Driving away I noticed they did not clean my windshield and other windows not did they vacuum the floors. If they don't do things that obvious what else did the not do? My last Oil Change took 15-minutes on a Monday afternoon. Barely enough time to use the bathroom and my car was ready. I love that they don't hassle you about the filters - unless they're genuinely falling apart. I can always find a $10 or $15 coupon and always get friendly service. Can't miss. read more

I went to this jiffy lube for a quick oil change, which they were. But then shortly after, I got a notification light. I took my truck to an auto shop and turns out the oil was completely drained (drained all over my vehicle) and the filter wasn't even checked. Oil level wasn't even showing up on the dipstick. I had the auto shop type up a report and I plan on reporting this location as a whole for poor service and negligence. read more

I was informed they only had synthetic oil at the time, not realizing it was going to cost over $40 more than I paid at my last JL service. Had to live with that, but the dishonesty about checking my windshield was cleaned and carpet vacuumed (they weren't) was discouraging. I went to go get an oil change yesterday from here, but the mechanics that worked on my car ended up breaking a cap on the oil filter housing. I had to come back again this morning to get it fixed. Initially, it was going to be at my expense since the cap was actually screwed on too tightly by whoever fixed my car previously, but they were nice enough to not charge me after they fixed the cap. One of the mechanics even came in to the waiting room to ask if I needed anything to eat since I had been waiting since 8am, and by then, it was 10. Took my car here and the next day, the shroud under my car was dragging because they didn't attach all of the screws when they put it back on. A few weeks later, I had an oil leak (spots on garage floor). Took it to the dealer and they said the oil filter was loose. Extremely poor service. Went in for a simple oil and right from the start knew I should have turned around and left. Employees were more concerned with what was playing on their headphones, sending text messages, or watching cartoons than actually working. For the oil change, they dumped more oil on the engine than in the engine and they barely attempted to clean it. It's pooled from the catch pan at the rear of the hood all over the engine and back to the rear of the car. Mistakes happen and I understand that but you can tell from first glance at this shop the level of quality was going to be trash. Whoever manages this shop needs to be let go. read more

Went to get an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. Soon after my low oil notification turned on, my car does not have a dipstick so i either thought my sensor was malfunctioning, a leak, or they never put any oil in the engine to begin with. I returned to the Jiffy Lube and we reset the oil level through the system. Less than 24 hours later the notification came back on again, went to the car dealership and turns out they never put any oil into the engine, i do not recommend coming here if you are not looking to spend more time and money on a simple oil change. read more

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! I have never been to a JL before but I was impressed with how friendly the staff were and felt welcome even with my two toddlers. I decided to use the groupon that was available at this location. I was met by an attendant as soon as I drove up. I was invited inside as they began working on the Signature service. About 5 minutes had gone by and I was asked to come into the garage as they showed me current levels of my fluids and my battery level. At this point they offered their "other services and options" for an additional price. I could barely understand what the gentlemen was saying as he was running through what sounded like a script so I just declined items that were not covered by the groupon. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and I was the only customer there at the time. My first time ever using Jiffy Lube, it was a positive experience. There was no haggling or pressures to buy something. Restrooms, coffee and a few magazines are available in the waiting area. A soda vending machine is there as well for $1.50 the waiting area has 8 seats. There is a Burger King about a 2 minute walk away if you want to shovel down some fat food while you wait as well. After using the groupon ($36) I had to pay for the local taxes of $1.74. At the completion of service we were walked out to our car and they even opened the doors for us. read more

