The worker did ask if I wanted any extra services, but did not continue to push me when I declined. Aside from the price, the only other aspect I did not like about Valvoline is that their reminder sticker recommended returning after 3,000 miles or 3 months. Always consult your vehicle's owner's manual for the maintenance schedule, but 3,000 miles/3 months is just too early and frequent.

I documented everything with photos and contacted the shop seeking a resolution, but unfortunately they have not been helpful in resolving the matter. I understand repairs don't always go as planned, but I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled after the original problem persisted. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

So I tell the guy and he says pop the hood and fills it up. This leaves me with a hard time believing they filled the other fluids. They were so concerned with selling additional services, they didn't even do the one I paid over $100 for correctly. Why would I ever want to add more from you? Also - train your employees! The Lube Techs were very nice and respectful. However they have absolutely 0 clue how to actually change oil, the most simple car maintenance. They torqued down the oil filter, which you do not have to do at all. Hand tighten is all you need. They also ugga dugga'd my drain plug so tight that other actual shops couldn't get it off nor myself. Save yourself the time and respect and learn a new skill and change your own oil. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I talked with the gentleman for a little and saw that the deal was well worth the money in oil changes and state inspections alone. Last, and certainly not least, once my wife and I went in and the guy tells us that he noticed the paint marks on the side of our car from a pole we'd recently scraped against and asked if he wanted to wait a second to see if he could help.
