Do not and I mean absolutely DO NOT go to this Jiffy Lube or any for that matter. I normally do my own oils changes but I swung in here after work one day due to having a lack of time. The Lube Techs were very nice and respectful. However they have absolutely 0 clue how to actually change oil, the most simple car maintenance. They torqued down the oil filter, which you do not have to do at all. Hand tighten is all you need. They also ugga dugga'd my drain plug so tight that other actual shops couldn't get it off nor myself. Save yourself the time and respect and learn a new skill and change your own oil. Check me in, get the estimate, and then I'm going to go for a coffee. Their process has at least three customer interactions - the check-in, the estimate (not instant if there are other cars ahead of you) which is their opportunity to upsell, and then the payment. The air-conditioning was blasting away. It must have been 60 in that room. If they had wi-fi, it wasn't working today. Positives... The work was good. The guy who vacuumed did a good job. I ordered tires from TireRack to be delivered to this Jiffy lube to be installed. My car has 205/55/R16 tires. I ordered 205/55/ZR16 tires. They are the exact same size. Jiffy lube tried to put the tires on and said they couldn't because they're too big. I said that's ridiculous they're the same size and TireRack recommended these tires as well. Jiffy lube assured me that they were the wrong size and to get my money back. I called 5 different tire shops and they all said that they could 100% guarantee get the new tires on no problem. I came in to have the brakes checked because they were making a slight grinding sound. Got the oil changed and was told the brakes were fine, and that the grinding sound was from the plastic under-guard scraping against the ground. Two weeks pass, and the grinding is now ear splitting. I take it back to this same location, and the technician tells me that they are the worst condition brakes he has ever seen. Now all of my calipers need to be replaced in addition to the rotors. Wonderful. It is beyond the pale that I have to pay for the calipers on account of the original tech completely failing at his job. I go ahead and pay for it anyway. I got a call at 5:10 tonight saying my car will be ready in 20 minutes. This location closes at 6 PM as far as I know, so no issue. I search the address on Apple Maps and see that it says it closes at 5, so I called in to see when it closes. The tech tells me it closes at 5, and that she will stay 10 more minutes and then leave. If she had told me they were closed when she first called, it wouldn't be an issue. Apparently they have new temporary hours and they close at 5 now. My mistake I suppose. My buddy dropped me off at the location at 5:45 to pick up the car, and the shop was closed. My car is still inside on the bay and I am without a car. I can't believe I will have to shell out close to 1000 dollars total for this disaster experience when all is said and done. read more

Fuck. These. Guys. It's nothing personal, I guess, but I will literally never come here again. First of all, $45 for a conventional oil change is absolute robbery. Where do you get off!? I also needed new brake pads and, as they instructed, rotors, which cost almost $500 with labor. FUCK OFF!! I was told the work would take an hour to an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later I'm still sitting here looking at an empty bay aside from my car which still has all 4 tires on the ground. Came here 2:50 in the afternoon on a rainy day. No other customers were here which was nice, we were greeted by a friendly worker. He showed us around and was very polite. Just came in for an oil change. The technicians seemed knowledgeable, gave recommendations as needed, and when asking them questions they didn't try to sell me anything. Pretty great place! I dropped by here at 8 in the morning right when they opened in hopes of getting a quick oil change before work. QUICK INDEED! Frankie was a very courteous, professional, nice guy. He helped me out in making decisions in regards to the proper oil change I'll need. Awesome service. The staff was very attentive and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. I purchased a high mileage oil change for $70 which included oil, filter, fluid refills on steering, windshield washers, and transmission. They also inflated my tires and vacuumed the interior and washed my windows. I had to have two lights replaced which cost an additional $10 each with free installation. I also had my battery cleaned and coolant filled for another $10. Since I went with the high mileage oil I received $15 off my total. I also received a coupon book for Jiffy Lube that includes 50% off wipers. The whole thing was done in under 10 minutes!! The cashier thanked me for my business while one mechanic opened the door for me with a smile and handed me my keys. Another mechanic opened the door to my car for me and thanked me again for my business. I felt like royalty. This had to be the best experience I've had getting my oil changed. I felt like the most important customer there at all times. I spent $90 with all the extras. The price without the replacement lights, battery cleaning, and coolant would've been $55. Totally worth it considering the amazing customer service I received and how fast it was finished. I also got a coupon for 1/2 off my next oil change so my next change will be just $28 and I'll receive the same great service. *In my best Enrique Alberto Fernando y de Acha "Ricky" Ricardo III (from I love lucy) voice* "Leh me esplain my situation." I drive a G35 that has a full GTR body kit which causes my car to only have about 3 inches of ground clearance (no its not actually lowered). I went to several shops hoping to get an oil change only to find that my car cant be lifted with a scissor lift nor can it get up on the drive on lifts so i was directed to Jiffy Lube. I was told they had a walk under system and more than likely could accommodate my car. I got to the shop around 5-ish and drove up to the little ramp thingy as any other car would do. They instantly noticed my front bumper was WAY too low so i suggested trying to back her in. They carefully reversed my car into their bay with all 3 technicians observing from different angles to ensure all was clear. Luckily this worked. Not more than 15 minutes later one of the techs came in with an oil drip pan and showed me what was left in my engine...barely enough oil to slick back John Travolta's hair. He also took a picture of where the oil had leaked and suggested what should be done to fix it. I wont say any more; this is getting kinda long. GREAT SERVICE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CARE!! They go over everything before they start the work and everything after they're done with the work. Last time I came here I had sand in the car and in the trunk (a beach weekend obviously :) ) and I asked them to vacuum the trunk as well and they took care of it no problem. I wouldnt recomend this place if youve got anxiety. While they were doing the oil change, the lady came in and said, "Do you want the good news or the bad news?" Oh great...well whats the good news? Apparently there was none because she listed off a laundry list of about 10 things that was supposedly wrong with it that would lead to my car very quickly breaking down. Luckily I know a master mechanic. We took the car and the list to him and he gave it a good look over and none of what they said was wrong, was wrong with it. The guy walked out and I told him i had to leave to go out of town in 30 minutes...i just want the oil changed, my tire pressure was fine, my fluids did not need to be topped off. The guy refused to change my oil! I was making it easy on them and was even willing to pay for the full service!! I've sat in this place before and listened to the same damn speil customer after customer. "your antifreeze is low, we can top it off for $3.95". "Your brake fluid is low, we can top that off for $3.95" bla...bla...bla. and you'd be surprised at how many people suck that up I guess he was angry that i didn't give them the chance to up-sell me on crap I already knew was full. I have been to 3 stores today to get an oil change. The first store (151) was 15 minutes from my house. They told me they would not honor my Groupon because they were short staffed. Drove another 15 minutes to store 2935 they told me they had no oil filter for my car and could not send someone to get it. I asked for the next closet store. Before I left I asked if he could call first and see if they have the filter. He said he did not have their number. So I looked it up myself. Drove out to store 66. They brought me right in we're super friendly and took care of everything. I will probably not use jiffy lube again but this particular store is a gem! read more