I would never come here and pay the regular prices but by utilizing the deal through Groupon this is a good buy. The staff was very friendly and were quick to start the oil change and tire rotation. A free battery check was also done. They were quick to perform the work and everything was done in about 30 minutes. Granted I was the only one there but still very good. Using the Groupon voucher was seamless but I did have to pay an additional $4 and change for tax. No big deal. The only problem that I encountered was the technician forgetting to give back my wheel lock. On the morning of 5/15 I stopped in before work to get an oil change. Having never been to a JL in the past I didn't really know how it worked, but was quickly surprised by the convenience. I was really blown away by the friendliness of the staff most of all. I have zero knowledge when it comes to car mechanics and probably asked about four dozen questions while I was there, but every single one of them was answered and explained thoroughly so I understood what was going on. The manager on duty truly went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service and even went out of his way to troubleshoot an issue I had with a broken socket for a tag light. Absolutely terrible experience with this establishment. I only came here because of the groupon that contained the Oil Change, Vacuum, Glass Treatment, and Tire Rotation. I was never shown my oil levels, and there was obviously no vacuum service done. One week after this "service" I go out to eat and while driving, the oil pressure light comes on. Stopped by and they were slammed. Manager was working the front desk. Seemed very nice. They were getting cars in and out. However, the prices were outrageous! For 5 quarts of oil, a filter, and rotate the tires it was well over $120.00 dollars. WOW. They do give 20 percent military discount which ended up being less then knocking the cost ($21.00) to rotate the tires. I've been to 100 other places that offer a better deal. Had my oil changed here last Sunday.. it was a great experience! There was a bit of a wait because.. well Sunday. Everyone is off work and rushing to get what they need done. The waiting area was clean and they had coffee available as well as a drink machine. The bathroom was also spotless. I usually haaaate going to get my oil changed because the people doing it are salesmen. They see a woman and the dollar signs bug out of their eyes.. but this was a different experience. They went through their normal recommendations based on my vehicle and mileage but Charles actually took the time to explain each and everything to me that was recommended. If I had questions he answered them like I was a friend and not just a customer. I'd say this was the best "drive thru" oil change I've ever had because of his great attitude and friendliness. He also kindly removed a dead bird from my windshield. I was mortified and he was tickled by it so it made me feel better. My car is happy. I visited this location on Sunday in need of air in one of my tires. I was greeted by the Store MANAGER who indicated that I would have to wait 45 min for the air. I questioned why if this free service would take all of 1-2 min. He stated that it was company policy and I could not jump in line in front of others to get the quick service. I have frequented this location for oil changes however I will never go there again. If a store manager doesn't feel empowered to make a simple business decision to do what's right, then that's a sad situation and that person should reconsider their their role. Afterwards, I drove to Firestone who was also servicing other vehicles and the gentleman happily sent someone out to add air to my tires. No questions asked. read more

