Arrived at 8am and Ian greeted me asking what I needed - tire rotation and windshield wipers. He checked the wipers and tires and we agreed on new wipers. Two new wipers installed $16 total for my Honda Pilot. Very happy with the value and waiting room was friendly for my dog that sat in my lap. Thirty minutes and my tires were rotated and balanced and new wipers installed. Very happy with Discount Tire professional team. read more

The experience I had with Chase at Discount Tire made my week. My son used my golf cart and returned iwith a hole in a flat tire . After MANY calls to local shops and hearing "No.. not us". I finally came across 'Moke America Golf carts'. The awesome girl on the line said "We use Discount Tire on Virginia Beach BLVD". I then called Discount Tire (answered on the second ring ). They told me to "come on in". Walked in and met Chase. Chase took my tire and after a few minutes showed me the problem. He then said "let me check something".... He mentioned a bead and the tire ‍. Anyways.. Chase came back with my tire fixed! I am SO surprised with the honesty.. Chase did not take advantage of me knowing what the tire and bead rim thing is. And it was fixed! Well done Discount Tire for hiring such awesome employees! And a shout out to the girl from MOKE America Golf Carts that let me know about Discount Tire on Virginia Beach Blvd. Keep up the great work! And well done to all the employees! read more

Customer service here is TOP TIER! I ordered 4 new tires and had them replaced. I had bad lug nuts and they replaced them for my safety. Also had issues with my tpms and they fixed that too. I was kept aware the entire time. Will for sure always come back. I believe Nick was helping me and he was super attentive and knowledgeable. He definitely went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and make sure it was safe for me to get back on the road. read more

Facility is well maintained, comfortable, you can even see how the tire works are done. Technicians Are nice, welcoming, and skilled. They can even repair the special Tesla tires. Walked in the same day, got it repaired while waiting. The actual job took about 20-30 minutes, but as expected I did need to wait 2 hours for them to start working on my tire. Cost is zero. My best experience in tire repair-- compared with dealership, Firestone, Costco, Pepboy etc. read more

An easy update for Discount Tire keeping them at 5 stars. My appointment got me in and out in 15 minutes. My appointment was set up in person, but they do offer a handy app. My son needed a tire rotation that's covered for free since the tires were purchased there. I assisted and took the car in. I also took advantage that they now sell wiper blades. They offer two brands of wipers depending on budget. TRICO premium wiper blades are the upgrade. They install for free. Loving their products, friendly service and speed of completion when you have an appointment. Will return and recommend. read more

Amazing experience at this tire shop. My friend came in with a broken tire pressure sensor, and the team went above and beyond. They helped replace all the tires and TPMS sensors, gave him the best discount, and basically charged almost nothing for labor. Super honest, respectful, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they actually care about customers, not just making a quick sale. This is the kind of local shop you want to support. Highly recommend! read more

I woke up to a slow leak in one of my tires. I called for roadside assistance and was advised there was a screw in the tread. They pumped up the tire and recommended Discount Tire. I went there knowing I'd need to replace all the tires in the not too distant future. Nick inspected all the tires, offered to repair the flat but suggested I replace the two front. I opted to replace all four tires. What amazed me was they were done in less than an hour. Customer service was amazing. My car rides much nicer with new tires. Thanks Nick! read more

Best prices and actually amazing service. Second time getting a full set at this location. Book appointment and it's so fast!

I had a nail in my tire so I took it to the dealership. They were going to have me buy two new tires and keep it overnight. I took it to this location and they fixed it in less than an hour and didn't charge me anything even though I didn't even buy my tires there. Amazing service! I will definitely buy my next tires there. read more

Quality service all around. The team member gave me a run down on what I was paying, the services included and let me inspect the car before it was out of the bay. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and it took maybe 45 min to get new wheels and tires installed. I highly recommend coming to discount tire because of their reasonable prices, great customer service, and quality work. read more

One of my tires was losing air constantly. I was referred to this place. I can't believe this is an auto shop! The lobby was bright and clean. I was greeted at the door by Cody who asked the reason for my visit. After explaining, he immediately walked out to my car to inspect it. He determined there was a nail and severe tread wear. We went inside where he found a replacement tire locally for my vehicle. Within 15 minutes after pulling in, I was on my way with the deposit paid and an appointment Monday to get the new tire put on. I think I found my new tire shop for all my cars! read more

My car got an absolute banger of a flat, so here I am stranded on the side of the road because despite me driving a Jeep I'm apparently not responsible enough to keep a spare in the trunk. I call up Discount Tire to move my appointment, get Brad, Brad is a chad who reassured me that missing my appointment was no big deal. I call back like 40 min later because the tow company is unresponsive, and get Ian, Ian is also super duper nice and offers that if I have my car towed there tonight and they'll get to it first thing in the morning. Homies should work at a crisis hotline honestly. I've also come to this location before and they are so dang fast and even corrected a tire that was installed incorrectly by another location. What can't these folks do? Am I half writing this out of boredom waiting on the tow truck? Sure, but the other half is exceptional customer service and kindness. 10/5 stars my guys. read more

