If you didn't know what was going on, you could easily was away with a $300 bill for stuff you didn't need. The oil change itself was slow and of questionable quality. When done, the attendant gave me a 'next oil change' sticker that said I needed one in 3000 miles...which is absurd. When I called out the discrepancy, the attendant claimed Valvoline recommends every 3000 miles. When I showed him the Valvoline website that said my new oil was good for at least 7500 miles (vehicle manufacturers recommend 5000 miles), he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is either incompetence and apathy or a business sanctioned scam to get customers returning unnecessarily. Could be either. Needless to say, steer clear of this business.

I get there, price is still $1400 for a compressor, $2500 for complete replacement as expected. I decline the work and ask to continue with the recharge, he then tells me No, and the reasoning behind is it falls under a OSHA violation. You need to tell me this information before I waste time coming to your shop hoping I'll purchase a $1500-2500 repair instead of wasting my time. I understand business but that is wrong.

I turn my car on at the end of the experience, and I still have the "no washer fluid" on. So I press the button and no shock, there is no wiper fluid coming out. Shocker. So I tell the guy and he says pop the hood and fills it up. This leaves me with a hard time believing they filled the other fluids. They were so concerned with selling additional services, they didn't even do the one I paid over $100 for correctly. Why would I ever want to add more from you? Also - train your employees! The Lube Techs were very nice and respectful. However they have absolutely 0 clue how to actually change oil, the most simple car maintenance. They torqued down the oil filter, which you do not have to do at all. Hand tighten is all you need. They also ugga dugga'd my drain plug so tight that other actual shops couldn't get it off nor myself. Save yourself the time and respect and learn a new skill and change your own oil. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