I really wish negative stars were possible. I was trying to save a few bucks on a tire rotation and balancing. The staff was obviously not familiar with the equipment and had a hard time getting anything done. About 60 mins later I was told they could not do the balancing. I was nervous about the work and checked the lug nuts before I drove off... All of the lug nuts on the right rear tire were loose enough that I could easily remove them with my fingers. The staff than proceeded to argue with me stating that they didn't touch the right rear tire... I asked for a manager and a member of the staff finally tightened all of the lug nuts on the vehicle. Terrible service. I went to get my a/c recharged and was told if it didn't work I'd get my money back. The next day my a/c stopping blowing cold again. I went back to get my refund and was told to sign a customer service ticket and they called me 2 weeks later. When they called me they offered me a gift card of store credit and not a my money back. Last year I came in and got two new tires...so I thought. The guy sold me tires from 2014 and I know nothing about tires. I need two front tires and tried to get that done today at Wal Mart. When the man at Wal Mart checked my tires, he informed me i need four new tires instead of two. I told him I just got the back tires from Jiffy lube last year and that's when he told me I was sold out-of-date tires. When I went to jiffy lube to try to have my information pulled up, there is no record of my car in their system. Now I can't find my receipt so my last option is to try and pull up my bank statement...smh what has the world come to. On top of that, I remember the guy tried to up sell me on the tires and when I told him he charged me extra he said, "oh if you wouldn't have noticed I wouldn't have taken the charge off." Who knows how many others haven't reviewed their bad experience. I had a simple oil change done. I drive around. Drive home and park. The next day i notice a large wet spot under my truck. Can't be the ac because the truck has been off. I touch it. Yup oil. I've been leaking oil all over my driveway. I find the leak and i can watch it coming out. If i hadn't caught this i could have damaged my truck severely. When i get there. They say i have to wait two hours before they can look at it. I took it to another jiffy lube. I went to Jiffy Lube today to get my crown victoria a much needed oil change. I got there around 515pm and was done at 535pm. Very polite staff and the service was very quick. I would recommend this service location to customers who need an oil change. As much as I go to shops in the morning, it's best to go in the late afternoon because everyone is either going home from work or already at home. Great staff and great service. Stopped by mid-week when it was slow. My Ram 1500 was up for a tire rotation and also had an needed an overdue oil change completed at the same time. The manager had trouble locating my truck in the data base and was trying different years under the Dodge category. I noticed his frustration and reminded him that the vehicle is under the Ram category. This was concerning that he was open to placing my vehicle under the wrong category that could have lead to the technician selection of an incorrect filter or oil capacity. I was then extremely disappointed in the manager's comment that the manufacturer recommended the more expensive synthetic oil. I requested that conventional oil be used. The manager then tried to explain that they would not responsible for any engine damage since I'm requesting oil outside the recommendation. The owners manual does not imply this restriction. The problem I have is that he had no problem trying to force the data entry incorrectly just to move to the next screen but then attempts to provide technical disclosures waiving liability based on false information. I just brushed it off knowing that maybe he just needed additional training or corporate support. I then proceeded to the waiting area as I was kindly offered coffee but there were no cups. Service was fast and the technician was focused. I checked out quickly and did not receive my coupon book. I assumed this was a hint from the manager for me not to return. I don't like leaving reviews but I feel the need to do so today. Dec 24, I went to this for an oil change before driving up to Philadelphia for Christmas with family. Walked out after paying and 10 mins into driving, my brother in law behind me tells me to pull over stating that my car was leaking oil and is smoking. Pulled over and see oil has almost depleted and had to turn off my car to prevent any more smoking and damage to my engine. Called the location at Jiffy Lube and they sent someone over to fill up my oil so I can drive back to their station so they can fix the issue. If no one was behind me to warn me, I would've kept driving and probably ended up totaling my engine and/or would've gotten into an accident. I didn't make it to my family's Christmas dinner in time and this incident has made me not trust Jiffy lube for any business at all after being a customer for years. I didn't appreciate the lack of care for checking if everything was intact before handing me over my vehicle after service. I understand that it was Christmas Eve but there was no need to make shortcuts. I had my ticket voided by the General Sales Manager making it seem like it was no biggie because they had fixed the issue and given me my money back. Another negative experience from this location for me. Simple oil and filter change this time. No problem getting the work done on a Saturday. Problem was the check engine light coming on 2 hours later. Sunday I'm scrambling to get the engine evaluated to find out that a crankcase wire was pulled loose during the oil change. So I drive back to Jiffy Lube to let them know, thinking they would want to fix that right away. I was told by the first guy, after he talked to his manager, that they would get to it as quickly as they could. So I waited inside. After an hour wait I realized my vehicle was being passed by other cars in the rotation so I checked in with the first guy who then informed me that there was only one guy that was qualified to look at my vehicle. Probably should have told me that initially. Just a frustrating experience as far as the work and the non-existent customer service skills. The idea is to provide a quality vehicle service and not create additional problems. I took my mother's vehicle in for the Signature Service Oil Change. The turnaround on the service was quick and the tech that checked me in was very personable and took time to answer my questions. Yet when I entered the vehicle it was obvious that only cursory effort had been applied to make a few cross-grain marks in the carpet and no one had touched the windows, inside or out. I barely had to lift the edge of the mats to see piles of dirt and debris that had been relocated rather than removed. When I asked about the vacuuming included in the service another tech (female) told me that they had vacuumed in a tone implying my questions were of dubious foundation then asked me to point out the (very obvious) signs contradicting her assertion and finally, with huffiness and impatience, offered to have the vehicle pulled back into the bay and redone. Would any rational person put their property back into the possession of a business after such behavior? Given the glaring absence of commitment to quality and pride in workmanship, the rather insolent response to my concerns and the flippant explanation delivered to excuse the dissatisfactory work, I declined. There is certainly no shortage of alternatives within a 5 mile radius of this location and while our family has frequented Jiffy Lube service for years we'll be looking elsewhere going forward. read more

They were very nice and pretty fast, but I wasn't totally satisfied. The service was supposed to include a vacuum of the interior, which I desperately needed. I have a large dog, and there was fluffy fur everywhere. I took my carseat and stroller out of the car and specifically told them how much I needed the vacuum and though they did pick up most of the fur from the trunk, it didn't look like they did anywhere else in the car. I also realized after I left that they didn't tell me the results of the brake check (I presume/hope that means they are fine but before they did the inspection they did say the front looked worn). Otherwise they did a nice job, I know the vacuum is just an extra to the oil change, and I don't mind doing it myself at all but I live in an apartment so would have to go to one of those car wash stations with the quarters, which is just difficult to do with a baby. read more

The technicians at this location stole from our vehicle. The manager did nothing about it, never contacted us and failed to cooperate with police. Horrible experience! The actual oil change is fine - although much more expensive than other places - $48!!! In addition, they proceeded to walk me through all of the other services my car "needed" to have done right away. Some were legit, although their prices were through the roof. But when I come in for an oil change that already costs almost $50, I don't want to pay inflated prices for air and cabin filters, tire rotation, new battery!!, wiper blades... especially when some of these were changed not that long ago. It just felt like they have their list of things to try to get you to buy from them. And then, to top off an already annoying experience, they told me at check out that they had vacuumed my floors and cleaned my windows. I wasn't expecting these services so I thought that was cool. But when I got to my car, there was still a ton of sand on the floor of the back seat, and the windows still had bug guts on them. Never again!!!! read more
