I have noted, since the change in ownership, this store seems to be packed with more items - which means you'll inevitably spend more time, and potentially more money. With that said, I never have trouble finding a gift for someone along with the cutest wrapping paper. The only downside to all that stuff - much of which is toddler-friendly - is that I have to drag my child kicking and screaming from the store. My little one would spend hours with the Squishmallows alone! They have literally everything - bath & body items, toys, puzzles and games, clothing and accessories, jewelry, glassware, religious gifts, stationary, sports gifts, home decor, college-logo items, branded gifts - you name it. Since Cilla's closure, Amy's has been my go-to spot for cards and special or unique gifts (mostly for my girlfriends). I probably patronize this store at least once every 2 weeks. Thanks to the Hallmark Gold Crown program, I am constantly emailed extra coupons on top of my rewards dollars and the store usually provides me with a printed coupon each time I shop for the following month. In the years I have been shopping here, and my sincerest apologies for not writing a review sooner, I have yet to have a bad customer service experience. Each member of their staff has been knowledgeable and are always friendly when I stop in. They have a great selection of collectibles for those that are interested, gift wrap (though I wish their value gift wrap selection was as large as it used to be), jewelry, beauty items, toys and games, candy items, stationery, gifts for the bride-to-be and mom-to-be, gifts for hobbyists - they pretty much have something that will fit anyone for any occasion, even if you think they might not. I went into this location to shop and spend money. They never once acknowledged my presence and they knew I was standing inches from them and their personal conversations. I finished with my selections and proceeded to the counter to pay. The lone cashier was assisting another customer and I waited patiently while she addressed her many questions. Another employee was behind the counter also,( not either of the two that were having makeup sessions,) and she was unpacking a box of merchandise. She turned to go over to the other two employees and looked at me but never attempted to ring up my purchase either. She proceeded over to the employees and joined in the conversation while I am standing in line just waiting. There were three (3) other employees in that store that day who never bothered to ring up my purchase in the thirteen minutes I waited in line! I don't usually shop in the store and now I remember why! Don't spend your money if you can find someone to take it at this location!! Horrible service!

If you enter through the doors under the Sephora signage you will immediately see their store. it is no longer "opening soon" as it has been open for business for several months. The shelves are full of skin care, cosmetics, fragrances, lotions, nail polishes, hair care items and many other beauty products. The store is on the small side and appeared to have only one employee working at the time I visited but it appeared neat clean and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The huge parking lot ensures you will always have a place to park your car, truck, RV, tractor trailer, etc... The lot is well maintained and kept free of debris. Entering and exiting the parking lot is very easy with multiple access points.

It is still clean but about half or maybe more of the shops are unoccupied, the food court is pretty sad, and one of the anchor stores is gone. The stores that remain seem to be very slow and overall there are only few customers in the mall. I think about 30 cars were near Macy's where I parked. The Mexican restaurant Abuelo's looks like it is closed down but signs are still there but zero customers so I think it was closed. The only store that looked semi-busy was the Chinese massage place where there were about four people being massaged and one customer waiting. I honestly was just looking around to get some exercise on a cold day but I really couldn't find anything I really wanted to buy even if I was searching for something. There were also lots of kids just using the mall as a playground but they seemed to enjoy the empty mall. The highlights of my visit was the sports memorabilia store and the pet store. They were also the only places that the clerks engaged me to see if I needed any help. I guess we have to just get used to the slow death of shopping malls in the future and realize online shopping is here to stay.

It reminds me of a two story version of Pembroke Mall (RIP). They renovated the mall since I was last there. It looks cleaner and modern(ish). There are a lot of vacancies including where Reignforest tea was. We walked the entire perimeter of the top floor once and then the perimeter of the bottom floor twice which was an estimated 1.5 miles. Not a very far walk, but it was with intensity. A few notable stores in the mall were Macy's, rack room shoes and bath and body works. Otherwise, the mall was pretty dead with little activity. The food court was the area that was most booming with activity but it still felt like a ghost town. If you've ever seen zombie apocalyptic movies, it kind of has the vibes like the mall you would be running into to escape from the zombies. Except the mall was already dead when it was open.
