This location has been awesome. They're so friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They're personable and it doesn't feel like you're just a customer. I had a piece of metal in my tire that I couldn't patch and they were able to replace it for free since I had bought a whole new set last year and had the insurance for them. They expressed their concerns with me using a 13 year old donut tire (oops) and it gave me the opportunity to make an informed decision to buy a new full size spare without it feeling pushy. They also worked with my budget which I am so grateful for. The wait wasn't too long but in that timeframe I watched them treat everyone who walked in that door like someone they already knew. Clayton was the gentleman who helped me and I highly recommend him and this location. read more

This place could have 5 stars... easily. Great service, friendly, fast, good quality, all the things. But why, why does it take 30+ mins of standing in line just to get my car key after completion. Every time it's like this. Why not have two lines?? One that says "PICK UP" Takes two seconds to see that someone just wants their keys and to hand it to them. That easy. And then, boom, 5 stars read more

Came in on 9/28/26 for a nail in my tire, was told tire was not in stock, but will be delivered to shop from Chesapeake on Tuesday. Made an 8:30am appointment on 9/29/26, after checking in and waiting 45 minutes was told tire was not ordered or delivered. Was asked to come back in the afternoon. Received a call to come in and was told I should be in and out by 2:15. Hence it's 2:40 pm and car has not been pulled into a bay. The lack of consideration for the customers time is appalling. I understand things happen, but paying attention to detail for the customer is key. To say I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with the service goes without saying. Hopefully I will be done by 6:00 pm fingers crossed read more

Nathan was super professional and helpful. His team got me back on the road within an hour!! Got two flats while on the highway and they were the closest shop. I was already stressed about the air hissing out my tires... I parked and someone met me outside. I asked them if they had cameras or something because how did they know. They talked me down from the stress and about an hour later I got back in my car with no more tire issues. Staff were attentive and very knowledgeable. They made sure I got the service I needed and never pushed for extra services. read more

Jose is a great manager. He takes care of the customer. I appreciate the fact he went above and beyond to keep me as a customer.

Scheduled my appointment on advance to install 2 tires I ordered online. I was met by a friendly staff associate who checked me in with checking out my truck tires first. When my truck was pulled into the bay, the tech came to the waiting room, introduced himself, went over what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. Car was finished near the time promised. Will be back! read more

Bought several tires from here before until recent purchase of tires for audi q5. Experience was great till recently. Was sold their inhouse brand of Phantom tires. Replaced OEM Kumho. When installed the staff forgot to reset the TPMS. After driving for 3 miles on way home TPMS sensors went off. Ride was choppy and unsteady only to find out when I got home that the tire pressure were grossly underinflated -5/6 lbs. The staff apparently also did not read the tire pressure difference set by manufacturers. After 2 weeks on Phantom tires and driving them on a short trip out of town with my wife driving them to work, we are swapping them out. The Phantom tires decreased gas mileage by 20-30%. Also they do not handle as well as the OEM tires that were worn out. They tried to dissuade me from swapping them out. Be ready to go through some haggling if you plan on returning tires, even though their advertisement says it. Lesson learned-don't try Phanthom for tires unless you want to sacrifice short term price for long term mileage. Research research your tires. read more

Only used a 1 because a zero was not available - went in with a nail in a tire with about 15,000 miles on - they said he could not be fixed and wanted me to buy a new one. Took the tire down the street to London Bridge Auto and they fixed it for $37. Guess customer service is not a thing at this company. read more

It's that time of year! Camping Season's about to start. Get those tires checked, grease those bearings, and get your camper state inspection if it's required. You can never be too safe while towing! (Don't forget to get the pressure in the spare checked too ~mine was very low!) I picked Discount Tire out of necessity: I got in my car to find the low tire pressure indicator lit up and subsequently found a structural screw stuck in my tire. completely unsalvageable. I checked online for the closest tire shop with decent ratings, called to see if they had a tire to fit my car in stock, and went immediately there. Upon arriving, I was quickly helped by Shane. He promptly and courteously inspected my tires, noticing as he did that my car had tires sold exclusively by Discount Tire. He then checked to see if the previous owner of my vehicle had purchased the protection plan. When he found that they had indeed purchased the protection plan, he informed me that the new tire and the replacement would be free. What a blessing! I chose to re-up the protection plan for a very reasonable $15. I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Discount Tire on Holland and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Shane and Discount Tire for helping make a major bummer a little brighter. read more

