Major kudos to Samuel at the front desk and Julius the technician who performed the work. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review is because of Benjamin at the front desk, who showed no interest in addressing me even though I stood patiently in line - directly in front of him - for nearly 15 minutes as he took phone calls and spoke with other team members. Not so much as a 'thank you for your paitence' or 'I'll be right with you.' He made the statement of 'I'll be with you in just a moment' - while barely glancing up - as I approached the line, but didn't say a word afterwards - but was quick to chat it up with people that were in line after me. I won't speculate as to why he treated me this way, but that was horrible customer service. It took for me to get Samule's attention - while he was with a customer - to get seen.

I asked him if he was busy he said only about ten minutes however another guy took my tire off and put a used tire on my car that had less tread on it than my tire he did this without asking me the way I found out was when he gave me the bill for fifty dollars after explaining to him I did not put used tires on my car and asking him to put my tire back on he started telling me a lie about my tire (take into consideration that I just had an inspection sticker put on at the dealership) pushing the jack under my car really hard and I could hear it hitting against metal so I told him to stop, Thinking that the guy that I trusted would clear up the issue was a mistake he told me that he would still have to charge me for labor? Making an appointment was fast and easy and customer service was great up to this point. So far so good. I made my appointment for 8am for a diagnostic and was told i could expect to hear something back around noon. After not hearing anything, I called close to 1pm and was told my car was next for service. When 4pm came around and I didn't hear anything I called again only to find out my car still wasn't looked at. At this point I was told to expect my car to be kept overnight but only because I asked about it. I was pretty frustrated considering I had an early appointment, all I needed was a diagnostic and for the simple fact I had to call for all updates not to mention having to now coordinate a ride home. I called again first thing in the morning and was then told I would have answers around 9. I was convinced then that my car wasn't looked at, at all the day prior. I did get a call shortly after 9 and I was apologized to and did get the answers I needed on my car. When I picked up my car, they were super apologetic and assured me this was not the normal way they conducted business. Because of the inconvenience, I was not charged for the diagnostic. While I was thankful, I was really disappointed with my whole experience. I understand things happen but good communication makes all the difference. Maybe my case was really just a one off, but this trip made me want to take my business elsewhere.
