Another value filled shopping trip at Sam's club. With a shopping list you stay more focused and avoid the temptations of the other bulk value items. This trip I only purchased 30% more items than I had planned. Topped off my trip with a supreme pizza combo at their cafeteria. (Tip-don't need a membership to buy from the cafeteria). Great flavor combined with good quantity of veggies and meat toppings.

Shopping in Sam's for JUST 1 ITEM, I noticed a line near the pizza. Being nosy I decided to just peel thru ans see what everyone was waiting on. Welp, our eyes met and I was hooked. I joined the growing line. Patiently waited my turn for THIS BABY RT HERE!!! Being a New Yorker, I've always been a pizza snob( and don't care it ya judge), this extra slice more than I could really eat. Arrived fresh and hot outta the oven. Nice hot melted muttza'rel. I rushed to my car to have my first bite, I LOVED the crispy pepperoni rounds!! Every bite was delicious. I can't even believe what I have been missing!! Sam's offer plain, sausage and pepperoni or just pepperoni. I think it was about $3.00 AND comes with a beverage. Gotta chexk it out

Low-key love places like this. A little bit of everything you could possibly need in one place.electronics, baby supplies, office supplies, general car stuff, food, veggies, wine, meet, meds, etc... to top it off they have a mini food court with affordable prices. So if you do t have much money, eat there you'll get full off of $5. If you hate the lines, try checking out online. Avoid the hassle and be in and out.

Love-hate with Sam's. LOVE: membership store with decent prices on an assortment of bulk quality merch a step above Wal-Mart. Tires/car batteries, clothing, housewares, grocery, etc. HATE: Busy parking lots and store aisles, not to mention long lines at checkout and various service counters; results in unanswered phone calls to certain departments (tires). Scored a deal on 4 BF Goodrich tires with premium installation last year with lifetime free rotation and balance perks at any club. After calling too many times to count over the 3 previous days, I finally got through to Tires on Monday. Henry setup my rotation/balance appointment for our Odyssey on Friday (today) at 2pm. Upon arrival, it was super packed with seasonal shoppers. When our turn at the tire counter came (10 minutes after arrival), rep walked out to our van, then told us their lift can't do Odyssey's. No rotation. Uh, what? They DEFINITELY should have mentioned when I booked the appointment, which they later apologized for. Took 90 minutes to complete balance check. While waiting, my boys enjoyed an icee and a brownie sundae for $2 total.

Sam's club is packed with everything from office supplies, home goods, garden, outdoor, beach/pool, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, glasses, bakery, groceries, rotisserie chickens, technology and more! The store is clean and the staff is friendly! We always stop at the snack bar for the biggest piece of pizza and drink for under $3 and frozen yogurts! You can feed 4 people for $15 can't beat that anywhere else!

I never tried the grocery pickup option at Sam's before, but with the way Rona just hanging around grabbing people like she getting a commission, we've been trying to be extra careful. I placed an order the day before to pick up for 12, but received an email around 10am saying the order was ready early. I wasnt busy, so just headed that way. I've been coming to this store for years and never paid attention to the Pickup Reserved signs. I'm hoping they're new and I'm just not that oblivious to my surroundings. Anyways, I drove around like 5 minutes and finally had to ask someone where to go. They told me it was on the side of the store where they do the tire, so I made like a triple U turn (it was a mess) and finally parked in spot #4. Opened the app to check in with the spot number and got an error message right away. I rebooted the app, logged out and back in, but nothing worked. After a few tries I googled the store number, called them and was told they would let someone know I was out there. Waited about 25 min and decided to call back. I hadn't picked up at Sam's before so I wasn't sure about the wait time. While I was on hold someone parked beside me, and their order came out almost immediately! What tha?! While I'm still on hold with the store I asked the guy that loaded the other car about my order. I told him I called a couple times and was still waiting. That's when he told me they don't even have a phone where they bring out the orders, and no one probably knows I'm out here. I guess Customer Service didn't bother to pass on the message. He said if the app isn't working you can just use the text to let them know you're here and where you're parked. So, always opt for the text message. Total wait time was about 40 minutes. Once I talked to the guy the order was out in less than 5 minutes. He stacked everything nicely in the trunk , closed it and was off with a wave in no time at all. I noticed when I got home he had put a little Sam's gift bag with chocolate, an energy bar and this little book where you can scan items to buy...or something like that

This place sucks. There's no organization. The parking lot is a nightmare. Employees are rude. The items don't scan right and the app is stupid and glitchy. I would rather shit in my hands and clap than to ever shop here again. I wish I had 4 hand so I could give this place 4 thumbs down.

star rating regarding service:: Sad that they aren't prepared when we have the scan and go conveniency for their app. Why was there nobody to check the receipts before they leave is a tragedy for those that need to hurry up and leave. The scanners were not working to confirm the Scan & Go and there was no trained associate that could assist checking the receipts. So I am writing my rant unfortunately. This specifically is to call out their employee service... Truthfully, it doesn't look good when they have a Sam's Club worker in oblivion. There was long line of perhaps 8-10 carts waiting for their receipts to get checked. I asked her if she could just check the reciepts. She then states that she's never checked receipts before and was unable to do anything. Perhaps she was new or in training, but sadly she served no purpose in being there. Yet along she shouldn't have been wearing the sams club vest. We stood ther patiently for 10 min. Honestly, why would you just stand around having a long line of customers waiting this long??

