Flew in to purchase a car in August. Knowing I had a 27 hour drive back I asked the sales manager to make sure that all paperwork was prepared for my arrival. I emailed copies of insurance, driver's license, etc. When I arrived zero paperwork had been prepared. It took 3 hours for me to even get out of the dealership. The people were nice enough, but not prepared at all. After the sale I had a huge issue getting permanent plates I called, emailed and left messages. The only thing I received is bad information. I received a call from Sung Ho (finance manager) letting me know that the paperwork that they had sent to Texas had been returned due to lack of insurance. I noted that I had provided insurance the day I purchased the car. He then said that the paperwork was returned due to the fact I hadn't had the car inspected. I informed him I had the car inspected the week I returned to TX. I asked for the tracking information for the packet that was sent to TX and he said no problem. I then receive the email pictured. Turns out nothing was sent. Under no circumstances would I suggest buying from this dealership. Especially if you are from out of state. read more

Under the new ownership, last year took my Nissan Versa in for a Clutch repair/replacement. Took a week, when I picked up the car. It's been almost a year and my clutch/gears are messed up again. Called and was to get a call back and not surprised but no call!!! Not good business with the NEW owners read more

I purchased my vehicle on July 4th of 2023. After one year the dealership was purchased (Now it's 'Nissan of Hampton'.... the entire service package that enticed me to purchase the vehicle will not he honored unless I drive 2 hours to the only other existing Winners Circle location. IN FRANKLIN VIRGINIA. I live near the HRBT in Hampton. I feel cheated (no free oil change, free inspections, etc.... just foul) read more

Made a visit to the dealership the weekend of November 4th to look at two sedans and one SUV. Test drove all and received numbers for two (one of the sedans and the SUV) that piqued my interest. First, the representative that I spoke with was cordial, and this was the only good point. Site stated the two sedans were CPO, which they were not. The SUV was so overpriced that I did not make an offer. Their final number for the sedan was horrible and overpriced, even after I made a more than fair/reasonable offer! I do not recommend! read more

Oil change almost 80 bucks. They claim materials are more expensive. I changed the oil myself with what they would use, and saved 35 dollars. Customer service is lacking versus what it used to be with pomoco. I called the Nissan in Chesapeake and even THEY were cheaper all around. I miss pomoco. All the faces I remember were friendly. read more

Terrible fucking people went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They gave me back my car and and within the hour my front tire started to squeak and make noise and of course they were closed for the day tried calling them to speak to the manager never got a call back. Oh and last year for my state inspection I was charged $400 plus for a fucking tie rod they said needed to be replaced and it never was so They are a waste of you money and your Time u need a Nissan go to the one in Chesapeake they are amazing people and they actually do their job never will be going to Winner's circle again read more

Our 2018 Murano has been taken in for factory recall repair five times, but each time something prevented it from being completed, such as the wrong part being sent, the part not being found, the repair not being attended to, the technician being unavailable, or the technician working on another car. Despite assurances from the Green team leader after the fourth attempt, the repair still wasn't completed on the fifth visit. While we've had great service previously, we're not sure if the shift from POMOCO to Winners Circle is a factor in this poor performance. read more

Transmission went out on Pathfinder and after searching around for a good repair, realized everyone had difficulty obtaining remanufactured Nissan CVT. Took car to Winners Circle Nissan, and told diagnostic showed just the CVT jutter code. Fast forward a month later after delays getting parts and short staffing, finally get the car back only to have the check engine light come on less than 24 hours later. Upon returning car to shop, we're told belt had actually snapped during repair and punctured coolant tank, a rusted pipe leaked fluid into coil packs, and basically all spark plugs needed to be replaced for additional $1.5K. BTW, not sure if we really identified the issue - but can you authorize us to move forward with even more incompetent, substandard, ultra expensive work? In our most recent conversation with the Service Advisors, we learned the Dealership considered our repairs to have "decent profit margins, but the additional work is gonna shrink it". Glad to know where I stand from a "profit margin" perspective at Winners Circle Nissan. Moral of the story, STEER CLEAR & STAY AWAY from Winners Circle Nissan - Hampton VA !! read more

oh, I really loved the customer care and service I received every time I went to Pomoco Nissan. Unfortunately, however, ever since Winners Circle took over I have been extremely disappointed in the attention to service and its customers. I generally spend 2 to 3 hours waiting for an oil change. Today I tried to reach someone in service and I called three times and never spoke to anyone, except some gentleman who was not even at the dealership and was offsite, who didn't even know who I was asking for and had no way to connect me. I guess they don't have a receptionist anymore? I really don't know if they just don't care about their service customers or if all they care about if someone wanting to buy a new car. read more

