMS light came on, there was a strong burnt oil smell in the cabin, and I discovered the sunroof was leaking water. Their service department took the car back, claimed to replace a sensor, but the light came right back on during the one-hour drive home. When I brought it back, they said they couldn't help since "no fault code" showed. Months later, the TPMS issue is still unresolved. The sunroof leak was worse--on the very first night it rained, water dripped inside from the passenger visor, and I even found paper towels shoved in the corner, apparently to hide it. After multiple trips back, they said the sunroof drains were clogged, but in the process, they broke the windscreen and then stalled for weeks before finally replacing it. The oil smell was the most concerning. I was told it was just leftover oil from their change and would "burn off in a few weeks." Instead, smoke started coming from under the hood, and I had to pay $200 to tow it back. Eventually, they admitted the valve cover was leaking but refused to fix it, saying the car was sold "as is" and without warranty. When I pushed back with the General Manager, Lance, he was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to help--even after admitting it was a preexisting issue. On top of this, despite claiming the car had never been in an accident, I later found paint overspray and cloudy paint on the doors. The dealership never disclosed this. It also took them over two months to get me the title. When I finally took the car to a BMW specialist, they found: A major valve cover leak that could have caused a fire Oil contamination in the coolant reservoir (likely from mishandling during service) Needed a brake fluid flush Total out-of-pocket costs: $3,400. All of this after paying Audi of Hampton full retail price. I asked only that they do the right thing and help with the repairs, but Lance the GM refused. As a single dad with kids, I trusted a luxury dealership to provide a safe vehicle. Instead, I was given a car that was unsafe, poorly inspected, and misrepresented. I even traded a perfectly good car to them they would only give me 17k for it and put out up for sale for over 23k. I know dealers give less and I made mends with that. If you are considering buying a used vehicle from Audi of Hampton, do not rely on their "inspection." Insist on having the car thoroughly checked by your own independent mechanic before purchase. This experience has been beyond disappointing--it has been dangerous. I will never purchase from Audi of Hampton again.
