A few months back, after a small suspension upgrade on my truck, another local "alignment" shop got it all wrong. My coworker, who has worked in the fleet business for many years, recommended Robert Dail's shop. Front desk was nice and they got me in the next day. Jesse did the alignment, and even took me for a ride along afterwards. Numbers were perfect in spec, but after a day of driving around town, I still wasn't satisfied. Dail's welcomed me back and instead of going right back to a re-align, they opted to move the tires around. Sure enough - one of the front tires is bad and was causing the issue. Jesse moved them around a bit to find the right combo, at no extra charge, and now the truck feels perfect. Robert took the time to explain it all to me, and was honest and fair throughout.
