    Referred to finks via Jiffy Lube courtesy tire air fill and was told my front passenger thingy was cracked. Got here an staff checked all my tires and showed me, 3 out of 4 were cracked and could be problem soon.... So, they took care of me. THANKS FINKs

    Stopped in here just for a mere oil change. I was in and out in about 30 mins or so. The sales people were polite and friendly.

They gave me a fair price on the replacement of the power steering. I was told the car would be ready the next day, a few hours later I got a call saying that the car was ready. I got called at 11:15 am and i was told me my…read morethird brake light was out and to replace it would be 480 something dollars, the gentleman told me since it was an LED light and it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours to repair, and that's why it was so expensive he said it was a lot of work involved. I priced the light at 3 part shops in the area and found it for 114.00, and 1 hour later after removing 4 bolts holding the cover on the back seat, everything else snaps out I was finished with this job. I am no mechanic, but the job was relatively easy and straight forward. I'm not rich, I am a retired soldier but I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me, I felt like this just was not right, so I have repaired my car and I will take the 16.00 loss for the failed inspection and I will go somewhere else Monday and have it reinspected and pass. Even if it would have taken 2 hours to replace the light how does that equate to almost 500.00 for a 120.00 part and 2 hours labor I understand a price mark up is standard on parts but come on now how does that equate to such a high cost? The car in question was a 2009 Malibu. 4 bolts, fold down seats snap out 2 side pieces on each side, disconnect light, remove the light fixture, that's it. I am not exaggerating this either it took me maybe 10 to 15 minutes to reassemble the seats and everything. If I could give it no stars I would. Wow.

I booked a 10:30am appointment online for an oil change and to run a diagnostic as I knew it's been ages since my last tune up. I was running late, but arrived miraculously at 10:36am. Walked in and noticed there was absolutely no one there, not even a customer waiting. But no big deal as all the staff could be in the back working. A few minutes go by and I'm still waiting. I peeked my head down the hall in hopes to catch a glimpse of someone and nothing. Another few minutes go by and someone finally appears, but from the look on his face, I'm intruding in on his domain. "Can I help you?" in the most confused tone. I tell him I had an appointment at 10:30am but am a little late. He clicks around on his computer and tells me that there isn't an appointment for me. I told him that couldn't be because it was booked online hours ago. Then he tells me some crap about since I didn't call it in that he booked it to someone else who did. Corporate sends alerts to his email about online appointments but he hasn't checked them. Now I'm annoyed because that shouldn't be my problem that YOU didn't do your job. So I told him I'm already here and that isn't my problem. He clicks around some more and "finds" my appointment. "What do you need done?" he asks me in the rudest way possible. I tell him an oil change and a diagnostic. "Well you didn't put anything in the box description so I don't know what you need done." I then asked, "isn't that the point of a diagnostic, for you to tell me what I need?" He huffs and clicks some more and told me that he doesn't have time to run tests all around my car so it'll be an hour and a half until he can get to me. He gave me a million excuses not to service me, had zero empathy nor remorse, and clearly did NOT want my business. I honestly couldn't tell if he was being a racist, a prick, or a combination of the two. So I asked for the nearest Jiffy Lube and got the eff outta there.
