Stating that the front bumper would have to be removed to replace the headlights...I did my research because that didn't sit right in my spirit, and I ended up getting the parts myself and put them on and it took 25 minutes and $69...it passed today, no problem and I gave them a chance to explain, but it was BS. I hate giving bad reviews, but I feel they tried to take advantage of me, maybe because I'm a woman, or maybe because of my Trump sticker on my car, or maybe that's just their norm. Regardless, it breaks my heart because I always try to go to local shops and give them my money instead of big businesses, and as a single mom, I can use all the help I can get! (Couldn't we all nowadays?!) The only reason they got one star is because of awesome Briar, the young lady at the front desk: she is great!! I just think Leonard (who carries his little dog everywhere he goes in the shop) needs to put the dog down and find him another job and Dewitt's need an accurate, honest service writer. UPDATE: my dad went the same day and IRONICALLY was told his newer truck also didn't pass because, get this, his FLOOD LIGHT ASSEMBLY needed to be replaced! ($500)...My father is 86 years young, they're not only do you take advantage of women, but also of the elderly... YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! I'm going to BBB next and State Police.

I was doubtful that they were so much better than the competition as to justify the drive, but I was wrong. Theyre definitely worth the drive. I went here to have AC compressors replaced on two vehicles, multiple state inspections, an alternator and most recently suspension and brake work. The prices were competitive and work that easily could have taken multiple days was done in one. They called me to keep me updated on the progress, and on two occasions let me know that the work I requested was not required and I could save money by not doing it. When the alternator was replaced, they identified the reason why it failed (and oil valve leaking on it) and fixed that which was missed by the place I had gone to just weeks before when the previous alternator failed. They are polite, professional, and do quality work. I doubt that you will find a better auto repair operation in this area.
