I (luckily) had a warranty coming and these guys were so professional the first time I went and they made sure not to beat up too bad with the price. When my car ended up getting some scoobys and I needed them to replace the engine bad. $7800 to $1608. I couldn't ask for a better job from them and the car drives smooth. Shoot smoother than when I got it it feels like lol. Nonetheless. You someone to take good care of your car? Come here. I drive from near Norfolk the 25ish minutes just so I can come here because of how welcoming, honest, professional, clean, and prompt these guys are. But hey. If you don't believe me? Go to em!! I literally have talked to them for a daggon near a week and a half and they have always kept me in the loop and giving good service while providing no shortcuts.

This was my first experience there, and it won't be my last (full disclosure, I was a Dodd RV customer previously). From getting questions and recommendations from Billy, to Murray coming and explaining what needed to be done, to him then explaining what was done, it was a pleasant experience. They didn't know me from Adam, so they didn't know what my level of knowledge was and I can tell you, they never once tried to mislead me or pull a fast one. The facility is older but they keep it nice. Small and clean customer lounge and restroom. Should be a model for all non-dealer repair shops!

I had some unexpected car trouble right after moving to the area and had no idea where to turn. After a little Yelp search, I stumbled upon EO and Eric was so helpful. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, all of his other guys working were super friendly and welcoming. I won't be taking my car anywhere else and I'm so glad I found him right when I moved in.

He then told me the final price and a few hours later my Honda was ready to be picked up. Words cannot express how much I trust that guy! I'm a little uneasy based on a few reviews I've read of this place due to my experience. I'll…read moreupdate as the situation continues and give fair updates as it is resolved: I took my older 19 ft Chevy G30 van there a month and a half ago. I had my vehicle towed there (it's $600 for each tow) and even spoke to someone there, told them what kind of vehicle and what was wrong and was told to bring it in for an estimate. NOBODY told me it would be $158/hour to diagnose...nobody. I even spoke to the mechanic once it was there, someone at the front desk and there was NO mention of this. I read some of the other reviews and I'm getting the sense they definitely take advantage of people if the situation calls for it. I called twice to get a status with no response or call back in that month and a half worth of time. Finally called yesterday and was put on hold a few times (it seemed they were looking into an issue), then a new service writer told me that he just started three days ago, read the notes that said to just "call owner" and says oh gee that would be $158/hour since it wasn't running (nobody at the get go told me that, nor after or since until now) AND my vehicle has been sitting there for a month and a half or more!? I would have made other plans if I knew this. So then to top it off, I get hung up on (I was completely calm on the phone), call back, leave a message and then eventually connect about an hour later. Now all of a sudden he says that the lead mechanic already did 1.5 of work that I'd be charged for and fixed a switch and got it started but won't stay running and needs more work. The lack of communication in this is absolutely astounding and now how do I trust anything!? All I got was an oops sorry nobody called you and told you how much it would be or even gave you anything in writing or authorized any work!? My family owns a shop farther away and that is completely illegal!! I have no choice now but to have them continue and told them to cut it off at a certain amount of hours. I will update once this situation is complete and fairly if resolved. Now I'm skeptical but if I can't at least get the vehicle running to make it to my house, I will have to get another $600 tow. If they can tell me what's wrong with it, even better. I'm hoping for the best and will update once this is resolved.

When I got the car back my headlights did not work. I went back to let them know and left my car there. They said they would take a look. Another week went by and I had to call again to follow up. They said I would need to take the car to Tidewater Auto Electric because of the wiring. I did a quick Google search and it suggested to check the headlight relay and ballasts. I ordered the parts on Amazon and changed them myself. I am not a mechanic and was able to figure it out. The headlights worked after that. They have a Superman figure displayed there at the register. I guess headlight work is Superman's kryptonite. I would be very cautious of the accountability at this shop.

Jon initially provided a quote that was actually much higher than the dealer's price. Do not trust him. When I pointed this out, the estimate was revised, but it ended up being only about $500 less than the dealer's quote. I lost my trust to work with them as a company. Considering I had already paid $500 for diagnostics, the overall savings were minimal. If you're looking for a significantly more affordable alternative to the dealership, this was not my experience.