Fast and Friendly! I highly recommend Discount Tire if you're in need to new tires, wheels, or just need a repair. I had a nail in my tire several months ago and they were able to quickly remove and repair the hole. In their inspection, they were even able to find another puncture and repair that. Recently, I used Discount Tire to purchase new tires. The Website is very easy and quick to use. If you know roughly what kind of tires you need I recommend purchasing online and making your appointment online. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and they were able to get me in and finished in about 30 minutes. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. They also offer a military discount if you are a service member! Highly recommend Discount Tire. read more

Outstanding Service. Honest, Friendly, Fast. I had pumped my tire on the curb, which put a tear in the tire, and bent the wheel. Because I was an existing customer, they didn't charge me to fix the metal wheel OR fix the tire! Even if you are a new customer, they don't charge to check your air pressure and fill up your tires. Ask for Caleb, he was very helpful read more

My car was slowly losing pressure and I had to put air in it every day. I made an appointment here on a Saturday. They found the hole and patched the tire. They also rotated and balanced each tire. This was all completed within 20 minutes. The best part was it was all free of charge. read more

I do not usually write reviews on yelp but when I do it is well deserved. I woke up this morning and discovered a nail in my passenger back tire. I went in this discount tire website and was shocked to how easy it was to schedule an appointment. I came 10 minutes earlier to check In, and Ean the gentleman who assisted me was already tracking my arrival. Immediately showed motivation to work and help me with whatever my problem was. After evaluation of the tire, he quickly told me that the tire was easily repairable and can do it for free, no charge. Which was great I always am skeptical with places like this due to the stories I've heard. But on top of the news he also reminded me that the tires I received 3 years ago was still under warranty to if it was a bigger issue it would've been swapped for 0 dollar cost. I recommend this place to all. I will be coming back here with no worries next time. read more

Brought my truck in expecting to spend a couple hundred dollars to fix a tire and rotate. Turns out the tire did not require repair. They talked me through my options, explained it to me, and even aired up all my tires for free. Honest, friendly, quick, and reliable service! read more

My first experience with discount tire was a emergency. My tire valve was damaged and had a constant rapid leak. The manager fixed my problem and I was on my way, I have been back to several discount tire centers and had great experiences at each shop I've used for new tires and for repairs. They work around you! They were very flexible with my appointment time and fit me right in. When i had purchased the tires online to be shipped in, it turns out they wouldn't fit my car (same year, make, and model, but didn't take the special edition stock wheel into account). Caleb helped me pick some tires that would fit and had them right at the store too. I only had to pay the difference and they put them right on my car! Will definitely go back again when necessary. Fast service, great price, and extremely friendly/helpful guys! read more

Let me preface this review by saying I have only ever been serviced at the Holland Road location (purchased all of my tires from here) and always have had exceptional service. When I noticed I had a nail in my front drivers side tire, I decided to choose this location since it was a bit closer to me at that moment. Upon walking in and waiting for quite some time, a young gentleman helped me and went to go inspect my tire in the lot. I told him because of the flat I had been driving on unbeknownst for some time, there was obvious tread damage as well (I've worked on cars, I know when I see worn tread). He came back and told me he did not see anything in the very obvious flat tire, and the tread was "fine". I responded "so can you at least look at it/ pull it in the bay?" He said they would, and after 45 mins I saw my car in the bay. I didn't see the employees attending to the car much, as they were too busy dancing and goofing off on the floor. When my car was "finished", he came to give me my keys and send me on my way. No explanation or summary of what was done/ found. I had to ask explicitly "so... was there a nail in it?" "Oh yeah but we just patched it up". Other times I have been shown the screw, bolt, etc, without even having to ask. Two days later, after only driving my car through the neighborhood a couple times, the tire is once again as flat as before and was clearly not properly fixed. Now I'm back to square one, with two hours of a day off wasted. Extremely disappointed in the service and experience in general. Called twice for communication w a manager or supervisor and conveniently there was none on duty either time. Should have just gone to the Holland store as usual. read more

Quick, no up charge, tires changed in and out in about 30 minutes! Recommend and would go again. Bought the tires online.

Very friendly, professional and efficient employees! I pulled up with low tire pressure and they immediately got to work. Very grateful!

Took a few days to get online to write this but I wanted to ensure that the outstanding customer service provided by Jeremy and the crew at Discount Tires on Thursday July 16th was recognized. They went above and beyond when I came in with a hole in my tire that couldn't be repaired. They put my spare tire on and took my old tire all without charging me. I will definitely be returning to them with my business! read more
