Since Cilla's closure, Amy's has been my go-to spot for cards and special or unique gifts (mostly for my girlfriends). I probably patronize this store at least once every 2 weeks. Thanks to the Hallmark Gold Crown program, I am constantly emailed extra coupons on top of my rewards dollars and the store usually provides me with a printed coupon each time I shop for the following month. In the years I have been shopping here, and my sincerest apologies for not writing a review sooner, I have yet to have a bad customer service experience. Each member of their staff has been knowledgeable and are always friendly when I stop in. They have a great selection of collectibles for those that are interested, gift wrap (though I wish their value gift wrap selection was as large as it used to be), jewelry, beauty items, toys and games, candy items, stationery, gifts for the bride-to-be and mom-to-be, gifts for hobbyists - they pretty much have something that will fit anyone for any occasion, even if you think they might not.
