They had my car in the garage within minutes of my arrival and back out with my new sticker in less than 30. I honestly wouldn't share any of this info online for fear of them getting too many additional customers - LOL - however, the employees here have been super friendly and highly efficient and deserve recognition. I have no doubt, based on their very apparent high level of care, that should I have any mechanical issues in the future, they will be my first phone call. Update: I unknowingly left my yeti in the waiting area and they called me to let me know they had it stashed safely for me to come grab it. Much appreciated!!!

They got started on some preliminary steps right away, but there were two other vehicles ahead of me and it appeared there were only three employees working at the time. Because of that, I waited about 10 minutes before being asked what type of oil I wanted and moving forward with the oil change. I selected the core package and also had a $25 off coupon. I definitely recommend checking their website as they always have coupons readily available. Once everything got underway, the process was quick and efficient. I come here all the time and have consistently had good experiences. Clayton checked me out, answered what was needed, and sent me on my way without any issues. Overall, another smooth visit. I would definitely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable oil change experience.

Using the Groupon voucher was seamless but I did have to pay an additional $4 and change for tax. No big deal. He gave me a great price on two new tires, wiper blades and an oil change. I thought I needed a ride because the service would take all day. But nope, Sean said we can get you in right now. All services provided were fulfilled in 90 minutes. I saw William working on my car and he was the only one working on my car. I did not see him leave my car at any point to work on another car which was refreshing. I love it how this station has it where you can see all of what's going on with your car while service is taking place. It seemed like after I arrived several cars were starting to pull up all at one time. Well luckily for me I was in and out by noon day. The station is located off the super busy Battlefield Blvd. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance and a restaurant right next door. I have been bringing my car here for years and have yet to experience any brow raising issues. I read some of the other reviews...so proceed with caution. But IMO I love it here.