I made an appointment to have a tire patched and explained over the phone that I needed to get home quickly to my newborn child. When I arrived, I reminded the staff again of my situation, and they told me it would take about 45 minutes. I waited the entire time, but my vehicle was never even touched. Very disappointing experience, especially after making an appointment and being upfront about needing timely help. I left without the service being completed. read more

Went in for a tire balance and alignment. Sales guys tells me after taking off my tires that the lug nuts are to short and will not work on my vehicle unless I buy new ones. Had no choice needed to get it worked on. This seems like a ploy to take advantage of ppl. He did it to another guy after me. read more

They are reliable, responsive & friendly. I was reminded by my husband that I get free tire rotations from here if you purchased tires from their store for the life of the tire. I confirmed this over the phone & set up an appointment. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. I did wait for 10-15 minutes, but they had two customers ahead of me. I was acknowledged & informed they would be with me in a moment. Which is a huge plus ( for me) when it comes to customer service. It conveys to the customer that their presence is noted & that help is on the way. This verbal communication is vital. They also did recognize the extent of my wait & thanked me for my patience. Which was fine because by the time they attended to me, it was my actual appointment time. The employee was very courteous & kind. He confirmed my phone number, & informed me I would be notified when my vehicle was ready. A link indicating the progress of my vehicle was conveniently sent through text so I had the opportunity to do other things if needed. They estimated it would take an hour or less. My car was ready in 35 minutes. The employee also discussed with me where my tire tread currently was on the diagram & inquired about the frequency of my mileage to better gauge an estimate of how much life I had left on my other two tires, so that I could plan accordingly for future tire purchase & for safety. So be sure if you purchased tires from there & you need a tire rotation, you get it done for free here & save yourself some money rather than paying elsewhere. read more

Why does this Discount Tire store have over 100 reviews and an average of 5 stars? The reason is being is that this is like no other tire store you have ever been to. I placed an online order for 4 tires and wheels and the day after they called to confirm my order and service date (after they have already sent me the order confirmation details). The customer service at this location is impeccable and the associates are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of all of their products and services. I arrived on my service date and they went over everything that they were going to do. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Not sure why I was expecting to be there for an hour? They have a spacious waiting area with free water/coffee. Overall, I was very pleased with the prices and the service and would come back for any tire needs! read more

Took my car in on a Wednesday for a new set of tires and alignment. While they were working on the tires, I was told there was a weld on one of the rims. I was fully aware. I had it repaired at a rim shop over a year ago with no issues. After an extremely long wait I go to look at the parking lot and notice my car parked all the way in the back corner (weird). Then the tech comes to tell me for some odd reason my car was removed from the bay and two other cars were put in front of me for an alignment (also weird). When I leave the tires have an absurd amount of air. I leave for a weekend trip the next morning (Thursday) Three tires still have an absurd amount of air and one doesn't. I get to Richmond and adjust the air in all tires to the correct pressure then travel to Northern Virginia. One tire loses a bit of air but I didn't think it was major so I park the car in a garage for the weekend. Saturday night I go to the car and the tire is flat. I end up needing roadside assistance twice and had to keep stopping to add air in the way back home Sunday. Roadside assistance puts the spare on and there is a second crack in the rim. I tell this story to an employee at another rim shop and the look on his face said it all. He didn't want to say they did it but he said sometimes when there is a weak spot on the rim it's easy for the machine to cause another crack. I totally believe they knew there was a new crack and put my car in the back to see if it would hold pressure until I left. I gave two stars only because the manager, Brad, did offer to look at my car personally if I brought it back. I declined for obvious reasons. read more

Everyone there works their butts off. Blake goes above and beyond to show great customer service. 8/2021 Wow is all I can say. They took care of my iissue in no time and were very professional, efficient, and courteous. I was feeling my Jeep shake about a month ago and I thought it needed some work done. My usual auto shop couldn't get me in right away and I needed my vehicle same day to drive up to Baltimore. My folks did a quick Q&A with me to help identify the problem and rule out anything. After a few minutes on the phone with them, they actually advised me to come here for a tire balance and possible rotation. Since it was before 8 am, I arrived 20 mins early and waited until they opened their doors. There were quite a few people already but they knew how to keep the line moving. Some were in for appointments while some showed up for walk-ins, like myself. After a thorough walk around and diagnoses, they gave me a 1.5 to 2 hour window. Sweet. They sent status updates to my phone and called when they were within 15 mins done with my jeep. Sixth dollars later and it was swift and painless. I wish I remembered who my advisors were (I had 2) but they were equally exceptional. read more