Got a group on for oil change tire rotation window wash and rainx .....wife took it there they fed her a line that teu couldn't do the tire rotation due to my running boards...then the charged for tow extra quarts ...and when the window wash was done the windows looked worse than when it went in they were washed with dirt and smeared when they did the vacuum they only did the front of the truck and never touched the back seat area.....absolute crap service and operation read more

Brought my truck in for an oil change and a trans flush, come out into the service bay and there is trans fluid pumping all over the inside of my engine compartment and the poor kid (mechanic) couldnt stop it. Apparently we didnt connect our trans flush kit on tight enough.... Well never the less never will go back there.... read more

You can tell they vacuumed a bit, but there was still pebbles and stuff underneath the map. The back window was definitely not washed. But I didn't ask them to clean my interior - and what they did was smear all my windows, leave grease hand prints where they climbed into my SUV, and leave trash on my floor. I am exceptionally disappointed in my service to store 66 in Virginia Beach. The manager was unprofessional from start to end. Let me put that differently, he was entirely too casual and not professional. I came in, using a Groupon--- bad on me, I thought I was going to get full value for what I paid. I expected to pay more for a synthetic upgrade. I was quoted a price $50-60 in additional to what I paid for the Groupon ($38). Considering the price of a synthetic package for my car was $79.99 and I can do math, once I pointed this out to the "manager", he began to bad mouth Groupon and Jiffy Lube Corporate. So I went with the "basic" oil change, also known as signature service. A few moments later I was told they couldn't rotate my tires, a key selling point of my failed attempt with Groupon. Their lift would have "severely damaged" my gas tank. So good on the manager for not destroying my vehicle. When all was said and done, I was asked to pay $1.74 for taxes. Reminding him that he didn't perform all the services rendered, he said the only thing he could do was remove the Groupon and have me pay full price or pay $1.74. The option to credit me anything because of their inability to deliver wasn't an option. And then came more bad-mouthing of Groupon and Jiffy Lube. I continued to protest and the conversation escalated with me demanding my keys, he refused. I went for my phone to call the police, saying that he no longer had the right to hold my vehicle, especially since I hadn't received the full value of my deal, which was a $1.74 value. I saw the line on the coupon saying "taxes extra" and I was done with this idiot. He tried to apologize, saying he would cut me a good deal on a synthetic package. I then asked him, if he could cut me a deal then, why he couldn't now. He had no reply. Enjoy my $1.74 in patronage. I am military and came in in uniform, they told me that my car required the most expensive oil not that it was an option, I was informed it was required and would make the oil change $85 dollars for my four cylinder, thinking this was expensive, I reluctantly agreed even though their advertise price was $45 dollars, at the end when they were all done, it was $124 for a basic oil change. I went to the next drive through oil change place less than a mile down the road, they told me synthetic is not required and out the door my price would be $35 dollars. I was totally taken advantage of and will never return to a Jiffy Lube ever and will tell all my friends and acquaintances to stay away. read more

On 11/19/16, I went to Jiffy Lube for am oil change...the oil change went fine....but the technician...if that's what u call them...decided they would give me a laundry list of things that is wrong with my car...that I had not ask for.....they said my front break pads and rotators needed to be replaced along with a bunch of front end work that needed to be done....i was not going to have Jiffy Lube do anything but change my oil.....i left Jiffy Lube, went straight to my mechanic that said....my FRONT BREAK PADS AND ROTATORS WERE BRAND NEW BECAUSE THEY HAD JUST REPLACED THEN IN "JUNE of 2016...REALLY ...how horrible was that for them to terry and SCAM ME...i will never let Jiffy Lube do anything for me...not even change my oil.... read more

Great customer service but they do try to upsale you. I went in for an oil change that was about $50 and asked them to look at a few things they clearly only do the absolute basics because 3 techs couldnt see where my oil leak was although its clearly visible from under the car. They sold me on a engine filter that i probably didnt need bc mine was only slightly dusty. They also couldnt answer my questions about things under the hood and overfilled my oil. Worst business I've ever seen... Went for a standard sythenic oil change and got home to realize they had dumped every bit of the old oil all over engine compartment. I couldn't have made a bigger mess if I tried. I brought it back for them to clean and after they had appologized and sent me on my way I got home to find oil all over my engine compartment still. Oil stains in my driveway and on the interior of my truck!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