Well..... I'll give yelp the short version, but just to begin, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! everyone was helpful when they were taking my money, but after that it was nothing but a nightmare! I bought a 21 Nissan rouge, BRAND NEW! To start my journey...My radio went bad, the plug in port went bad, my fuel pump went bad, my battery went bad, my buttons on the steering wheel were stuck in, my heated seat went bad, my stereo volume knob was bad so when I turned it down.. IT WENT FULL BLAST, blew my speakers. Fast forward to ordering the radio, this was my final straw remind you, I called in for an update three months later and they NEVER SUBMITTED THE CLAIM CORRECTLY... so I go to corporate, surprise! It's a lemon! Now it's STILL a nightmare, the buy back process is paused due to THE DEALER SELLING ME TOO FAR OVER MSRP! Now they have no answer, so I'm out of a car until who knows who's running this dealership... answers to their OWN corporate. How can your own corporate not get ahold of you?!?! This was a terrible experience with the service department of this dealership. My vehicle has been with the dealership for transmission replacement for 6 weeks. After 2.5 weeks I was informed parts arrived and the service time should be 1 week. On the 6th week I was finally indeed the work is complete and the vehicle is up and running. I was able to pick up the vehicle 3 days later. When I arrived and checked out my paper work I was informed the vehicle was not starting g. The mechanic would check it out. 4 hours later no update has been received. This has been the worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had. read more

There were no female employees. I felt as though I was not welcome to purchase a vehicle for my family.

Not happy at all with their After-Sales Service!!! My husband and I bought a Mazda 2019 at this dealer 3 months ago. We paid the full price all at once since we didn't want to do any finance. They asked us to give them a cashier check instead of a personal check. So we went to the bank and brought them the cashier check right the next business day, very straight bussiness. They said the title would be mailed to our place in 4-6 weeks. 3 months has gone by and we haven't received our title yet. My husband went to the local DMV, called the DMV in Richmond multiple times, same answers: they haven't received any paperworks/no records from the dealer, and they cannot issue the car title. So we called Winner Circle Nissan back and inquired about this, right after every time we contacted the DMV. At first, they said that they have sent it, and waited for the DMV to process, but sadly, we didn't receive our title. All the times after that first call, our calls have been transfered over and over to one of their departments to another. We talked to the Customer Service, they said somebody would call us back but we heard nothing, even though we left so many messages, one of them for the Manager as well. We decided to wait no more, so we went straight to the dealer physically today to ask about our title. A lady promised she would look into this problem and would check with the person who took care of our title the next business day, but she refused to give us any contact information, not even a business card. Anybody has the same situation with this dealer, please give a thumps up or some comments! At this moment, we feel really concerned about this issue. Isn't it so unfair to a customer who paid the full price all at once and not even get their title in 3 months?! We hope Winner Circle Nissan corporate can see this review and fix their problems as well as give a better care and communication to their customers. Maybe we are not the first one to be treated like this, but we do hope no one else has to deal with it anymore. Just write this review to let you know we take this seriously and we expect the same thing from the dealer's side. This could give a real bad reputation to such a big car dealer!! read more

Since the "winner's circle" folks took over this dealership from POMOCO it has gone straight to crap with customer service and the organization as awhile. Our family has bought their last 4-5 vehicles from POMOCO over the years simply because of the great experience both buying and servicing our vehicles there. And good luck getting anything repaired in a timely manner. You'll be looking at almost 2 was before you are good to go. I feel for the folks that's stayed there through the transition. read more

Terrible service. My 2018 Nissan Sentra transmission failed on me due to Nissan faulty manufacturing. I was forced to have my vehicle towed to this facility since 2/1/24. It is 2/22/24 and they just received the parts and I'm required to pay for a loaner rental. I will work to get rid of this vehicle and never purchase another Nissan again. I was warned about this repair facility but I didn't listen since I'm not from the area. read more

My car has a recall on it. I called Winners last week and was given an appointment, When I got there, I was told they did not have the part needed. I watched them call and order part and was told I would hear from them by Friday. No call So I called yesterday and was told that the service department would get back with me, no response. I call back today and no one in service picked up the phone. I asked if there was another Nissan Dealership they could recommend, especially if you are so busy. I was told that they had no info they could give. Winners is anything but a winner. I would not recommend this dealership if they told me the car and service were free, because more than likely that is just another lie from Losers, not winners read more

