DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!! They are so lazy, i dropped me 2016 Silverado off to get my 35" Mud Grapps mounted at 3:00pm. They called me around 4:20pm saying the tires touched the front bumper and fender. Proceeded to not put them on and put my stock tires back. Didnt think to take any pictures so I can see or ask me to come back and take a look. Upon arrival I inspected my truck, all thr tires were exactly how I had them when I dropped my truck off. Stickers still on thr tires, no tire lube on any of them. None of my rims had finger prints or looked cleaned. The only thing they told me was theyre not gonna fit without a liftkit for $3000. I have 2" lift struts in the front and multiple people clear 35's with just that. I went to a friends house who has a tire machine, put em on and I clear them lock to lock. I had been looking for a way to replace the rims and tires on my 06 Honda Odyssey. Honda had made an error by using these run flat tires/PAX tires and they no longer make them. Everywhere I checked I was getting prices around $1200-$1600 for the complete job. Friday I called RNR and Craig answered, I told him the issue and he totally knew my dilemma. He said give him time and he would look around and see what he could find. 30 minutes later he had a $900 solution and that price included everything. I jumped on the deal and I can't believe how nice the van rides now and looks pretty nice also. It was very nice working with Craig and RNR as they really seemed to care about helping. Oh yeah, I had a flat tire on the Van and would have had to wait for my Road side assistance to come fill up the tire just so I could get it to RNR, but Craig and Duke handled that also, as Duke (Another RNR) superstar came by and filled the tire so I could get it up there sooner. Business idea Open a tire business in a decent location, with a catchy name... something with tires in it. Set up a website where customers can schedule appointments to get their services completed but the catch is, the appointments don't matter because we just get to you when we get to you! Welcome to RNR Tires! Had a 12pm appt for two tires to be installed and I'm just leaving this business at 5:16! The manager did install my tires and do my alignment for free, but in return for a 5 star google review. Guess it all evens out. read more

Had an appointment for a low pressure tire , Duke and his guys looked at it , fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes and even reset the electronic components of my car which I am totally clueless. I'm rating their performance here based on the work they did and the significant aftercare and attention the mechanics and supervisors have given me above and beyond 5 Star Service work based on Customer Care alone I would very highly recommend. If they mess anything up on the install or on your car I am supremely confident they will bend over backwards and not only fix the problem but "make it right" For YOU to your satisfaction. I give this recommendation ONLY to service if you can't pay cash or your own credit run away fast and just save up your money. 6 months same as Cash doesn't mean what standard convention, normal customary understanding of that phrase or their TV would lead you to believe and my fault for always using credit cards to pay for things in the past I guess. I understood it to mean 6 months (NO PAYMENTS) same as cash. I didn't learn this until AFTER the work was done. I'm grateful for the work they did and their leniency with after the fact in financing given my very clear misunderstanding but to put it simply I would not have done the lift w/shocks, tires, or wheels for a few more months had I more clearly understood the way they run their program. See my 1 star review for financing and below for more service work detail. Service ****** They did an excellent job on lifting my 2010 JKU Rubi. They were courteous and patient with me trying to find that balance that would give me the look I wanted and the size of the lift. They have been extremely accommodating in checking torques as the lift kits "wears-in". I would def recommend them for doing a small easy lift that you would buy online and probably do yourself but don't have the time (my case) or if you bought one already and haven't had time to install it they will do it for you for a reasonable price and they are quick. See pics for the final version. They handled the ordering delivery of parts from Rough Country, Wheel and Tire Manufacture and had the parts in house within 5 days. I went from Stock Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon wheels tires shocks (everything) to 37X12.5X17 (fake beadlockers) with a 3.5 inch lift (including shocks) looks good though I think (fenders are from ECA via amazon (steel and only cost $165) read more

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I have been to a lot of garages and car repair places. I have never been to one like this. The service was fast, the people are very polite. Not just the people up front either. Every person I talked to there was amazing. They didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about and they explained everything. I will be taking my truck here for everything that they do a vehicle from now on. Just an amazing experience all around. And the only reason I found this place was because I was frustrated with another shop and searched tire balancing while I was stuck in traffic. I visited this location on the referral from another tire dealer in Chesapeake, as he told me he thought that they might be more qualified to take car of my needs. I called RNR to let them know I was coming, and by the time I got there, they had already pulled up some photos on their computer of vehicles similar to mine, with the wheels I was looking for! Very impressed with showroom, shop and Gerald, the assistant manager. As a result I made an appointment to bring our 1929 Model A street rod into the shop on 4/9/18. They spent a lot of time making measurements, phone calls and making sure what we wanted was going to work! On 4/16/18 we took the car in for installation of the American Mags and Goodyear tires....everything fit perfectly, and we are super happy with our experience. These guys are buying reviews!! Don't believe anything you have read on Google reviews!! These guys are the biggest con artists in Virginia. My had purchased tires under the 6 months no interest same as cash advertisement, however even though we have been paying almost a year, double payments, they are saying we still owe over 600 dollars!! We've paid 800 for 600 dollars worth of tires, in the 6 months, so wtf is going on here? No one has any real clue or answers. This place is a mess!!! Buyer BEWARE!! read more

There are som great people who work here. Unfortunately my issue is the over priced tires they sell and the 6 months same as cash. Please beware that your best bet is to shop around for your tires first and get quotes from other near by tire shops. Also ask about their financing. The 6 months same as cash comes with a fee and the way they break up your payments is not the 6 months, it's based off the 18 month schedule. Also they charge a liability fee within your payments. Please don't get scammed or schemes like I did. Let the financial reps talk you through, not the tire men. It's obvious they don't have a clue to what they are doing. read more

Whenever we go there to get a plug or new tires the wait is usually 2 hours minimum. Had an 11am appointment and they didn't take my car in until 1:10 they finished at 2:10. Why have an appointment if you're not seeing me for 2 hours later. read more

Awful experience from this location. I went into the shop on Saturday and talked to Gerald about the wheels I wanted for my Mustang. He assured me that he could find them but would have to wait until Monday when the suppliers were open. Monday came and he sent me a few pictures but not what I was looking for. For days he kept telling me that he was working on it until finally Wednesday he said he was off work and couldn't help me. I was ready to spend a good bit of money here but I guess they don't want my money. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. read more
