They are more than happy to take your money but you are stuck with products if they don't work. I commented that I would never come back and her response was "that's fine you don't have to" That's not how you talk and treat customers. I hope management does a retraining. I've been low key on a hunt for a new hairstylist so I did it. The salon is super cute with its bohoesque decor. Kara was super sweet. She brought me to the back to wash my hair and apply the scalp treatment. She explained all their services and how things worked. She did a great job with the blowout leaving my hair healthier and shinier than when I came in. I might just start coming here for my hair appointments.

Multiple check out lines makes it quick and easy to purchase your items. I noted that they allow for some returns on unopened, unused packages of weaving hair so if you make a mistake with color or type, you can exchange without the stated time limits. That's cool. I love the lighting in the store, you can actually see the smaller writing on the packages and view the products coloring much easier than in most supply stores. They do have aisles of smaller clothing and accessories that look like they are made well. I might be back to look through their fashion items.

I believe Farm Fresh was located here and with it no longer occupying the space, this area looks like a ghost town. The amount of cars in the parking lot suggested that maybe one or two people were inside, but when we stepped foot inside, there were at least 10 people inside.
