Replaced the flywheel & clutch but did not replace a bearing that was a part of the repair. 3k miles later, the truck began giving trouble again. Difficulty shifting. I took it to a mechanic where I live (FL), and got the shifter fixed. $800 job. that was fixed but the shifting issues came back almost immediately, and this time accompanied by a chirping sound. I took the truck back & my mechanic asked more questions about the work I'd gotten done. I hadn't owned a car in the last 10 years so I didn't know anything. He encouraged me to call them and find out what kind of work was done so they could see if it was related to that and if there was a warranty on it. I called and got a rude person who made sure to tell me that they aren't the same ownership "so WEEE didn't do any work on the truck," she said. I asked if she could get me the information, she put me on hold for 10 minutes, then we got... disconnected. I called right back and got somebody much nicer, who told me what work they did, but was unable to email me any of the information and I guess also unable to find somebody who could do so for her. My mechanic had to call them to get them to send along the information we needed. Turns out all the issues were from the shoddy first job. Great. Better still, it would be covered by the warranty. Turns out labor there was like $300 cheaper than the place I go to now, so I'm not saying you get what you pay for. More that Precise offers a good value when they do the job well (new management, so maybe they do) I understand new ownership means that's not their fault. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't do the shoddy work. They just wouldn't help me at all when I needed them to. My truck is running great now, so I hope you find a mechanic as good as the one I have now. Maybe it's Precise. I don't know.

Great they are also only right around the corner from me! Obviously, that is exactly what I did.

Sad to say that I had a very poor experience. Then, after I got the issue fixed, I headed back to the shop to get my inspection sticker and they'd closed early for xmas eve! There was NO signage on the door. On the Friday following xmas, I headed out early before work to try and get the problem resolved again, and the shop was still closed with NO SIGNAGE stating they'd be closed- they also had no prompt on their answering service stating they'd be closed. They wasted my time with the poor communication, and I felt angry when the tech smiled while handing me my rejection sticker. Wouldn't recommend this chaotic, unprofessional place.

Brought my truck to Willowwood Service Center for a state inspection and specifically told them…read morethere was a loud metal-on-metal clanking sound coming from the rear whenever I went over bumps. I wasn't vague about it -- I clearly explained the issue and expected at least a basic attempt to identify it. The truck passed inspection, I was charged (including an extra fee for using a debit card), and I was told they couldn't find the noise. After moving out of state and getting the truck inspected again, the problem was identified almost immediately: a bad sway bar bushing causing the rear suspension to rattle around. Obvious enough that another shop spotted it right away. So I'm left wondering: how does a shop performing a state inspection miss a suspension issue I specifically pointed out, involving a loud metal-on-metal clank, and then charge extra on top of it? If you bring your vehicle here with an actual problem, you may want a second opinion.

Almost 60 bucks to replace a light bulb and charged triple the price of brake pads to replace them. Lastly they charge a 3% fee on all card transactions and they don't accept American Express cards. Will definitely not return there again.