Tried to rip me off on a state inspection. People pay attention to any repairs you have performed at this malpractice dealership. Informed me my third brake light was broken. Stated two out of the three led lights were 50 percent lumens less than the third one. So I left with my rejection sticker. After further investigation their was absolutely not wrong with my third brake light. Also was quoted a repair price of 400.00. Further more very rude and unprofessional is under statement. The service was shotty at best. They were NOT straightforward at all. Even after saying they would, they still didn't give me the copy of the carfax incident report and they straight up lied. I offered them CASH for a car. So they added an $1800 'non-finance' fee. Then here came the lies, they told me they would take that fee out if i did finance through them AND that if i paid off the amount to the bank before the first payment was due then i wouldn't pay ANY interest. I spoke to the head of finance and the head associate about this and they both assured me of this. Well, of course, i paid the amount off as soon as the paperwork came to my house and what do you know, over $300 in interest even if i paid the loan in full before the first due date. Also, the original paperwork from the original owner of the car was still in the glove box, with the original owner's home address, name and wife's name as well. This place is absolutely, awful to deal with but great to go to if you want a good deal because they're awful at negotiating and no one wants to do business with them so ultimately you will get a good deal...because they have no demand! read more

Our family was looking for a car for our son. We found a car on their website and reached out to the sales team to express our interest. The sales person sent us a video walkthrough and we expressed an almost immediate interest the same day in purchasing the car. As we were out of state buyers, we asked what we needed to do to pull the car off the lot so it wouldn't be sold (i.e. put down a nonrefundable deposit) and was told nothing. They assured us he was working with his sales manager on finalizing the deal and would send us the figures, including shipping. We were in daily contact...multiple times a day over a three day period. This was to be a cash deal and we were just waiting for the figures. Today, after our reaching out having not received the figures, the salesperson finally contacted us and told us the car had been sold. We told the salesperson that we wanted to purchase the car, at the listing price. We were waiting in good faith to get the numbers to pay for the car. There was no ambiguity...we were waiting to write the check. For this dealership to sell the car from under us in this manner after working with us DAILY after we expressed an interest in purchasing the car was dishonest, borderline unethical and unprofessional. As this car was for our son, and he had been involved in the process - this stung even more. Not only would I not recommend this dealership, I will actively tell people not to buy from this family of dealerships. Purchasing a car, especially a used one, is based on a certain amount of trust and if this situation is any example...trust would not be warranted here. read more

Wife took car in for inspection and oil change, both which were supposed to be free for the life of the vehicle. 3.5 hours later, she left with a bill for almost $50 bucks after 3 hours of repeatedly trying to upsell her for everything from air filters to tires. Car is 2 years old with under 15 k miles on it. Car needed a piece replaced on the door which they didn't bother to look at because they were so busy trying to rip her off. Will not be going back there and doubtful will ever buy another Nissan due to this treatment. And yes, will be sending this to Nissan corporate. read more

They ran diagnostics, tried to tell me that they would fix my problem and give a 50% credit on the $149 fee for such if I let them fix it. I gave permission. They ran the test said they didn't know what was the problem (therefore they couldn't fix it) and still wanted the fee. I told them "No". Yup, no doubt about it. I drove an hour away to this dealership to look at a 2021 Nissan Altima for 17.8K with 64K miles. When I arrived, the person I spoke to on the phone was not at the dealership and Rick offered to assist me. Rick informed me that he had located the vehicle I came to see, but it would need to be jumped prior to being brought up front. That was the first red flag. Rick then introduced us to Ty and said that he would be helping us from that point forward. While introducing my best friend that came with me, Rick stated "Oh I thought you were mother and daughter". My friend and I are the same age so that was a little disrespectful. We go out to looked at the car that has now been jumped and were told not to turn the vehicle off after looking at. Immediately, I get in and begin pressing buttons to ensure everything is working. The driver seat did not move forward or backwards. Ty begin stating that something must be stuck in the track but he would figure it out. Before test driving, we go back inside so Ty can get a copy of my DL. While doing this, Rick comes over and takes the keys to the Altima and pulls of the lot. Ty clearly had no idea what was going but kept telling us not to worry. I asked about getting a buyers option to see what the final price would be and Ty would not provide it to me without doing the test drive first. I have never heard of this and still call BS. Ty kept asking who I was financing with although I did not want to provide that information. We continued waiting for Rick to return with car while Ty attempts to explain that he needed to complete a "needs analysis" with me. I explained to Ty several times that I did not want to answer the questions and I just came to test drive the car and see the buyers option. He continued to stall while waiting on Rick to return. At this point, my friend and I are both under the impression that Rick was test driving the car first to make sure it was operational. We test drove the car and everything seemed fine. We go back to the dealership and wait for Ty to bring the buyers option. He returns a short time later and says "so this is where we are". The car was now priced at 26K! They added $9,000 worth of fees and taxes. I have never seen anything like this in my life. They played with my time for 2 hours and then changed the price of the vehicle with unnecessary fees. I immediately told Ty to keep the buyers option and I was no longer interested. I wouldn't have purchased this vehicle any way. No dealer warranty and it had to be jumped when they knew I was coming in to look at it! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. Rick and Ty both waisted my time for 2 hours. Save your time, ask for the buyers option up front so you know what type of games are being played! read more

