Stating that the front bumper would have to be removed to replace the headlights...I did my research because that didn't sit right in my spirit, and I ended up getting the parts myself and put them on and it took 25 minutes and $69...it passed today, no problem and I gave them a chance to explain, but it was BS. I hate giving bad reviews, but I feel they tried to take advantage of me, maybe because I'm a woman, or maybe because of my Trump sticker on my car, or maybe that's just their norm. Regardless, it breaks my heart because I always try to go to local shops and give them my money instead of big businesses, and as a single mom, I can use all the help I can get! Owner/manager (Kim) operates a dishonest repair center - took a flat tire to him for repair two…read moreweeks ago - and later noticed that the tire pressure warning light was illuminated on the dashboard - my dad took the truck to his normal mechanic (Ben's Automotive Repair in Windsor) - and discovered that the tire pressure sensing gauge inside the tire had been damaged during the earlier tire repair - it cost him $71.12 for a new gauge, and $15 to have it installed - when I confronted the Amoco Station - he refused to reimburse me for the repair - he said it was damaged by the other mechanic - this was impossible, for the other mechanic only repaired the tire after the pressure warning light was on - recommend you stay away from this dishonest service center.

The tech showed me a strange wear pattern on my front tires and a couple of patches I was not aware of, on a back tire. They recommend that I change out all 4 tires and to rotate every 3-5,000 miles. They fount that exact same off road tires for $75 less per tire than I found anywhere online. The 4 tires, mounting, balancing, install, and front end alignment happened in 3 hours on the day I first called for an appointment. The people are very friendly and kind.