I recommend the services of Discount Tire. The employees work very hard to ensure that each customer is greeted and checked-in for vehicle service. All I have to say is this is a great service shop. It's THE only shop that I've been to where an associate makes an effort to greet customers at the door. I received excellent customer service from start to finish. Daniel provided great customer service over the phone. Justin was very helpful while I was at the shop. The techs stayed almost an hour after closing to make sure the job was done right. I came in for a routine service. During the work, they found an underlying issue. I like that Justin took me to the bay to show me the problem, without me even asking. After I already spent hundreds of dollars (well spent), it was in my best interest to get the other service completed. Justin help to determine the best option, which was cost effective in the long run. I highly recommend Discount Tire, and this location. I'm very thankful for the service. I'll be back. read more

Both of my 2018 Sonata rear tires were leaking. I had AAA change the passenger rear with the emergency tire and put air in the other rear tire so I could get my car somewhere to have the tires repaired or replaced. The AAA driver discovered both tires had a nail in them. I called two tire places who quoted me $46 and $45 to fix ONE tire. When I called Discount Tire, they said if they were reparable they would do both for free. I was shocked but happy and maybe a little wary. I arrived without an appointment, they were very friendly and took my car into the shop quickly, and within 45 minutes they had repaired both and had me on my way. No charge and no paperwork. They could just as easily have said they were not repairable and tried to sell me new ones. I would not have known. I usually buy my new tires at Costco but based upon this experience, the reviews on Yelp of this facility, and my conversation with the person who checked me in about Discount Tire's cost, warranty, and extras for new tires, there's a very good chance I may reconsider this decision when I replace the tires in about a year. Thanks Discount Tire. Honestly and excellent customer service are rare to find these days! read more

I went in for new tires and rims for the Caddy. Nik was extremely helpful getting me into GM specified rubber and rims that would work for the car, he took his time and even called around to find the rims that I wanted! Jesse ran the install after everything came in and did a fantastic job, one of the rims came in scratched so he slapped it on so that I could have my car back and ordered a new rim to swap out with the damaged one! Unparalleled customer service and car care here, but don't let the "Discount" fool you. First time coming to this store. Prior to arriving, I had called and the man who answered the phone was quick to answer my questions on if they have the tires I was looking for and when I would be able to get in. They had brand new tires that I wanted and said if I walked in, I would be able to get in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. I acted quick. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee in a tent who asked me general questions, I was soon helped by another employee to get my car started. They have a nice lobby and got the old tires and new tires on relatively quickly, due to me having stretched tires. I came in at approximately 10:10am and paid/left by 11:45. Very professional service and I will be doing business with them in the future! read more

I have been coming to this location since it opened and have been pleased with their service. My previous experience was not the best one and I felt the customer service fell short on that particular visit. I answered truthfully and honestly in the survey that arrived in my email asking about my service. Later that same day, I was contacted by the store manager, Keith Boan. A new appointment was scheduled and they took care of the issue I had with the utmost care. The technicians were quick and my wait wasn't very long. I knew that the one visit was only a blip in how the company typically handles business and I am more than satisfied in how the store manager took care of me. This experienced has reassured me that I am coming to the right place and spending my money with a business I can trust. Definitely check them out! read more

My husband goes there anytime we have an issue with our tires. I didn't believe him but I was blown away by their customer service!! Today my Jeep tire went flat and we were more than prepared to buy brand new tires. My husband gets there (with both kids) to get a new one and the staff was more than accommodating. They offered my husband coffee or water while he waited for them to give him a diagnosis. Once done, they were actually able to repair my tire and not just sell us another. They did it for FREE! And under an hour because they knew he had the kids. I was not only impressed but was surprised how they repaired my tire within the hour! We will definitely be going back when I actually need tires! Updating this review because they were amazing again! I love their drive up free air! It's so nice to just drive up and get air in my tires! They also told me when my tires would need updating!
