My associate was Sabastiana, and she was an absolute doll! She went out of her way to accommodate me and introduced me to some of the other amazing Ulta associates as well. She even convinced me to come back for Benefit Brow Bar services, and I already know who I will be seeing! I work five minutes from this location so this will be my home Ulta. I'm so happy I came here because the associates at this Ulta were super nice and helpful. They weren't snobbish at all like the associates at the Chesapeake/Greenbrier location, where I'll never shop again due to the rude customer service. Randomly stopped here with a friend that has visited before and it was a good experience. The store isn't huge, but it isn't crowded inside. This store has just about everything you could be looking for! They also had a sale for wigs (2 for $50) which isn't a bad price. Visited the Bath & Body Works store located in Landstown Commons area of Virginia Beach, Va…read morerecently with my mom. When we walked in we were greeted by a member of the staff immediately. One staff member actually greeted my mom by name. I did a double look and was like "mom you come here way too much for them to know your name" lol. It smells like Heaven in Bath & Body Works all the time. We were going for easy store pick up but somehow we spent an additional 15 minutes browsing and buying more b/c they had new scents out.

Fortunately, I wasn't followed around. They had a decent variety of products; however, not as much as Richway or even Beauty 21 (which isn't Black-owned, but the store has a large variety and I'm usually greeted). Prices here are about the same as most beauty supply stores. You need to purchase $5 worth of products to use a credit/debit card. I was thanked for my purchase, but not told to have a good day. I probably won't return unless I absolutely needed something and couldn't make it out to Richway or even Beauty 21 in time. I would have preferred to spend my money at Richway.
