I had an oil leak, turns out my oil filter housing unit was cracked. These cats overnighted the part to their shop from out of state, had me in and out the shop in less than 2 hours the next day. I've been here 3 times, tomorrow will make 4 for a belt replacement, and ALL 3 times I've had nothing but superb service at VERY affordable prices. The first time I was able to get a used tire for my previous SUV for about 35 bucks, which was ridiculously cheap since the cheapest new tires I could find were over a hundred bucks more. The second time, which was about 3 months ago, I had two new tires (which I purchased online) installed for 20 bucks each and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and still have them on my car and have had no issues at all since. The third time which was last month, I had my front brakes (which I also purchased myself) installed, which took less than 45 minutes from the time I arrived and only cost 60 bucks. As I said previously, tomorrow I'll be going in for a serpentine belt change, which I was also only quoted only 60 bucks. Now the only small problem I've had is that when I had my front brakes changed the guy who installed them laid one of my hubcaps facing down and scratched it up pretty good. However, I didn't really think it was that big of a deal, especially given the really good and honest work and great competitive prices I've received from them thus far. I should also mention, both of the gentleman at the front desk who helped and greeted me when I first came in were very professional and cool. I forgot their names, but one of them had a beard...I'll try to find out their names tomorrow and will come back and edit this review to include them. But all in all, this is exactly the kind of place that will do well because they are consistent, professional, they do great work, and have very good prices! read more

These guys are the BEST!! They have saved me twice so far in the last ten days. As a rideshare driver, I depend on my vehicle. I got a screw in one tire on Halloween evening during the busiest driving hours. I went to them to get new breaks. A month later while getting off the highway on my way to work my breaks started to go out on the exit ramp and I had to hit the pedal all the way to the floor before it would stop. I took it back to them after work and the guy told me whoever did my breaks didn't do them properly and my fluid leaked out. Well I told him they did my breaks and I literally live across the street and can get the receipt. He said I didn't need to get it. Great right? You'd think they would fix that for free since it was their fault. Well you'd be wrong. I had to pay for their mistake. Oh and I needed a new tire as well but they threw that in for free. How nice of them. I had to pay because I couldn't drive my car any longer with no breaks and I couldn't afford to tow it to another shop. I feel like since I'm a female they can take advantage of me. Kept getting low tire pressure and these gents here took extremely good care of me. There was a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. They patched it and checked the other three tires just to be sure AND checked their tire pressure. Navy exchange was going to charge $230 for two tires installed on a van with 178,000 miles. Called Russell and he gave me a price of $180 for four tires installed. When I got there, he looked at the tires and asked me why I was having the rear two changed as they looked pretty good. I had forgotten that I only needed two Charged me $100 installed for two tires out the door. Appear to be very honest people. Time will tell. I will be bringing my cars here for repairs until I feel I am taken. Hopefully that will never happen.
