I had them repair 3-20" bent chrome rims of a set of five and mount and balance tires to these rims. I took the rims to them on 06/24/2021, purchased and had tires shipped to them for mounting not expecting them to have everything finished until 0706/2021. I received a call that everything was ready to be picked up on 07/01/2021. So far I can truthfully say the rim/tire sets looks excellent, mounted them on the car 07/01/2021. I used their services before about six years ago and will probably again in the future. As for pricing, they are reasonably priced within range depending on the work needed on the rim. I am presently very satisfied but I am waiting to see how the air pressure remains in the tires after I pick the car up from the wheel alignment specialist. I am a very distrusting consumer because of the economic world of today, where businesses want the money but really don't care about giving the customer good value or services for their money and are very disrespectful with an arrogant attitude toward us consumers. This business I very highly recommend for any of your customizing rim or car needs. This rating I give because this is my personal experience, but sometimes dealing with some businesses you never want to see them again. They repaired a cracked rim for me, put two welds in it. Rim cracked again in the exact same two places they had welded. I was told "If you leave your car in the driveway and never drive it, you will never have a problem!" Which was odd? My experience with welding is that the welded spots when done properly are stronger than the original. I was told that the new cracks were just slightly to the right of the center of the weld. Funny, it looked like it was right down the middle of both welds to me. They came highly recommended, I guess they are ok. With hindsight being 20/20, I would just buy a new rim next time instead of spending over $500 to get one fixed twice. The only upside is that Costco did a road hazard warranty on the tire and replaced it for free. I'm only buying my tires from Costco and will probably buy new rims there as well. read more

Took my BMW X3 to this location today due to having to put all new set of Tires on it because of a Blow out on 64, I had the tires put on at TQ, wish i had just taken it here to begin with, TQ could not due my Alignment due to some undisclosed reasons, most likely because they didn't know how to do it on BMW. Emailed this location last night and got a call this morning, that it would cost 100$ and would be done with a Hunter Hawkeye Elite system, My brother who is a Master Mechanic in CA and works on BMW said to take it here because the system being used is very accurate. I was very happy with the service i received here, the staff was great and honestly i think i found my new go to place regarding Tire Rotations, installs, and alignments. So got my rims done in black, looks great. Picked up the truck this past Friday raining like crazy trying to get to my window tinting appointment and then to work. After about 5 or 6 minutes of driving my tire pressure light came on. Didn't think much of it as the pressure was little lower than the others. So I kept going , got my windows tinted and drove to work. Put some air in there when i got home and didn't drive again until Saturday. Still the sensor was on. So today I call the shop and told him my sensor still on but it showing the right pressure and it might be the tpm sensor. To my surprise, he said the light wasn't on when you left and you could have hit something or made it loose etc. He didn't say hey bring it back we can see if it was us or something I did or even hey we can change it but it will cost you such and such. Or if it was a setting to change, Just plain you out of luck good by. So learned lesson their work carries no guarantee or customer service after you drive out the shop. Spectacular job on the rims, but hell hope they hold because they could car less if something went wrong. read more

I had work completed on two alloy wheels. Both were a challenge, due to the machined/coated finish. That said, the repair was of good quality and exceeded my expectations. Pro Rim Repair does have a bay to support minor repairs/mods, and the customer service was pretty good IMO. They also do custom work on engines, body, and chassis and are a great the shop to take your car to for pre-race tech inspections. Wanted to find a small business rather than a chain and after going to one place and being given the brush off (they were just too busy to take on her job and, well, they really don't make any money off of changing tires - seriously, their words!), we wandered into Pro Rim. Clearly, the task we were asking for was pretty mundane to their typical client, but Chris was pleasant and not at all condescending. He ordered tires that were delivered later that day & we came back to have them mounted and get an alignment. We had plenty of time to listen to interaction among the staff and with customers. I came to get my wheels put back together before being deployed they offered to fix some work that was done on my wheels which was cool but before being deployed I had my parts stolen I ask them to just fix what they had because I was leaving they did not fix it they just charged me storage fee while I was gone. Took my X5 there Monday, they determined two rims needed repair. My husband removed them and we took the rims to them. Done Tuesday and we put back on the car. Same issue. Took it again Wednesday and left the car. Picked up today still didn't fix the problem the manager maybe owner dunno Chris was cocky and rude. They put about 60 miles on the car "road testing" it smh never again. Go elsewhere y'all this was a horrible experience and sad because they came recommended. read more

Chris and his team have repaired and refinished wheels for me, mounted and dismounted dozens of tires, and fit me in even when they were slammed. I have been through many tire shops, and most are careless and damage wheels when removing tires. Pro Rim repair on the other hand has top of the line equipment and people trained to use it properly without damaging my expensive wheels. I feel comfortable knowing they are in good hands, whereas before I would stress getting a tire dismounted.
