Visit #1: The dude doing my oil change seemed to think he was auditioning for The Bachelor. The minute I mentioned I could change my own air filters, he was all, "So... do you have a boyfriend?" Like, bro, what? Are you here to service my car or apply for the position? He did chill out when I said no, but the whole interaction had big "creepy Tinder date" vibes. Visit #2: This was the real pièce de résistance. I showed up slightly overdue for my oil change, and instead of a simple, "Hey, try to come sooner next time," I got verbally annihilated. The guy was sooo mad, slamming tools around like he was auditioning for a WWE match. Then when I asked about using a coupon (because, duh, who doesn't love saving money?), he basically growled, "Absolutely NOT." Okay, Scrooge. But wait, it gets better. I paid in cash, thinking it'd be easier (mistake #1). This dude LOST it--slamming register drawers like the cash personally offended him, muttering God-knows-what under his breath, and then storming off to another register to finish the transaction. When he handed me my change, I swear he was two seconds away from yeeting it at my forehead. Finally, I asked him to reset my oil change indicator (a very normal request, mind you), and he straight-up ignored me like I'd just asked for a kidney. Instead, he gave me a dead-eyed "we're done here" and ushered me out like I was some ex he'd been forced to see at Thanksgiving dinner. Moral of the story? Skip this nightmare of a garage and head five minutes up the street to Valvoline. They'll change your oil without you having to relive your worst breakup.

He squeezed me in, knowing I was in a bind, and kept me super informed during the process. He not only did a fantastic job on the car, but took time to educate me and make me feel secure. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, all of his other guys working were super friendly and welcoming. I won't be taking my car anywhere else and I'm so glad I found him right when I moved in.

Parking lot is always full and people are always in and out. This visit is the second time they have said my vehicle would be ready at a certain time & is not. If there are major issues with your vehicle, be prepared to wait. While they do an excellent job, are kind, and patient, the wait times have become a bit much. Maybe I just have gotten the luck of the draw. I recommend setting the expectations upfront and advising customers on the maximum wait time needed to work on any vehicle or providing a status throughout the process. In this scenario, it was the parts place that was the hold up. I did not know this until I arrived. Other than a possible courtesy call, these guys really know what they're doing. I was greeted with a friendly voice and smile. The bathrooms smelled good and I felt a comfortable vibe during my wait. I needed an inspection & wish I came here first thing that day for oil change ($10 off Yelp Checkin). Other issues were identified. Two that were needed in order to pass inspection. One issue I was aware of so, I knew I should just get it fixed. Instead of an hour wait, it ended up being several. Rick (I'm guessing owner) was so nice & even offered to drive my daughter and I home. The prices are comparable. All car repair IMO is high anyway. They empathized with me since it is during the holidays w/ unexpected expenses. They all worked together, communicated respectfully with each other, everyones demeanor was calm, no one was yelling, I didn't hear one curse word during my wait, and Rick was clear & concise in his delivery to the techs on exactly what needed to be done w/ my vehicle. So, I guess if anything happens, I have my receipt and will bring it back. Great experience & business environment to deal with especially under already stressful conditions.

Because of that, I don't believe reviews from before the ownership change accurately reflect the current business or my experience with the current ownership. The business may have been a great establishment under the previous ownership, but my experience with the current ownership has been completely different. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and it was kept for over a month. I paid approximately $6,000 for the work. Despite the amount of money I spent and the time the vehicle was in their possession, I got the car back with the same issues I originally brought it in for. New parts had been installed, but the underlying problems were still there. Ultimately, I had no choice but to scrap the vehicle. In my opinion, the mechanic's work was incompetent, and I feel I paid a substantial amount of money without receiving the repairs I was promised. Unfortunately, my experience didn't end there. After I posted a negative review, the owner began calling me from a restricted number, screaming profanity at me and then hanging up. In my opinion, that behavior is extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a business owner dealing with a dissatisfied customer. I'm sharing this review so that potential customers understand that my experience reflects the current ownership and should not necessarily be compared with reviews from before the ownership change. This is based on my personal experience and my opinion of how I was treated as a customer.