Beware, this is no longer Pomoco Nissan. They no longer honor free oil changes for life. My wife took her 3 year old Pathfinder for oil change and was told she needed rear brakes. I definitely would avoid buying a car from this place. I live in Virginia Beach, and when I called to look at the car, I went all the way to Newport News to one dealership to only find out the car I had to drive an extra 20 minutes ro Jefferson by the airport to look at car.... When I arrived the car was needing to go through reconditioning before it is sold as there was a transmission issue, and it would not go past 40 miles an hour . The salesman name Orlando was adamant on me buying the vehicle pending. They will fix it and call me back. Told him I did not feel comfortable in doing that. He kept on trying to tell me someone else was going to buy the car. I opted to wait until the following day, I called him and he stated the person did not want the car that the vehicle would be going for reconditioning the following day which is Monday waited until Tuesday. Did not hear back from him called him back on Tuesday left a message she never called me back, called him on Wednesday. Stated it was going to recondition. And This morning that he would call me back did not hear from him so called on Thursday. A lady by the name of Tracie picked up the phone and stated he was busy and will call me back after not getting a call for over four hours. I decided to call the dealership back to find out that Tracie was a new hire And that Orlando was actually not fear he was out sick. I spoke to the general manager Derek and he apologize for lack of treatment of his new employee and stated he was going to get the information and call me back. The following day is Friday off and he will let me know what's going on , he assured me he will call me back and here it is Thursday the following week I have not heard back from him I would think as a general manager you would have better customer service then your worker, but I can tell from how the workers handle business why the general manager would handle business the way he does. Bad dealership would not recommend anybody goes there. read more

Went in to simply browse. Didn't need to purchase a vehicle, however, my husband and I wanted to see what our potential options were. When they came back with pricing, self admittedly we responded to their offer with one that was much lower. Instead of trying to negotiate a middle ground, find a different vehicle, or work within our apparent price point we were shown the door and immediately asked to leave. They were quick to thank my husband for his military service, and even quicker to tell us to get out. Also, they wouldn't let us keep the printed out price quote. Never heard of a dealership doing this. Buyers beware. read more

My son took his truck to this dealership for a headlight malfunction. To make a long story short, he is young and was completely taken advantage of for adding on additional items. He was only given one quote for the manifold which was 1600$. My son called us to ask about the work she spouted off so we called the dealership and no one ever returned our call. I called to ask about the $5,300 final bill (which was quoted to my son), I was told it was $3,900 approx. I tried talking with Wesley and he said he didn't have the authority to negotiate the invoice. He called me back with the service person on speaker phone (Valencia) she said she told my son every price and called with updated - that statement is totally false - he had call to check on the status every few days. Apparently she was out sick and now we have an astronomical invoice. We asked about doing work without consent and they said that is not their policy but Wesley said if the car was in the shop we would assume everything was a go but the issue is Valencia was out sick so they just fixed everything. My son is in the Navy and doesn't have that kind of money - he would have NEVER approved an invoice that high. They also put on 4 new tires without his consent. When Wesley called with Valencia they said the invoice was now $5,900 but they discounted to $5,600. Now which invoice is right WHO KNOWS! I have called for the past two days with NO return calls. I was supposed to receive an email with the breakdown - never received. They still have my sons truck and lord only knows when we will get this resolved. So if you want to be a WINNER then I suggest going elsewhere. read more