Sam's Club Members enjoy awesome warehouse club values on groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, electronics, tires/batteries and much more! Groceries: love love their Rotisserie chicken, always a must get when you go to Sam's! I also love when they have little vendors here and there just to try out new things they offer, which always gets me. Ha! I also, usually get my birthday cakes and cupcakes from here for a great price, and their cakes are super delicious (moist and not too sweet, and I recommend whipped icing instead if regular icing) Home Furnishings: I actually got my Soft Pillow Top Matress from here for an awesome price, my parents even bought one for themselves when they tried mine out. $45 membership is totally worth it

This is my go-to for gas and my household needs. I use the pick up option frequently and it has made my life so much easier. I love the selection of goods and the prices here. The facility itself is clean, and the staff is always friendly. If you are military, be sure to ask about their military deal for membership.

I will say sometimes it takes quite a while to get your prescriptions, so be smart about what time you go. For instance, 5:00 is peak time and The line is always long. But if you go at 8:30, when I just went, it'll be very quick. Also, if you go to Walgreen a lot, it's definitely beneficial to be a reward member. You save a lot of money and you get discounts.

I've never had a good experience here but I haven't had a bad enough to leave a review until today. My husband had a prescription sent over from telehealth on Sunday. He called first thing this morning to ensure it was received. It was an antibiotic and steroid that needed to be started ASAP. He was advised that they received over 55 prescriptions so understandably they couldn't give him a time of when it would be completed. However, he called again around 1pm to check on it. He was advised it had been filled and was ready for pick up. They have a CB lunch break from 1:30-2pm so around 2:15pm I waited in the drive thru line for about 20min with 3 hungry kids to pick it up. When I arrived at the window I was advised it wasn't filled and to go wait in the parking lot or swing back around (even though no one was behind me) and wait another 15min while they fill it. I asked why we were told it was ready and I was met with a short tone simply saying "he wasn't" I was irritated and asked if it would really take 15min... the response was that I needed to move along and go wait somewhere else for 15min and no one told us it was ready. I took the kids home and then went back to get the prescription. I waited for a couple cars. One took 15min at the window (I did time it, so I'm assuming they refused to wait elsewhere) the other car was just 2 min. I was able to get the prescription on my second visit. Although I was able to get what I needed this time, the interaction was short and definitely did not leave me with a desire to return. We've found another pharmacy to try for our prescriptions going forward, I don't mind driving farther for better service.

Today we had the breakfast-eggs, bacon, potatoes and my toddler had the French toast! Delicious as always. They always have their specials posted and they always seem to have fresh cake slices available. I can't say enough how I love the kids/toy aisle! They have toys from when I was a kid, my toddler loves them all and we never leave without buying something! They also have new types of toys as well as puzzles and some large item educational toys. I was surprised to see they had the original pound puppies for sale today! Right now they have a lot of beautiful Christmas items for sale, we love looking at all of the festive stuff and of course we stopped to see the Christmas bouquets. I absolutely love the flower shop inside this pharmacy, you will not be disappointed with the fresh flower arrangements they have.

She decided to call me to say they didn't want my profile because of the medicines that I take. She thinks she is the DEA if you're getting pain medications there be aware that she is a person that thinks if you take pain medications you are a criminal. She tore my prescription up in front of me. No Pharmacist should be able to tell you or your Doctor what kind of Medicine a person should be taking. I take a lot of medicine due to having a lot of surgeries. I feel like if you don't want my profile for prescription the store doesn't need my business.

Pharamacy does a great job, for being as busy as they are!…read more Posted signs indicate that pharmacies are falling in line with the "remote" trend, many "standard" Rx will be filled and verified elsewhere, then sent here. Pharmacist could not find my vaccine appointment even though I had my confirmation number. She could not have been more apologetic, and I know that's a function of technology and not human error. Still, be EARLY for appointments, because they wil almost certainly be a line! And plan ahead to drop off Rx to pick up later. Be kind to staff, y'all!

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would…read more Yesterday's pharmacy experience was so unbelievably bad that I'm still wondering when pharmacists started earning medical degrees without telling the rest of us. Apparently, the pharmacist on duty decided she knew what was "best" for me and took it upon herself to short my prescription instead of simply filling it correctly. Good to know my doctor's instructions are apparently just optional suggestions now. For context: people don't usually take medication because it's a fun hobby. Some of us actually depend on it to function and, you know, stay alive. So thank you for turning a routine prescription pickup into a stressful scavenger hunt where I had to go elsewhere just to get the medication prescribed to me in full. The professionalism and customer service were honestly shocking. Nothing says "we care" quite like acting dismissive toward someone whose health depends on their medication. At this point, I'd probably have an easier time shopping for a casket than refilling prescriptions here. Needless to say, you've lost a loyal customer. I sincerely hope the customer service improves before someone else has to go through the same experience. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
