Great reasonable prices with friendly service. I've gotten my car worked on at least 3 or 4 times here and they never disappoint.

He came highly recommended from his nephew whom I served with. Every time I had a problem with my car I would take it to JT and I rely on him to fix my car without taking worrying about getting rip off like at other mechanic places. His work was superb, would absolutely go back to JT if I was still in the area. Thank you for not taking advantage of a young broke sailor :)!

He asked me if I called other shops (I should've hung up on him). What kind of a shop doesn't do ball joints??? He finally agreed to take a look at the car. He made a big fuss that he would have to replace the lower control arms to replace the ball joints. WRONG! The ball joints are separate from the lower control arms on that specific Toyota. What an amateur!! It took him 2 days to change 2 ball joints & 1 tie rod. Then, I had to get an alignment somewhere else. A week later, I heard a noise coming from the front driver's side wheel. I took it back to the place who did the alignment & they showed me that the wheel bearing was damaged. Since JT & his crew had to take off the wheel & steering knuckle, I had no doubt that he destroyed the wheel bearing. It doesn't stop there - he didn't even secure 1 of the ball joints to the control arm. I would NEVER EVER go back & deal with this idiot JT. He gave me a sob story that he downsized after COVID & only does small jobs. Meanwhile, his sign says "We Do It All". Because of him, I fix my car myself.

When we got there, the manager (Elijah) said he didn't stock those tires at all, would need to order them, and the price on the website was wrong and they were $100/tire MORE expensive ($400 more in total ABOVE the quoted price). Told him this was unacceptable and showed him the national website. When asked if he would honor the advertised price, he said No. I was met with a shrug and "Well, there's nothing I can do." Needless to say, I did NOT buy those tires. Will not be back for any reason.

I called and told them of our situation, they told me they were closing in 15 minutes- i told them we'd get there as quickly as possible. We arrived 25 minutes later and they were still open waiting on us- Chase aired up our tire and gave it a quick once over and said we'd be good for the rest of our trip. We tried to pay them and they wouldn't hear of it - just wished us a good trip. We were so grateful for their kindness and willing to us go out of their way to help folks who were not having a good day. Poor Communication and Unprofessional Customer Service:…read more I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my honest experience so others know what to expect. I originally spoke with someone named Chris earlier in the week about bringing in my vehicle for a diagnostic. He told me to "drop it off Wednesday," but no formal appointment was made -- no confirmation text, no email, no name taken, and nothing written down in front of me. Because of that, I assumed they were operating on a flexible drop-off basis, which is common with many repair shops. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it Wednesday due to being sick, so I dropped my car off early Thursday morning instead. Throughout the day, I called multiple times just to check whether they would be able to look at it. Each time, I was told nothing -- no update, no estimate, no clarity. I even told the front desk that if they couldn't get to it, I would gladly come pick it up so I wasn't taking up their space unnecessarily. When I finally spoke with Chris, the tone and attitude I received were extremely unprofessional. Rather than simply explaining that they were too busy to look at my vehicle, he blamed me repeatedly for them not being able to work on it -- even though no confirmed appointment was ever created, no system entry was made, and no communication was sent to me to establish a scheduled date. I acknowledged my mistake in not coming Wednesday or calling ahead, but the way the situation was handled was dismissive, rude, and lacked any basic customer service. A simple "We're booked today, we'll try for tomorrow" would have gone a long way. Instead, after leaving my car there all day with no updates, I received a message saying it was "ready for pickup" -- even though they never inspected it. The entire experience left me disappointed and feeling like my time and concerns weren't valued. I understand shops get busy and that I didn't arrive on the originally discussed day, but professionalism, communication, and courtesy should still be consistent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously, because good service is as much about communication and respect as it is about repairs.
