The service reps are attentive but not overly intrusive. I had to get some help with crochet weave products and these customer service reps KNOW their products. Multiple check out lines makes it quick and easy to purchase your items. I noted that they allow for some returns on unopened, unused packages of weaving hair so if you make a mistake with color or type, you can exchange without the stated time limits. That's cool. I love the lighting in the store, you can actually see the smaller writing on the packages and view the products coloring much easier than in most supply stores. They do have aisles of smaller clothing and accessories that look like they are made well. I might be back to look through their fashion items.

The shelves are full of skin care, cosmetics, fragrances, lotions, nail polishes, hair care items and many other beauty products. The store is on the small side and appeared to have only one employee working at the time I visited but it appeared neat clean and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The huge parking lot ensures you will always have a place to park your car, truck, RV, tractor trailer, etc... The lot is well maintained and kept free of debris. But all fears aside, this shop in Kohl's was open, so I broke down and went inside. I'm so glad I did. This particular Sephora is smaller than most of their stand alone stores, but it has such a good variety of beauty products one could hardly pay attention to how small the actual store is. From Sol de Janeiro to Rare Beauty, my shopping needs (or really strong wants) were satisfied. I bought a couple bottles of the Sol de Janeiro glowmotions oil, which they almost always seem to run out of for $35 a bottle (a bit insane for oil but it's my money) and another travel parfum of Tom Ford's Ombré Leather at $65. The salespeople were all so nice and helpful. I'll be more than happy when I come back!

I did a soak-off while the he was waiting for his client to respond back and thankfully they agreed to be moved back to 11am (thanks Terrie!) So happy I gave this place a try. There were only 3 techs working when I went in, and even though it was quiet, each tech was with someone and it seemed like a solid team and work environment. My tech, maybe his name is Ky?, he was amazing. Super fun to talk to and easy going, I'm not rlly one to talk but he was asking all the questions and being funny and making me feel right at home. I had a really good experience, plus my nails turned out freaking bomb It was my first gel-x set because I was tired of how thick acrylic sets can be and how the color on them often chips/scratches off. Ky paid such great attention to detail, checking the underside of my nails after polishing them to make sure they were neat all the way around and periodically asking if I was satisfied with how they looked. Could have not had a better experience, I can't wait to come back!!
